Everything was amazing! I called at 1100 when they opened to make our reservation for 2000 and pre-ordered our steak. Highly recommend this! When we arrived, our table was ready and our steak had been slow cooking for 5 hours! Melts in your mouth! They had live music, appetizers were delicious, and service was great. On the pricy side, but I definitely feel like it was worth the price!

One of the best steak dining experiences I’ve had, ever! The chef knew his steaks…and took great pride in how he cooked them! They’re on the pricey side, but well worth it in my opinion! Definitely recommend!

Pro: amazing food, friendly staff, free parking lot outside Con: took quite awhile (40min) to have our drinks/order taken and a long time (maybe 60min) to get the steaks. The drinks/bread/appetizer was fast once ordered though. The food was worth the wait and it may have been a fluke but keep it in mind. Best steaks in Europe. I'll defend that statement to my grave. The chef knows his way around the meats. Pre-order ahead of time, and the end result will be even better. He'll season it and slow-cook it hours before you arrive, and have it ready for you shortly after you arrive. Perfection! The staff is also extremely friendly. Nice atmosphere. I've loved every visit here.

The food is really good. My sister said that the meat we ordered tasted like it was made by Gordon Ramsey! There is live music too.

I ate there twice back in October with two groups of friends. We will be back when we are in the area for work. Steaks were amazing, and the host was very warm and welcoming.

Great steak place with a good ambiance. Oder steaks ahead of time because they slow cook them for hours. Live music is good, and so is customer service.

Amazing food. The steak for two was cooked to perfection. My wife likes her steaks medium rare and I like medium. They were able to get a perfect mix. The owner met us when we arrived and was very friendly. When we left, he ran outside to catch us before leaving to ask about the food and the service. It was pretty pricey but well worth it.

Excellent food, wonderful team and restaurant concept. Order in advance for sure. Skip the appetizers; the fillet is outstanding, and the Maui French fry sauce is spectacular. I can’t wait to go back!

Wagu definitely wasn't up to any I've had before. It was thin and a little tough. The best cut was the rib eye, then the sirlon. The goat cheese empanda was tasty and the salad options were acceptable. Good service, but he knew that we didn't care for the WAGU, but he didn't offer to change it, etc. Wagu should be like butter in your mouth, not what he served.

4/5 steak, what bothered me is that the meat was of ok quality but there’s no way that a steak dinner for two is 250 plus dollars. That isn’t a Michelin star restaurant or not world renown… One and done for me.

We went to Chacarero Steakhouse for the first time on Saturday and loved it! The passion with which the meat is prepared there is truly unique in the Kaiserslautern area! Of course this has its price, but it is really justified. Great ambience, great service and great hosts, we also had live music in the evening and most importantly - the steaks were sensationally delicious! We'll be back, thank you for the lovely evening.

This is a very nice steak house with a good selection of steaks and sizes. Definitely call in for a reservation and your steak order ahead of time so you don't have to wait for two or so hours. The sides are salads and fried potatoes, but they are quite delicious. The staff were amazing and did their best to take care of us. The salt used for the steaks was delicious, even tasted good with the ice cream. All together, it is a great steak place and one we will visit again.

We had a wonderful dinner here, we pre-ordered a 450 gram sirloin house special. It was delicious and well-prepared. The owner is kind and there was great live music on a Saturday.

I took my wife for our 20th wedding anniversary and it was fantastic. The food was phenomenal and the ambience was perfect for the occassion. It wasn’t a cheap dinner, but the quality was worth the cost.

What we had was good... what we ordered didn't make it to the never got to the table. We had to stop someone everytime to ask for drinks, and there were other tables served before us even though our order was in. No on came to tell us it was going to be a little longer or anything. Might be good food- if you can wait 2 hours for a steak. When we confronted them to pay the bill and leave, and cancel the remainder of the order we were verbally assaulted by the chef and a staff member. We left the dining room to bo make a scene- but they decided to raise their voices. Ugh- not fun.

Best steak I’ve ever eaten in my life. Outstanding service and food. Owners have a passion for food and people. Make sure to call in your party reservation day before with type of steak and how you want it cooked. I Followed up with email since I had so many people and confirmed with owner over phone he was good with order.

You've got to do this prepared. We placed orders for 7 people the day before. When we arrived, they matched who we were with the steaks we ordered, and we ordered appetizers and drinks. The owner came out and greeted us and talked a bit, then the feast came. I ordered the special. This steak cut like melted butter. It was tender and juicy. We will be going again. Hopefully to convince him to open up in our hometown

Durch eine Empfehlung, hat mein Mann angerufen und reserviert. Durch die aufwändige Zubereitung, mussten wir am Telefon schon angeben was wir wollen. Wir waren dann um 17:30Uhr da. Es war noch leer. Das Restaurant sieht in Ordnung aus. Durch das rote Licht wirkt es komisch. Es gab an dem Abend sogar einen Musiker der Live spielte. Wir saßen direkt neben dran und haben uns mit ihm auch unterhalten können. Der Eigentümer war sehr herzlich. Wir haben auch Vorspeisen bestellt. Es gibt eine empanada die als XL beschrieben war. Das war überhaupt nicht der Fall. Geschmacklich gut, es wurde auch angeblich alles frisch zubereitet. Aber XL war das nicht. Im Endeffekt wurde ALLES separat berechnet: sprich Beilage (Kartoffelscheiben und Reis) und sogar die dip’s wurden separat berechnet. Wir hatten auch einen Salat bestellt. Und man sah, das es aus der Tüte kam. Also für alles sehr hohe Preise! Für einen Tüten Salat mit ein wenig Mais und Tomaten, waren es 9,50€. Das steak hat sehr lange auf sich warten lassen. Es war leicht nervig. Dann kam es auch und wir haben es nicht so bekommen wie es dann morgens bestellt wurde. Selbstverständlich sind die Geschmäcker verschieden und über Steak lässt man sich gerne streiten. Aber wir waren für diesen Preis und die Zeit nicht zufrieden. Immerhin schenkten die Kartoffelscheiben. Zusammengefasst: wir würden bzw werden nicht mehr hingehen. Mein Mann hat es auch der Person die es empfohlen hat mitgeteilt. Auch nach Monaten machen wir Witze und lachen mittlerweile darüber. Ich gebe 3 von 5 weil der Service gut war und der Eigentümer sehr herzlich. Auch wenn das Fleisch eine hohe Qualität hat, hat es unseren Geschmack nicht getroffen.

Of all the gin joints in all the world... Who knew that you'd find amazing steak in a small town in south Germany? Australian beef in a Chilean steakhouse, no less. Pre-ordering and making our reservation was easy. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Great service. The pisco sour was on point - made correctly with egg whites! Our steaks, one new york strip and one ribeye were great. I really liked the salt cellar on the plate, was nice to have finishing salt readily available. The sauce drizzle on the steak board was fantastic - I suspect an aged balsamic or a reduction but I did not ask. I would absolutely go back again!

Always a great place to get a steak in Kaiserslautern! Make reservations, as you'll need to pre-order the high-end steaks. The wagyu sirloin is a great choice. I usually order the 17.6 oz Australian Wagyu Ribeye and it's always perfect!👌🏼 Enjoy with a bottle of Tarapacá Gran Riserva and your favorite sides.

Dinner was so wonderful for not only the quality of the food but how amazing the staff and owners are. We loved everything we ordered. The steaks had so much flavor and were cooked perfectly. All the staff was so personable and friendly. It made our experience and dinner that much better. We’ll definitely be back!!

Pricey, but Excellent and worth it.

If you want a great steak, this is the place. We had to call ahead a few days to reserve a table AND order our steaks (sirloin and ribeye). The Dutch owner (whose wife is from Chile) greeted us as we arrived and knew our names from the reservation. Nice touch. Very friendly and polite man and pleasant staff. We ordered cocktails and our side dishes. Side dishes were limited. No baked potatoes which is what I would add to the menu. When we pre-ordered, the owner said he needed 4-5 hours to prepare the steaks. We do not know what he did, but they were excellent. A bit more expensive than one would expect in this small town of Einsiedlerhof near Kaiserslautern and Kindsbach but quality-wise as good as our favorite Ruth's Chris. It is on a back street in a quiet residential neighborhood with free parking. We had window seats, very comfortable, nicely lit with pleasant unobtrusive music. The owner came by a few times to check on us and chatted briefly. Overall experience was excellent! First class all the way. They know how to make steaks!!

Die besten Steaks, die ich jemals gegessen habe. Und zwar weltweit. Nicht einmal in den USA habe ich diese Qualität gefunden. Es sind aber nicht nur die Steaks, sondern auch die Beilagen, der Nachtisch (Churros) und zum großen Teil auch Harry, die jeden Besuch zu einem Erlebnis machen. Wir versuchen, jeden Monat 1x dort vorbeizuschauen, leider hat Corona den Plan etwas durcheinander gebracht. Aber jetzt geht es wieder los. An alle Lautrer: geht hin. Es lohnt sich. Und auf ein solches Steakhouse in Kaiserslautern habe ich 40 Jahre gewartet.

I came here with my boyfriend after reading some very positive reviews and we have not regretted it. The meat was tender and succulent, the cooking just perfect. The welcome was warm, you feel like you're in chili! I highly recommend you.

Order 6-7 hours ahead for the special slow cook! I ordered two rare steaks and they were perfect! The day was literally melting due to the long cook, but the meat was perfectly rare and insanely delicious. Also since I had to ask for a takeaway due to covid restrictions on dinning, their method of packing the takeaway was spot on, as everything was individually packed in such a way that nothing was soggy or cold after our thirty minute drive home.

This is by far mine and my husbands favorite restaurant in Germany! It is superior to any steak we have ever had they fly all their steaks In from Argentina and the veggies from France. The service and owners are absolutely the sweetest people we have ever met. I would go here every day if I could. It is very fairly priced for the quality food you receive.

A group of friends planned it for a birthday get together. It was HOT and all 10+ people got was a 30 euro fan. For a premium place I expected much better. The meat was well cooked but not seasoned at all. That was the consensus. Even my 15 euro sandwich had no flavor. At least I avoided the kids meal looking choices some of us got. At the end I ended up paying 27 euro for my sandwich a whiskey coke and apparently sauces that were extra and distributed among all checks. If you feel like overpaying for meh food and wish to sweat, please go.

I had a few steaks in the past. My visits to Texas and New Mexico presented excellent opportunities. Suddenly I stumbled over this Chilean restaurant in Einsiedlerhof, nearby Kaiserslautern. My family and I went there on a Saturday, they have live music on those days and making a reservation is a smart thing to do... oh, and if you do, put in your steak preferences as well because they slow cook their steaks to perfection and by pre-ordering your steak will be ready when you want to. They only have three varieties to choose from and you can order single steaks or a large steak which you can carve from together. They are excellent, just how you want them, giving honor to the animal that gave it's life to feed us. This little restaurant should definitely be on your list when you are in the vicinity. It's not only the food but the Staff is friendly as well but be prepared that at a Saturday night things might take a little while because it's crowded.

A small Chilean restaurant, a bit off the beaten track, but oh what a nice meat! The owner/chef specialises in slow-roasted beef, Chilean style. We discovered the place by coincidence but were not dissapointed. The Chef himself explained how he prepares his meat by slow-roasting it for 8 or 9 hours on relatively low temperature. We chose this and had the most delicious meal in a long time! As a result we returned a week later. It is advisable to reserve early in the afternoon so that the chef knows how much to prepare as this takes a lot of time. The owner is Dutch which was an added bonus for us. Very highly recommended!

First time visit on the recommendation of family, small place but great food, Chilean food worth a visit, steaks look great, we wanted something light, tried the empanada, tasty, salads are fresh, salmon done to perfection, almost looked poached but was grilled, great sandwiches, beef was delicious and plentiful - service was leisurely so plan accordingly- enjoy it is worth the time to chill with good food, drink and family or friends.....

Arrived at 1830 with reservation. Ordered drinks and food at about 1900. Drinks arrived 45min later. Food arrived about 2045. Some in our group received their food after 2100. Completely rediculous and unacceptable in any situation. Food was okay. I had the large steak sandwich for €19 and would have rather eaten a Döner Kebab down in Landstuhl for €3. Overpriced, mediocre food, and loooong wait. On a positive note, the staff was friendly.

I rated this average not because of the food - THE FOOD GETS 5 STARS, but...service is slow, slow even for German standards, reservations are almost a must unless you go when they open. The owner is hands on and very personable, but the place is small, parking is a problem, it’s in a residential area, hard to find and it’s expensive. We go a couple of times per year because I can’t stand the wait. I understand that their take out is awesome. Too far from my house for that though. Definitely worth a visit, just be prepared for the downsides.

We came here with two friends for dinner on a Sunday night. We were waiting when the doors opened at 5:00 p.m. the salsa and bread were wonderful. We ordered two sandwiches and two steaks.
