Paid extra for my meal. I wasn't told that my food was no longer available and was given something else without clarifying beforehand. And delivering a bit of salad with a patty instead of a burger isn't the same and not worth €12, especially because I didn't want that.

Just had a smashburger. Unfortunately I missed the typical roasted flavor, but it was still a delicious burger. The caramelized onions on that were delicious. But in addition to the cheesecake being fantastic, the service was incredibly accommodating and very friendly. It's been a long time since the service was so good in a self-service restaurant.

We like to come here to eat burgers. The burgers are very tasty and well topped. The shakes are a little more expensive and very sweet, but they still taste great. For dessert you can, among other things, have cheesecake. This cake is incredibly delicious and fluffy. It is not a frozen cake, but, according to the employee, is baked in-house. The employees were very friendly.

It's a shame... the first visit six months ago was really great... This time, much smaller portions. Unfortunately, waiting half an hour for a carelessly thrown together burger (sauce and toppings only on one corner) doesn't deserve a better rating.

The best burger in the area. The store is clean, the food is always great, the toilet is clean. There is also a large selection available so that everyone can have fun. Now to the best point, the operation is simply a bomb. The lady was very friendly, gave us extras at no extra charge and did everything she could to get us out of the restaurant happy. I have never eaten such a delicious burger!!! The restaurant has a lot of different burgers to offer, which trigger an absolute taste explosion. Fries and sauces also very tasty! There was also delicious ice cream for dessert. The waiters were very kind and warm. The store is also very clean and inviting and there is something for everyone!

It was my first time there and I have to say that I have never had such a good burger. Not only was the burger excellent, but also the side dishes, sauces, drinks and the homemade ice cream. The staff was also very, very friendly. The price-performance ratio is great! The store is also very nicely decorated and has a good location. When it comes to the toilets, you can also say that they are very clean and that says a lot about the restaurant. I am very satisfied and will definitely come back.

I've been there several times now and it's always a nice experience to go there. The service is super friendly and helpful. The food is also very tasty and if there are any problems, which almost never happens, they will make amends straight away. So everything in one is simply perfect, again and again!!

We were served immediately and the food arrived quickly. The burgers were amazing. Best bacon ever! Has rarely been served so well. Even the coffee was at the table after a minute. The ambience is modern and inviting and fits Statement Beef's otherwise very harmonious concept. Gladly again at any time. Best burgers, good service and a relaxing time. Food was quite tasty so far. The plates and bowls were broken in many places and needed to be replaced. Lampshades are covered with light gray dust. Leave out the artificial olive trees and it looks more open and inviting.

We have been here three times now and have felt welcome every time. The service at the counter was friendly and accommodating. If you ask questions you don't immediately get a funny look, there are no questions left unanswered. The burgers are big and tasty. I always had a different one and was always surprised at how big they are. The Cheesy Bacon Fries are not only fries with cheese sauce but also baked with cheese. So twice as tasty. The modern ambience is something different from the classic burger shops and I like it. The sanitary facilities in the basement take some getting used to, but it is clean. If you have just mopped, you should walk a little slower as it can easily become slippery. In terms of price, it's also completely okay: large burger with fries and a drink for €15. You can find something similar in the big chains, but it tastes better here. The home-made cakes also taste good and are always beautifully presented.

Ordered three menus. Each really something different. Afterwards everyone had stomach pains and diarrhea and that for a price of 55 euros. It was almost life-threatening when you tried to use the toilet downstairs because the floor was greasy. The taste of the citizens was so-so but the stomach pain afterwards was unbearable. We definitely won't be visiting this location again.

Was delicious. You order at the checkout, get a pager and as soon as the food is ready it rings and you can pick up the food at the checkout. Went there on a weekday evening and there were still tables available. On the weekend, pickup is recommended as you may not be able to get a table without a reservation. The ambience is great, but of course you can notice the traffic on Frankfurt. The price of the food is completely okay. The large burgers cost between €10-18, which will fill you up well.

Nice service, the blueberry ice tea was good. The burger looked good, the meat unfortunately didn't taste like anything like frozen, it was very disappointing. I really had stomach problems afterwards, which is very rare for me, well it was Sunday.

For the second time the order was a failure. The bagel came with a burger bun on top and a bagel bun on the bottom. The other bagel was so hard that I almost broke my teeth. When I called, I was first allowed to listen to the employees discussing things for 5 minutes and then, when I complained, I was told that they didn't have to let them talk to me. I didn't get a refund either. REALLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

It was my first visit to Statement beef Gießen. I ordered a cheeseburger to pick up. Unfortunately, it wasn't until I got home that I noticed that the cheeseburger was missing cheese and had far too little sauce on it. For this hefty price, a dry burger with little taste.

Burgers OK. Service good. A little too much choice on the menu. I liked the wrong burger and realized that the combination with falafel and guacamole didn't taste that good. The ambience is sometimes very appealing, sometimes not quite harmonious. Barrier-free entrance. Overall ok, not a unique selling point in the city now, it certainly isn't easy. Street parking is rather scarce

The burger was great, unfortunately there was no bacon, but we were immediately offered alternatives for the burger. The milkshakes are amazing, coolly prepared and the service was very nice and accommodating. Gladly again :)

Top facility. Price performance more than good. Large portions and very tasty. Had lunch with my 21 year old daughter on Monday. If possible, you should take the time and eat locally. Very good service. Can only be recommended.😎👍

Well... The food didn't really convince us. It was okay, but nothing more. The dull knife just squished everything. The guacamole doesn't deserve its name, I can't recommend it. The service is great, very friendly and attentive.

We had delivery and the food was fresh and just the right temperature. We had 2 beagles and two burgers (1x veggi 1xbeef) the beef burger was a bit dry, but still super tasty!

I ordered at 7 p.m. It's 9pm and my food is still not here. As a working person, I would like to be full already. It's an absurdity. Then 2 burgers and fries cost a juicy €45.... nice.... you have the money.... where is my food??? When it's cold, we'll see each other again in the store. Have a nice evening, we won't order again... no matter whether the food arrives or not, whether cold or hot. You screwed up, across the board.

I recently ordered the STATEment Burger from Statementbeef and was happy with what was delivered. The burger arrived well packaged and warm, which is not always a given when it comes to deliveries. The burger was convincing in terms of taste. The meat was juicy and flavorful, and the ingredients seemed fresh. The brioche buns were a nice touch, soft and flavorful which went well with the overall look. The side dishes, fries and sauce, were also adequate. They didn't arrive soggy, which is often a problem with deliveries. The ordering and delivery process was easy and straightforward, and the food arrived in a reasonable time. Overall, Statementbeef's STATEment Burger was a good choice for home burger delivery. Without exaggerating, it was an enjoyable meal and I would order again if I had the chance.

Burgers are okay, nothing more, nothing less. Unfortunately, there is no special burger here. Prices are appropriate for the quality. It seems quite dispassionate and interchangeable... it's a shame, I expected more.

Best wrap I've ever eaten. Delivery was much faster than stated. The delivery person was very very friendly. The milkshake was a poem. I also got an incredibly good brownie on the house. Just crazy!

Very nice, dedicated staff, since we came with a group at short notice, we arranged it flexibly, everyone ate at the same time, games to keep the children busy, everyone really enjoyed it. We would like to go there again. And they offer gluten-free options, something few restaurants manage to do.

Very friendly, nice and courteous staff, which is very rare these days. The food was very good. Children-loving atmosphere, there were even games which I have rarely seen anywhere else. And a coffee on the house. If you ask, you can also get a gluten-free burger. Thank you very much, I can really recommend you.

Ich war bis jetzt 3x dort. Pro: Die Burger waren immer sehr lecker und die Mitarbeiter immer freundlich. Die Innenausstattung ist so, wie man sie sich in einem modernen Burgerladen vorstellt. Preisleistung ist genau richtig. Kontra: Bei Stoßzeiten dauerte es ein wenig bis das Essen fertig war, jedoch nicht länger als in anderen Restaurants. Ich hatte mir die Guacamole Pommes bestellt und war leider sehr enttäuscht. Es war ein sehr Salsahaltiges Avocado Püree. Evtl. einen schlechten Tag der Küche erwischt, danach jedoch nicht nochmal bestellt.

Sehr leckerer Burger, gutes Fleisch, sauber. Getränke alle von coca Cola ( bds boycott israhell) wird nicht bedacht. Es gibt Afri Cola Fritz Cola. Parkplatz direkt vor Ort. Volle Sterne, wenn es mit den Getränken noch stimmt in der Zukunft. Wenn ihr das zeitlich ändert, werden wir mtl einmal da sein zu viert 😉

Mein Tex Mex Burger war hervorragend! Ich würde jederzeit wieder für einen Burger kommen. Die Süßkartoffel Pommes finde ich mit 5€ aber dann schon sehr teuer... vorallem bei der kleinen Menge

Hallo Statement-Beef-Team, ich bin wirklich genervt von der letzten Bestellung bei euch und musste das einfach loswerden. Erstmal bestelle ich online über euren veralteten Onlineshop, zahle im Voraus und dann das: fast eine Stunde später erhalte ich einen Anruf, dass die Online-Bestellfunktion seit zwei Jahren nicht mehr funktioniert. Ernsthaft? Warum habt ihr das nicht vorher auf eurer Website aktualisiert? Und warum funktioniert der gesamte Zahlprozess noch? Aber das Schlimmste kommt noch. Der "superfreundliche" Mitarbeiter erklärt mir, dass ich das Geld über die Reklamationsfunktion von PayPal zurückfordern soll. Wie bitte? Ich muss jetzt euer Chaos ausbaden und das Geld selbst zurückholen? Es wäre ja zu viel verlangt gewesen, wenn ihr euch einfach entschuldigt hättet und das Problem direkt gelöst hättet. Aber nein, lieber schiebt ihr die Verantwortung auf eure Kunden ab. Eure Inkompetenz ist wirklich zum Haare raufen. Ich hoffe wirklich, dass ihr euren "Service" verbessern könnt, denn so vergrault ihr sicherlich viele Kunden. Kein Wunder, dass euer Laden nicht besser läuft. Nicht gerade begeistert!

Wir haben bestellt, wie ca ein mal alle 2 wochen (manchmal öfter) Geschmacklich immer sehr gut! Aber ich war heute sehr empört, als ich die hotdogs gesehen habe... Sind um ca 1/3 geschrumpft im vergleich zu sonst, der preis ist aber derselbe.. Hoffe es gab lediglich lieferengpässe mit den brötchen und den würsten, denn als stammgast, der sich auf seinen schönen großen hotdog gefreut hat, war es eine enttäuschung.. Ich bin eher bereit nen euro mehr zu bezahlen, für die alte größe, als den selben preis wie vorher für den kleinen, der selfmade ca 1,50€ im wareneinsatz kosten (nichtmal). Ich weiß, dass es in der gastro aktuell mit preisen schwierig ist (bin selber küchenchef) aber man sollte die menge an essen und die qualität nicht reduzieren, sondern lediglich den preis anpassen. Für gutes essen, bazahltan auch gerne mehr, wenn man weiß, was man dafür bekommt! Abgesehen davon, wie immer top!

Ein fantastischer Burgerladen mit exzellentem Service! Die Burger sind saftig, die Auswahl ist vielfältig, und die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich. Hier stimmt einfach alles definitiv fünf Sterne wert!

Der Burger ist lecker und es gibt kleine Extras, was nett ist. Der Preis ist zwar stolz und wenn man den Burger bekommt denkt man erst "mal sehen ob ich satt werde", aber die Portion ist dann doch größer, als man denkt. Das Ambiente ist modern und schick. Ich weiß nicht genau, ob ich den self service wirklich gut oder angebracht finde, aber das ist hier Teil des Konzepts. Die Dame hinter dem Tresen war auf jeden Fall sehr charmant! Für ein schnelles Mittagessen ist das teuer, aber für gelegentlich oder "ich gönn' mir mal n leckeren Burger" gut zu haben. Alles in allem bin ich gespannt, ob sich das Konzept bewährt.

Super Burgerladen, nicht direkt im Zentrum von Gießen, aber deswegen auch nicht überlaufen. Cooles Ambiente und sehr nette Mitarbeiter 👍 Das Essen war auch richtig gut! Einer der besten Burger die ich je hatte 😋 (STATEMENTbeef Burger sehr zu empfehlen) Neben Burgern gibt es auch Hot Dogs, Bowls und andere Leckereien. Alles in allem echt top - Respekt und großen Dank an das Team! 😄

Gäbe es das nur auch in Berlin... Mein persönliches Highlight in Gießen. Die Burger auf der Karte sind wirklich klasse, und mindestens für den texmex Burger kann och hier bürgen. Dazu gibts kostenfreie eingelegte saure Gurken und Peperonis. Falls es mich erneut das Gießen verschlägt, komme ich wieder!

Riesenauswahl, sehr kreativ und vielfältig. Von Bürgern über Hot Dogs oder Wraps als auch Salate mit und ohne Fleisch, alles da . Burger und Pommes sehr lecker, alles frisch und heiß zubereitet. Sehr innovativ sind die Essen Pager eine kleine flache Scheibe, die dann piepst, wenn deine Bestellung abholbereit ist. Man schmeckt hier, das fast alles selbst gemacht wird, samt den Buns. Auch mit den Extras sind sie nicht geizig Ketchup, Mayo, wie man möchte , Alternativ sauer Cream Eingelegte saure Gurken und Peperoni kosten nichts extra. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die doch sehr teuren Getränkepreise. Für null 0,33 Cola aus der Flasche 3,60 € ist schon eine Ansage. Mit drei Personen, drei Burger, eine Pommes, drei Getränke 45 € sind aber dann in Summe doch wieder okay. Beim Ambiente gibt es nur zwei Punkte alle stylisch eingerichtet okay aber der Dunstabzug funktioniert eher sehr schlecht. Trotzdem wir die ersten Gäste um 12:00 Uhr am Sonntag waren roch dort doch sehr nach Fett. Beim Service gibt’s wiederum vier Punkte. Man holt sich zwar das Essen an der Theke ab, aber die Dame war so großzügig uns noch Kaffee aufs Haus anzubieten und meiner Tochter ein Eis. Ich denke mal, wir kommen mal wieder und geben unser Statement ab 😂

Das Personal ist super freundlich, dass Essen schmeckt mega gut, egal ob Pommes, Bürger, Wrap oder Süßspeisen. Wir kommen regelmäßig zum Essen und sitzen lange dort, da es sehr bemütlich und bequem ist.

Wer nur eine Kleinigkeit essen will, und möglichst billig, geht woanders hin. Wer leckere Bürger will und große Portionen, ist hier richtig. Essen gut, Service gut, kostet halt rund 15,00 Euro.

Haben zum Liefern bestellt. Normalerweise mach ich das bei Bürgern nicht, da die meisten total durchgeweicht und kalt sind bis sie ankommen. Hier nicht. Alles noch warm. Nichts durchgeweicht und hat super geschmeckt. Absolute Empfehlung 👍

Pro: Sehr leckere Burger, Sides sind knusprig und gut, super freundliches Personal, Modernes Lokal mit modernem Bestellsystem Con: Garstufe des Burgers nicht wie bestellt; Sour Cream war fade, Zusatzkosten für Ketchup/Mayo, Self-Service (muss man mögen) Fazit: Gute Burger, Preis/Leistung wegen des freundlichen Personals gerade noch in Ordnung. Daher Empfehlung meinerseits.
