Shima Kreuzberg in Berlin

The website says it's open, but when I go there, it's closed.

The food was really delicious, the atmosphere was really nice and cozy, and the waiters were very friendly.

We zagen dit restaurant vlakbij het hotel (Numa Stays) en dachten lekker makkelijk om sushi te eten. Echter op de kaart stonden ook verschillende Ramen . Onze keuze Ramen met garnalen en als vooraf de verse rijstvel loempia ook met garnalen. Een prima keuze en aardig personeel.

Este restaurante oriental se encuentra situado en el barrio de Kreuzberg, a un par de minutos de Checkpoint Charlie. El local es pequeño, aunque cuenta con una carta muy amplia: ensaladas, ramen, sushi, etc. Yo me decidí por Korean BBQ Chicken, compuesto por 6 trocitos de pollo empanado con salsa barbacoa y ensalada, y Tekka Kappa (6 piezas de maki de salmón y pepino). El punto flojo, la bebida; no tenían cerveza con alcohol, así que tuve que pedir una Beck´s sin alcohol que estaba realmente horrible. Salvo este detalle, los platos muy bien, y a un precio más que razonable; la cuenta sumó 13,80 €. La atención, muy amable. A pesar de la cerveza le doy la máxima puntuación; no se puede pedir mucho más en relación calidad-precio.

This Asian restaurant is located in the Kreuzberg district, a couple of minutes from Checkpoint Charlie. The place is small, but it has a very extensive menu: salads, ramen, sushi, etc. I opted for the Korean BBQ Chicken, which consisted of six pieces of breaded chicken with barbecue sauce and salad, and the Tekka Kappa (six pieces of salmon and cucumber maki). The only downside was the drinks; they didn't have alcoholic beer, so I had to order a non-alcoholic Beck's, which was truly awful. Aside from that, the food was very good and more than reasonably priced; the bill came to €13.80. The service was very friendly. Despite the beer, I give it top marks; you can't ask for much more in terms of value for money.

We were pleasantly surprised. Everything tasted delicious. All the dishes were very tasty. The atmosphere is lovely and cozy. The service is exceptional. They have a great library with Ukrainian books. We'd love to come back.

Food was ok, portions are tiny, service is non-existent. We ordered on "buy 1 get 1" but it didn't work. Not only did we not get the double, we got 7/9 dishes we ordered, a lemonade (we did not order but was on invoice) was missing, and instead of free spring rolls - we got some random soup 😂 We called the number provided - it is not connecting. 72 eur worth of sushi barely fed 3 women. Order somewhere else.

Das Essen war super Lecker zu einem angemessenen Preis, es ist sehr gemütlich und war angenehm leer. Waren Samstags da und ich hatte die 66, wirklich zu empfehlen. Die Getränke sind leider etwas klein aber das ist nicht so schlimm, der Mangolassi war auch einwandfrei.

So unfassbar leckere Gerichte . Kompliment. Ein tolles Lokal, super Ambiente, Freundliche Bedienung. So leckeres shushi hab ich selten gegessen. Sehr empfehlenswert A. aus München

Jedes Mal wieder eine Freude, dort etwas zu essen. Egal ob es ein neues unbekanntes Gericht oder ein beliebtes Gericht ist, es ist mit Geschmack gefüllt. Wenn man es noch nicht kennt einfach mal probieren, kosten und danach für sich entscheiden. Gruß an das ganze Shima Team.

Friendly waitress, but not been able to drink a little beer with your food because of non-alcohol policy is really a complete turn off we wouldn’t go back again

Leckeres frisches Essen, für jeden was dabei (ich bin kein Sushifan, aber es gibt ja auch noch anderes als das), angenehme Location, sehr freundliche Bedienung (auch mehrsprachig). Ich war abends in der Woche hier, gerade nach einem stressigen Arbeitstag ein schöner Ausklang um runterkommen. Empfehlung *****
