Open kitchen! Friendly service! Delicious food!

Had a great dinner at Beef Club in Cologne! We tried the Argentinian rumpsteak, salmon steak, grilled pork knuckle, pizza, and a big mixed salad — everything was super tasty. The steak was juicy, the pork knuckle was crispy, and even the salad was fresh and generous. Friendly staff and cozy vibe. Definitely worth a visit!

Food on Christmas Day too expensive and not enough. Got a voucher as a gift on Boxing Day. Now we wanted to go out to eat again. And !!! It's closed. What will become of the voucher now? You can't sell one if you already know it's going to be over soon! Or can you still redeem it later after the reopening? Let's wait and see

Steakhouse no longer exists. Unfortunately, this is not communicated anywhere. It's no longer on the building either.

Ordered food over the phone. One dish was not delivered enough upon delivery. On the phone they said they couldn't do anything about it and I would now have to wait 2 hours. After the phone call I noticed that there was no sauce on my salad, so I called them again without finding a solution. What a shame, I can't help it if the employee doesn't listen on the phone.

Buffet has become more expensive this year. But I don't think the quality of the food is that good (anymore). Soup was too salty, chicken with cartilage, cold dishes always the same and nothing special, there is no dessert anymore either, currywurst was offered which wasn't even good and recently also fish fingers. I think the sauces for the dishes taste good. I've been there several times, but I think it's worn off.

I should have read the reviews beforehand. Mini portions at motorway service station levels. Extremely rude and unfriendly staff. Typical tourist shop in Hamburg. It doesn't matter if the guest is happy, there are 1000 new ones waiting.

The food was okay, but not outstanding, the ambience was rustic - didn't suit my personal taste, but otherwise everything was very clean. Service was nice, but 2 out of 3 seemed disorganized (or not yet well trained?)
