Pure disappointment - better in the past, not anymore Unfortunately, I find it difficult to recommend this restaurant. What may once have been considered a cozy place with delicious, freshly prepared dishes is now a disappointment. The fries were lukewarm and the chicken looked like it had spent hours on the grill - neither crispy nor really juicy. The ambience, which is supposed to be reminiscent of an 80s style, now seems rather shabby and uncomfortable. The counter area, which once seemed charming, now seems rather neglected and could definitely be cleaner. All in all, it feels like the restaurant has declined a bit over time. I probably won't come back.

The staff is disrespectful and rude, especially towards women. Even when we directly pointed out that their behavior was disrespectful, it didn't seem to stop the employees from continuing to treat us disrespectfully. Unfortunately, we won't be coming here again, as the waitress said this is no longer permitted. The reason was that my wife accidentally entered the play area with her shoes on, which is not permitted.

Das Ambiente direkt an Lahn hat uns gefallen, auch wenn es für mich tendenziell zu groß war. Der Service war freundlich. Die Qualität des Essens überzeugte uns nicht. Die schwarzen Bandnudeln mit Garnelen schmeckten fad, der Scampi war komplett verkocht und der Kopf hing beim Servieren schon fast ab. Die hausgemachten Spätzle waren definitiv nicht hausgemacht.
