Very hospitable and child-friendly! The menu has not (yet?) found a focus - there is everything from naan and curry, to schnitzel and pizza. The schnitzels were very good!

Unfortunately, I can't quite understand the very good reviews. Yes, it's a nice atmosphere, but it's also very overgrown and nothing has been done about it for a long time. The saloon was ok, quaint and a bit musty or as some describe it, smoky. As a non-smoker it's not my thing but you have to get involved (not a negative point). The food was ok, but if you want medium, you should order medium rare. My steak was completely cooked through, the thicker part was nice and soft but still cooked through, no juice came out, but it was ok in terms of taste and price. The beans or the chilli sin carne (without meat) was very spicy, my girlfriend couldn't eat it. Maybe it should be mentioned on the homepage. But I had completely different expectations of the western city. There is a lot of potential in the concept but I suspect it is only used to make a living. I immediately had dozens of ideas. Conclusion: everyone was very nice and the food was ok.

Great food at a reasonable price and really pleasant service. I'll definitely come by again. The only thing I don't like is the ambience and the toilets in particular could use some updating.

The steak was very tasty and cooked to perfection. (Medium) Unfortunately, the rest of the plate couldn't keep up: The salad was poorly presented, with only a small dollop of dressing. The garlic bread was also unconvincing in terms of taste – a simple baguette with a bit of garlic, which unfortunately had no garlicky flavor.

Walked in on a Wednesday night to a fairly quiet somewhat traditionally decorated German restaurant. It was noticeably cold, 🥶 I considered keeping my winter coat on but opted for a beer jacket and ordered a pils as I sat down. The small pils was pretty good. Service was ok and I ordered a T-bone with jacket potato and another 500ml white beer. The food looked good that was the end of the enjoyable experience. The potato was just warm enough for me not to send it straight back, unfortunately I later found it wasn’t really cooked very well, and the foil it was served in was a pain that should have stayed in the kitchen. The t-bone 🥩 was one of the biggest but worst I’ve ever had, and I had one just last week! Even the fillet side had connective tissue running through it, the sirloin side had a huge thread through the middle and a bicycle tyre thick edge of fat. I did mention it to the waitress who sent over the manager/owner ?? who started telling me it was normal for t-bone and half heartedly offered me another one whilst also telling me to check the middle of the sirloin. This particular must have missed the large connective band running through it and I could tell she didn’t want to swap it so I battled on. See pictures for before and after shots.

Three of us were there on Saturday evening for my father-in-law's 85th birthday. Ok, I really like Turkish food, so I was willing to accept the high price. We ordered 1 starter, 3 main courses (kofte with grilled vegetables, burger with fries and cooked beef with grilled vegetables) and 1 salad for the main course. After 5 minutes the starter came and 3 minutes later the fries and the beef without vegetables. Everything was simply put there without question as to who had what. After another 10 minutes the burger and kofta arrived. No vegetables again. When we asked where the vegetables were, we were told there were none. It's on the map, but it's being changed. But there would be more of the meat. After repeated complaints there was no solution. Are you selling food according to the menu that you have no intention of serving??!!?? It doesn't work at all, it borders on fraud for me! Food was good, but it didn't do justice to the price level (burger 23 euros without side dish). My wife had to/should eat the beef (pictured) without any side dish. The service is nice but terribly bad! The owner plays in the top league with the prices, but only delivers a district class performance! We will avoid this restaurant in the future and can only recommend that others clearly define what they are actually getting when ordering!
