We always order through delivery apps; the sushi is top-notch. The price-performance ratio is really great. We've ordered many times and have never been disappointed. Depending on the day of the week, it sometimes takes a little longer, but the stated delivery times have always been met.

I'm absolutely thrilled with this place. The food is incredibly delicious and freshly prepared. The team is fantastic too – always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You truly feel at home. We ordered food from Lieferando on a Saturday evening. After three hours, we finally received our meal. Our guests were already on their way home. Despite several attempts to call the restaurant, no one answered. Instead, after the fifth attempt, we got a busy signal. We find this outrageous and it's a shame, especially considering the food was actually very good. Perhaps it's different in the restaurant itself, but we wouldn't recommend this delivery service to anyone who wants reliable planning on a Saturday evening and doesn't want to eat at 10:00 PM.

Last night, I ordered for the first time since the reopening and was really pleasantly surprised. The sushi was very fresh and delicious, the delivery was quick, and everything was packaged perfectly. You can tell the team puts a lot of effort into it – I'd be happy to go back.

Since the change of ownership, the restaurant has improved significantly. The quality of the food is outstanding; everything seems fresh and prepared with care. Delivery was quick and hassle-free, and the delivery service was very friendly. Highly recommended, thank you very much!

Yes, we used to order food from there and never had any problems; it was always delicious. Some of the rolls were a little damaged, but for the price, that didn't really matter. Yesterday, we ordered again around 7:30 pm and waited until almost 10 pm, then canceled because nothing arrived. Super disappointing! We had to eat somewhere else. The order status said "almost ready" the whole time, and that was for almost two and a half hours. We called several times because we'd waited so long, but no one answered. The sushi was usually delicious.

Absolutely disappointing and unprofessional... I placed an order with On Sushi for approximately €130 – to ensure it arrived safely, I even placed it several hours before the scheduled delivery time of 7:45 pm. The delivery was confirmed. However, nothing was delivered. No message, no cancellation, no explanation. We tried to reach someone by phone over 15 times, without success. What makes this particularly frustrating is that it was for a birthday dinner. The guests had to go home without their food. Now it's after 10:20 pm, the restaurant closed 20 minutes ago – and we're sitting here frustrated and hungry. This simply shouldn't happen.

I order from you often and am usually satisfied. But today was truly outrageous. My sushi arrived far too late and was warm. It was disgusting and a health risk with raw fish!!

My order arrived after 1.5 hours instead of 40 minutes. Upon delivery, I was given some money because parts of my order had been forgotten… unfortunately, still not enough, as about half of the order was incorrect or missing.

I wish I could fly back in time and not spend that money on food, but unfortunately, I can't, so I'm warning you. We waited two hours for our food, and what did we get? Spring rolls that weren't crispy at all. But for eight small pieces, we got five packets (about 50 ml each) of sweet and sour sauce. Tempura rolls with salmon and avocado. The avocado was truly unbelievable; it was both unripe and rotten at the same time—a real miracle of nature. The rice was also wrong, quite mushy, but for some reason, they even made two layers of it. More isn't always better, I have to tell you. A huge bone was also found in the salmon. The wakame salad was too oily; it was inedible, so unpleasant, and my husband is a real fan of that salad. It was a terrible disappointment. We had a total of 24 rolls and only two packets of soy sauce. Oh well, at least we can live off sweet and sour sauce for the next two years. Never again on Sushi!!!

The sushi wasn't tasty at all, and some of it didn't even taste fresh (although it looked fresh). The Lidl sushi tasted a lot better for less than half the price. The edamame completely forgot the great "coarse Atlantic sea salt from Brittany." They also forgot to mention the edamame. They were also very cold.

We ordered about two weeks ago on a Sunday at 6:45 p.m. They said delivery would take 30-45 minutes, which was fine... but after an hour and a half, still nothing, and calls weren't answered. At one point, they said, "Delivery coming soon." Again, nothing came. At 9:20 p.m., the app said the delivery had arrived at 8:09 p.m., what a lie... calls weren't answered again. At some point, shortly before 10 p.m., the food arrived half cold... and they apologized... that was over two hours and a shame for the money... I'm disappointed; I've always enjoyed ordering and the food has always been good... but after this stunt, I'll just do it again.

I found out about this restaurant through their student discount program. We had a party and decided to order a small box of sushi. The sushi was delicious and the delivery was on time, the salmon was very fresh.

Just ordering takeout but I'm perfectly fine with that. Good food and friendly staff who are always ready to advise customers. I saw the boss there and he served me personally. Good recommendations follow good sushi. Tempura Sake (see picture) is a must-try. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of eating at ON Sushi and overall it was a very positive experience! Ambiance: The restaurant has a modern yet cozy design. The lighting was pleasant and the decor had an authentic Japanese atmosphere. The tables were clean and well arranged so there was enough privacy. Eat: The sushi was fresh and artfully prepared. Particularly noteworthy are the [e.g. Rainbow Roll and Salmon Nigiri], which tasted excellent. The selection on the menu was varied, and there were also options for vegetarians. The ingredients were high quality and the portions were fair. A small negative point was that the miso soup was a bit too salty, but that's a matter of taste. Service: The staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Our order came quickly and the waiters patiently responded to questions and gave good recommendations.

the sushi were so good and i promise, you guys have to try the crispy ebi because it’s delicious. As a student, i also got discount too. The chef and staffs are really cute!!! Highly recommend this place

A to-go restaurant, no seating. But who needs that when you have the Rhine on the opposite side of the street? Just take it with you, cross the street and enjoy it on the bank. Tastes twice as delicious. There are also garbage cans within sight if you don't know where to put the waste.

Food was a culinary delight. However, the driver came way too early, which disrupted my daily yoga. For 5 out of 5. For eating earlier 0 out of 5. Because yoga is my passion 🥰 unfortunately I can't give it a 2.5, sorry. Ordered there is awesome!

For the first time, we ordered something and had it delivered to our home. The vegan offering is simply phenomenal and imaginative and, above all, very tasty. It was really nice and simple to be able to order something vegan without any problems and to be surprised with such a variety. The delivery service was on time and very friendly. We will definitely order again.

To be honest, I can't understand the good recommendations. The portions were large and delivery was quick for that two stars, but the sushi was really not tasty. Didn't taste fresh, tuna looked like it came from a can and the tempura rolls were way too greasy. A pity.

Yes, the sushi is just mediocre and really expensive when you consider that you usually get 8 pieces and where the prices are often only for 2 or 4 pieces, sometimes even 6. Nevertheless, I ordered there more often because everything else In Konstanz, what health-safe sushi offers does not deliver. Once I had an order that I immediately canceled by phone when I saw that the delivery time was 2 hours instead of the standard time stated on Lieferando. The woman on the phone said I should just write to Lieferando what happened and that I had canceled and they would then confirm it so that I could get my money back (I remember it was €35) I haven't gotten the money back to this day and if I Nobody answers calls or acts as if they don't understand me and hangs up. I'm really very upset because I paid for sushi that never arrived.

Für einen Suhsi-Lieferservice seh gut. Das Essen wurde schnell geliefert und war schön angerichtet.

Das Sushi sowie andere Snacks waren pünktlich abholbereit. Die Qualität konnte leider nicht überzeugen. Das Essen war teilweise sehr fettig und haben fast nur nach Öl geschmeckt… Schade, denn die Preis/Leistung wäre sehr fair.

Hab schon ein paar mal bei On Sushi bestellt und es war gut, aber heute war es besser wie sonst. Das Verhältnis von Fish zu Reis war perfekt. Haltet den wo die Maguro nigiri gemacht hat fest.

Wir haben an einem Sonntag Abend um 19:30 Uhr bestellt und dennoch zeitiger unser Essen geliefert bekommen als angesagt. Die warmen Komponenten waren noch sehr warm. Das Sushi war super, grade wenn Man bedenkt, dass es sich um eine Lieferung nach Hause handelt. Preis Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall!!

Vergleichsweise sehr teuer (für 2,00€ bekommt man drei vegetarische Maki). Sehr lange Lieferzeit und leider so schlecht gerollt, dass jedes einzelne beim Essen auseinander gefallen ist. Die Norialge war zäh. Geschmacklich war das Sushi ansonsten lecker.

Heute das erst mal bei ON Sushi bestellt. Der Fahrer hatte es irgendwie sehr eilig, schade für Ihn, das Trinkgeld hatte ich am Ende noch in der Hand.... Das Sushi war ganz gut, allerdings kann ich die vorherigen Bewertungen nicht bestätigen. Es gibt definitiv noch ne Steigerung an Sushi in Town ;) Maguru liebe ich, leider konnte der von ON Sushi mich nicht überzeugen. :/ Wir haben es probiert und gut. :)

During my stay in Konstanz for Easter vacation, I happened to visit this place. And the result was : The best sushi in Germany !!! The staffs were vey friendly, and the food was simply unbelievable when you consider the super reasonable price 👍👍 Definitely visit again when I come back to Konstanz 👏

Not the best sushi quality. We are very familiar with the authentic Japanese quality …. A bit too much off… 4.8 stars in average is definitely overrated and not value for money.

Sushi ist super fein und lecker. Dadurch kann ich die akribische Einstellung dieses Restaurant zum Essen spüren. Sehr empehlenswert！

Ich habe dort bestellt und meine Erfahrung ist durchwachsen - ich kann mich den bisher nur positiven Erfahrungen leider nicht anschließen. Die Lieferung war in Ordnung. Die vegetarischen Futo Maki waren sehr lecker, für diese würde ich eventuell in Betracht ziehen dort nochmal zu bestellen. Das restliche Sushi war ganz gut, das Wasabi hat jedoch sehr stark nach Meerrettich geschmeckt. Die Miso Suppe war ok, aber nicht überzeugend, kam jedoch noch warm an. Am meisten störte mich jedoch das Kimchi, dieses war bei Ankunft noch halb gefroren und es waren kleine Eisstückchen drin, somit musste ich die Vorspeise zunächst erst einmal auftauen lassen. Geschmacklich war das Kimchi ungenießbar, es hatte einen sehr stechenden Geschmack und ist mit Kimchi das man z.B. in Südkorea bekommt absolut nicht zu vergleichen. Insgesamt war zudem das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis enttäuschend, ich bin unentschlossen, ob ich hier noch einmal bestellen würde.

Essen kommt schnell und wirkt sehr Frisch, Preise sind etwas hoch, aber es schmeckt wirklich alles sehr gut! Leider war die Lieferantin am Telefonieren als wir das Essen entgegennahmen was mir etwas Negativ auffiel.

Zum ersten Mal hier Takeaway bestellt. Ich muss sagen, das ist das Beste Sushi, das ich je in Deutschland gegessen habe! Der Fisch war sehr frisch und die Kommunikation läuft super. Sie habenauch meine spezielle Wünsche berücksichtigt!

Zum ersten Mal dort bestellt und begeistert. Super verpackt in Papierboxen mit Folienfenster und das Tempura Sushi sogar mit Alufolie, damit es warm bleibt. Großes Angebot, grad für Leute die kein Fisch essen. Ich finde den Preis sehr fair gerechtfertigt! Das Sushi sättigt m. E. schneller als bei der Konkurrenz. Vor allem das Tempura Sushi veggie ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die anderen Lieferdienste in KN können definitiv nicht mithalten.
