Sushi for life in Berlin

Wir waren als Gruppe mit drei Erwachsenen und einem Baby dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Besitzer war ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich. Das Sushi wurde frisch zubereitet und hat hervorragend geschmeckt, man merkt die hohe Qualität der Zutaten. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen!

Tolles Essen und ausgezeichneter Service!

Ich war einmal dort, um eine Poke Bowl zu essen, ein paar Tage später dann Sushi. Beides war ausgezeichnet. Netter Besitzer.

Ausgezeichnet, ich komme wieder! Das beste Sushi, das ich bisher in Berlin gesehen habe.

Wahnsinn! Mittagstisch Ente für € 9,90! Kleine aber sehr feine Portion mit Salat, tollem Dressing, Reis und frischem Gemüse! Mehr geht für den Preis nicht. Und dann schmeckt es auch noch!

Köstlich und eine große Portion. Man merkt, dass sie sich Mühe geben :)

Meine Familie und ich waren heute in diesem Restaurant. Das Sushi war fantastisch, das Essen wurde mit viel Liebe zubereitet und war sehr lecker – wir waren begeistert! Schade, dass wir vergessen haben, ein Foto zu machen. Wir haben alles restlos aufgegessen. Liebe Grüße.

Habe "take away" bestellt. Zum warten gab es einen leckeren Ingwertee. Sushi etc. und Salat waren sehr gut. Empfehlenswert!

Durch Zufall sind wir vom Hotel in der direkten Nachbarschaft auf diese kleine aber feine SUSHI Bar gestoßen. Super große Auswahl , toll angerichtet, Geschmackliche eine Wucht ....wenn Berlin Charlottenburg dann unbedingt dahin👍 Sehr freundliche Gastgeber 🥰

Wir waren rundum begeistert! Schon beim Betreten merkt man sofort die herzliche Atmosphäre – ein echter Familienbetrieb, in dem man sich direkt willkommen fühlt. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass man einen Einblick in die Küche hatte. Es war wirklich beeindruckend zu sehen, wie frisch und mit wie viel Sorgfalt alles zubereitet wird. Das Gemüse wurde direkt vor unseren Augen frisch geschnitten, und jedes Sushi wurde mit großer Präzision und Liebe angerichtet. Auch geschmacklich war alles hervorragend – frisch, qualitativ hochwertig und einfach unglaublich lecker. Man merkt hier wirklich, dass viel Wert auf gute Zutaten und handwerkliches Können gelegt wird. Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die frisches, authentisches Sushi und eine warme, familiäre Atmosphäre schätzen!

Sehr nett. Alles was wir bestellt hatten wurde frisch zubereitet und einfach nur sehr lecker. Ambiente - Klein aber fein, trifft voll zu. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in Berlin sind. Definitiv mehr als 5 Sterne wert.

Wir haben das Lachs Menü bestellt und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Essen wurde sehr appetitlich garniert mit zusätzlichen Salat. Als Süßes gabs noch gebratene Äpfel und Bananen, die uns freundlicherweise geschenkt wurden. An sich ist der Ort sehr ruhig und angenehm.

Ich bin zufällig in den Laden rein, weil ich in der Nähe wohne und kleinen Hunger hatte. Zur meiner Überraschung habe ich dort einer der besten Sushi gegessen. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet und d sauber ist es auch dort. Wenn ich wieder Lust auf Sushi bekomme, dann gehe ich nur dort hin. Zuerst möchte ich erwähnen, dass das Essen (in meinem Fall nur Sushi) sehr lecker war und ich jederzeit wieder dort essen würde wenn ich in der Nähe bin. Für das Ambiente gibt es nur 4*, weil der Laden tatsächlich etwas sehr klein ist was ihn sehr eng wirken lässt.

Dauert mitunter etwas länger, aber wird durch Qualität wieder gut gemacht

Die vegetarischen Tempura sind immer sehr lecker. Auch die dazugereichten Salata sind frisch und abwechslungsreich. Einzig ein bisschen weniger Dressing wäre manchmal angebracht.

Wow, wir sind hier durch Zufall in diesem kleinen liebevoll und gemütlichen Sushi Restaurant, welches von einem überaus freundlichen Ehepaar geführt wird! Sie haben unser Essen mit viel Liebe frisch zubereitet und es so gut geschmeckt! Leider sind wir nur im Urlaub in Berlin, also bitte alle hiesigen und Touristen: pusht diese tolle kleine Wohlfühloase:-)

Ich bin über Google Maps auf Sushi for Life aufmerksam geworden und kann das Restaurant wärmstens weiterempfehlen. An dem Montagabend, als ich dort war, war es angenehm ruhig und ich wurde vom Inhaber selbst sofort bedient. Er war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe mich für das Tagesangebot entschieden, eine Bowl mit crispy Chicken. Mein Essen wurde frisch zubereitet und zügig serviert. Es sah nicht nur super lecker aus, sondern es schmecke auch hervorragend! Super krosses Hähnchen, saftiger Sushireis, knackiger Salat und würzige Saucen - einfach top! Mit Getränk habe ich rund 15€ bezahlt, was für die große Portion sehr günstig war. Bei Sushi for Life hat es mir richtig gut geschmeckt und auch der Service war klasse, daher komme ich gerne wieder hierher!

Mein Freund bringt mir manchmal etwas von dort mit. Er sagt dass ein alter Herr alles selber macht und hat ihn mehrfach gelobt! Das Sushi wird sehr wird sehr ansprechend angerichtet und schmeckt auch sehr gut. Es werden immer 2-3 Soßen darüber gemacht, bin der nur leider eine so gar nicht schmeckt. Aber das ist Geschmackssache.

I've ordered from there several times now and I find the food delicious. Unfortunately, the edamame aren't salty enough for me, but I'll simply mention that in the comments section of my order next time. They're still tasty nonetheless.

Absolutely delicious sushi, prepared with so much love and care. I've been there several times in a short period because I loved it so much. Whether you order takeout or eat in, it's always great. There's a wide selection, which makes it easy for vegetarians to find something too.

A small, cozy restaurant with a lot of heart! Everything is freshly and lovingly prepared in-house, and you can taste it. The dishes were beautifully presented and incredibly delicious – I was truly impressed! To be honest, I had a bit of a bad feeling about the menu at first, but I was completely pleasantly surprised – everything looked a hundred times better in person and tasted even better. A real insider tip – there's so much passion in every detail!

Unexpectedly good! We dropped by to get some take out and ordered three different rolls, from a huge selection with great vegetarian options too, and they were are delicious and very creatively put together. The staff were super friendly and they served us some complimentary tea while waiting. Will definitely come back!

Highly recommended, as it's very tasty and very friendly. Our little one even got sushi as a gift. However, warm drinks like tea, etc., and forks for the little one would have been nice. Well, we didn't ask for them, and I think it's actually only supposed to be a delivery service. But we would definitely come back.

I'm truly thrilled. The gentleman was incredibly accommodating to my food intolerance and prepared the sushi (with considerable extra effort) so that I could eat it. It was some of the best sushi I've ever eaten and beautifully presented! I'd be happy to come back!

A really great place. It's very small, but that's okay. We didn't have a reservation, but we still managed to get a seat even though there were seven of us. We had the vegetarian fried sushi, and it was absolutely delicious. The other people's sushi looked really good, too, and everyone loved it. For the price, you really can't complain, especially in the middle of Berlin. The chef is also super nice and even brought us a free baked banana as a little dessert. They even have a restroom available upon request. All in all, a fantastic restaurant. Keep up the good work!

Sorry to be negative, but the sushi is really bad. The tuna makis were simply unacceptable; the tuna was so old it looked gray; I just didn't dare eat it. And we also ordered the tempura rolls with tuna, but they tasted like salmon... And you can tell they were cooked in old oil. Come on, people, please!!!! You can't sell this!

The place absolutely deserves its perfect rating. The food was amazing (we tried the shrimp spring rolls, duck ramen and the sushi), the place is small and cozy, feels family-owned. Definitely recommend, UPD: also loved the mango lassi and the salmon bowl. Delish!

Highly recommend this place!!! Me and my family are regular at this Sushi place mainly because of the Owner who is an amazing person and also the Cook. The Taste and the Price are affordable with big portions. They always have offers. I highly recommend to try one of the offers as they are good on the pocket and best in taste. The big Tempura rolls in veg and non veg are a must try along with their Sweet and Sour Fried Salmon Bowl.

We ordered via UberEats and really enjoyed the sushi! The taste was A1, everything was very fresh and lovingly prepared. I also liked that the sushi came in small cardboard boxes rather than the usual plastic containers. The delivery time was also absolutely within limits. Will definitely order here again.

This is a wonderful place. Atmospheric little restaurant with excellent food. The best sushi in Berlin is served here. I also recommend trying Jasmine Rice with shrimp in mango sauce. My family and I have been going here for more than two years. The average price tag for 5 people is ~50€. The portions are huge, take this into account when ordering. You will never leave here hungry!

So I have to say I can only recommend the shop to everyone, I ate there for the first time with my sister today and it was simply delicious, the employees were extremely friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere was also very nice and inviting.

Here you can get fresh and incredibly tasty sushi. For me it is one of the best shops in all of Berlin! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I will definitely come again! 10/10

Chives and soy sprouts thrown over everything - in my opinion it has nothing to do with sushi and has a much too strong taste.
