Steak and pork tenderloin were very good. Staff nice, but could ask for drinks more often. Price is okay.

We have enjoyed going there for years. The service is very attentive, always friendly and not hectic, even when all tables are full. The food is premium, the meat is prepared to perfection and has a sensational quality. The burgers are also highly recommended, the patty is simply great, the taste is slightly smoky and the minced meat is also very high quality. And it should be emphasized that both the fries and the fried potatoes are cross. Recommendation is the ice cream with caramel sauce as dessert. The food tastes great, the selection of drinks is great and the price-performance ratio is right!

Due to a change of ownership, the liquor license was no longer available at short notice, so there were no alcoholic drinks. Food is rustic and good, there are also permanent offers for those on a budget (e.g. mixed grill plates) and changing lunch menus. Typical steakhouse atmosphere in a central location in Norderstedt. Staff attentive and quick.

Good service is offered here in a quiet location. I can recommend the following for food: schnitzel and steak, the oven potatoes, the bread and the fries. The burger can't keep up with that. Thumb thick (min 2cm) cucumbers and tomatoes prevent the burger from normal. The meatball didn't taste good.

The food is always really good. Unfortunately, the service is always bad, the service staff is always changing. Unfortunately, the terrace isn't exactly clean if you want to eat outside, there are spiders on the chairs, leaves everywhere and chocolate bar wrappers in the corners. When most people order home, there is enough time there to keep everything up to date. 🙏

2× Caucasian skewers ordered from home with side dishes, the meat on the outside of both skewers was gray, no roasted aromas. Unfortunately, half of the meat was tough, something we don't know at the Pourter House. Maybe a cheaper supplier?

Staff friendly, steak good, but over €91 including 2 children's plates is quite self-confident when even the children go out hungry afterwards. I didn't expect that a steakhouse would serve 5 chuck nuggets made of molded meat with a small portion of fries and a tablespoon of ketchup for €7.50. There is significantly better quality at Aldi (Jack's Farm).

Nice ambience, good location, reasonable quality. The Flame is a steakhouse with a good concept. The lunch grill plate is a Norderstedt institution. Clear recommendation!

The food is consistently of good quality, and the ambiance of the summer garden is very pleasant and inviting. Unfortunately, the service is rather uncoordinated; several waiters failed to bring the ordered drink before the meal. It was served as dessert. Prices are quite high.

I ordered takeaway, plaice with fried potatoes. It was plentiful and delicious. Thank you.

I can only recommend the “Little Steakhouse”. Whether it's lunch or a la carte, you won't be disappointed.
