Were there twice today with a girlfriend. Super nice service. Gladly again.

We ordered food and said it would take 60 minutes. It only arrived after over 150 minutes... The delivery person didn't have any change and the mayonnaise from the fries was missing.

We ordered and picked up via Lieferando. When we ordered, the bacon, parmesan and arugula were left out of the burger. When we asked on the phone, we were told that it wasn't forgotten, but that it was no longer in stock. I wish I had that information before I picked up the burger. No discount was given, but we were given a brownie. It was given to us as a gift, but in retrospect apparently as compensation for the missing ingredients. Food was good, but when I pay full price I expect the whole burger with all the ingredients.

Unfortunately expectations were not met. Meat sizzled to death, nothing special in taste. When choosing a name, “zur dry meatball” would probably have been better. You get more from a visit to Burger King.

I ate the best burgers ever here today - absolutely delicious! But the experience didn't stop with the food. When I went back to my car, I discovered that the car battery was dead. This could have been a nightmare, but thanks to the restaurant's incredible staff, it turned into an unforgettable moment full of helpfulness and warmth. Even though the restaurant was already closed, the entire team helped without hesitation to solve my problem. I have rarely experienced so much commitment and friendliness. Here you not only get the best burgers, but you are also served by the best people! A huge thank you to the team – you are amazing!

The meat was fried super dry, the buns crumbled, no sauce and the bacon was also missing from all the burgers. When asked, they said there was no more bacon. Differentiations are made among the guests, friends and acquaintances are served. Not recommended, next time we'll go to Prime Cut again. It would be better to spend 10 euros more and get quality and service.

The negative thing I can say is that the store is way too expensive. 20€ for a normal burger menu? The burger tastes quite good, the fries are of poor quality. I think it's good that you can order gluten-free. The shop is very nice, but unfortunately the music is too loud and disturbing. It's a shame there's no ordering at the table. Finally, I can only say that the prices are unfortunately completely exaggerated. And for the fact that you're not even served at the table, the fries are ready and yeah, well.

Ordering is not recommended. Ordered with several people. Delivery after 1 hour and 50 minutes: received the wrong delivery (we were allowed to keep it - it didn't really taste good, all the burgers were soggy and the fries were lukewarm and wobbly, the burgers generally didn't taste good, the fries would have been good warm). Correct order received after another 35 minutes, when handed over the bag tore and salad fell on the floor in front of the delivery person, was left with the statement "it's bad karma". Definitely not a place to order from.

Very tasty, very clean and lovely staff. The prices are pleasant. I would say Giessen has a new best burger! Keep it up!!! The wait was worth it ——- Update over a year: I like to come here often because it's my favorite. Burger shop from all over Germany is. BUT: unfortunately there is a lack of quality here now. It starts with the cheap fries and ends with the iceberg lettuce (instead of lettuce) in the burger. The meat used to be much juicier and today it tastes like ready-made meat. The service is still nice and the food generally tastes good, but the quality has declined, which is a real shame. At the beginning I took the high prices for granted for the good quality, but with this quality it is simply too expensive. Otherwise recommended store.

My friend and I tried here and bought two burger menus and two mozzarella sticks, which cost us around €60. The chips and dips were ready-made and not fresh - you could have expected more for this price. Why should you pay so much per person here if it's not fresh? Why do you pay more for when you can get just as good fries at McDonald's or Burger King? The price-performance ratio is simply not right here. The burger was solid, but nothing special. I won't come here anymore.

I was there on Saturday November 9th in the evening with a 12-man troop. The food was great. Relatively manageable waiting times, great ambience and great service. Gladly again!

Waiting time over an hour! Nobody answers the phone either The slowest delivery service Giessen has to offer. The burgers are good, but the service is so terrible that I will avoid this place in the future.

We order here often because it is simply delicious. However, you sometimes have to wait 3 hours for your food. Sometimes you can't get anyone to answer the phone, and when they do, they say, "We just left." And then the food arrives after another hour (15 minutes drive). Delicious without end but often understaffed… And today after 2.5 hours the food arrived cold... :-(

Good food, price/performance is consistent. Food pre-ordered, ready for pickup after 15 minutes. Satisfied as always, the citizens taste very good. If you order fries, remember that they will become soft after a few minutes in the heat packaging ;-)

The order was placed via Lieferando and was only delivered 3 hours after the order was placed. The food was then only lukewarm and the fries were no longer crispy. On top of that, I was delivered the wrong burger (vegan cheese instead of vegan burger). Overall it wasn't worth the money.

Ordered for the first time an hour before they close with 12 km away.. Burgers were surprisingly hot! Respect... the falafel was very good! And the smash burger is also recommended, although it had a little too much sauce, otherwise there was absolutely nothing to complain about

Disappointing experience - long delivery time and incomplete order We ordered food at 7:30 p.m. today, but unfortunately the delivery didn't arrive until 9:45 p.m. The waiting time was clearly too long and really spoiled our evening. As far as the quality of the food goes, it was okay, although my husband was unhappy with his burger. Finally, I think it's grossly overpriced. What was particularly disappointing, however, was that the order was not delivered in full - several products that we paid for were missing. Only the friendly driver deserves praise, which is why I give at least two points for the service. However, overall it was a disappointing experience and we probably won't order from here again.

Were there today, the burgers were solid and the service was extremely accommodating. She had forgotten a little thing, which wasn't a problem at all, and apologized straight away and then brought us onion rings again. When I asked if the onion rings were vegan, she asked and then offered my friend a coffee instead because she wasn't sure because of the breading. I would love to come here again :)

The burger is tasty and there are little extras, which is nice. The price is steep and when you get the burger you first think "let's see if I'm full", but the portion is larger than you think. The atmosphere is modern and chic. I'm not sure if I think self-service is really good or appropriate, but that's part of the concept here. The lady behind the counter was definitely very charming! It's expensive for a quick lunch, but good for occasional meals or "I'm treating myself to a delicious burger." All in all, I'm excited to see whether the concept will prove successful. Edit: the store is still there and basically nothing has changed. Very courteous service and delicious things.

Very good burgers. The homemade lemonade was too sweet for me. Note from the waitress: next time you should say it when ordering then she will make it more sour (lemon-lime). I had drunk half of it by now. I took it with me and squeezed another whole lime in and filled it up a bit. We also complained about the burger with mushrooms because we thought there were hardly any mushrooms on it. Then brought a whole plate of fried mushrooms from the kitchen. I had another espresso at the end. Since you pay directly when you order, I wanted to pay the rest. Everything was on the house. Tables outside are right on a main street. Nothing for us, but there were customers sitting outside too. The artificial flowers inside aren't my taste either, but that doesn't detract from the taste of the burgers. Here we come again

Nice location. Unfortunately the burger was underwhelming.

We arrived at 10:30 p.m. even though the store closes at 11 p.m. We were warmly welcomed. We ordered a burger menu and fries with sour cream. We had a special wish and it was fulfilled with love. It was very comfortable there. The food tasted very tasty and we were full. An employee even gave us ice cream on the house. We'd love to come back.

Statementbeef's burgers are completely fine in terms of craftsmanship, but not noticeably good or particularly tasty. The restaurant offers a large menu and there should be something for every taste. The combinations of burger ingredients are down-to-earth. Quality of meat and salad/vegetables was always satisfactory and fresh. Fries, sauces and finger food are tasty and good. Sometimes things get mixed up when ordering online and the delivery time is often a bit long. In any case, the store is not one of the below-average stores, but it doesn't exceed mediocrity by much. If you are in the area, you will certainly not be disappointed if your expectations are too high. The portions taste good and are filling. Note: In the twenty-first century, gender-specific labels should no longer be necessary. No matter whether with a wink or not. Real Men Burger is simply unnecessary. You don't make a racist joke about the burgers...

Paid extra for my meal. I wasn't told that my food was no longer available and was given something else without clarifying beforehand. And delivering a bit of salad with a patty instead of a burger isn't the same and not worth €12, especially because I didn't want that.

Just had a smashburger. Unfortunately I missed the typical roasted flavor, but it was still a delicious burger. The caramelized onions on that were delicious. But in addition to the cheesecake being fantastic, the service was incredibly accommodating and very friendly. It's been a long time since the service was so good in a self-service restaurant.

We like to come here to eat burgers. The burgers are very tasty and well topped. The shakes are a little more expensive and very sweet, but they still taste great. For dessert you can, among other things, have cheesecake. This cake is incredibly delicious and fluffy. It is not a frozen cake, but, according to the employee, is baked in-house. The employees were very friendly.

It's a shame... the first visit six months ago was really great... This time, much smaller portions. Unfortunately, waiting half an hour for a carelessly thrown together burger (sauce and toppings only on one corner) doesn't deserve a better rating.

The best burger in the area. The store is clean, the food is always great, the toilet is clean. There is also a large selection available so that everyone can have fun. I've been there several times now and it's always a nice experience to go there. The service is super friendly and helpful. The food is also very tasty and if there are any problems, which almost never happens, they will make amends straight away. So everything in one is simply perfect, again and again!!

We were served immediately and the food arrived quickly. The burgers were amazing. Best bacon ever! Has rarely been served so well. Even the coffee was at the table after a minute. The ambience is modern and inviting and fits Statement Beef's otherwise very harmonious concept. Gladly again at any time. Best burgers, good service and a relaxing time. Food was quite tasty so far. The plates and bowls were broken in many places and needed to be replaced. Lampshades are covered with light gray dust. Leave out the artificial olive trees and it looks more open and inviting.

We have been here three times now and have felt welcome every time. The service at the counter was friendly and accommodating. If you ask questions you don't immediately get a funny look, there are no questions left unanswered. The burgers are big and tasty. I always had a different one and was always surprised at how big they are. The Cheesy Bacon Fries are not only fries with cheese sauce but also baked with cheese. So twice as tasty. The modern ambience is something different from the classic burger shops and I like it. The sanitary facilities in the basement take some getting used to, but it is clean. If you have just mopped, you should walk a little slower as it can easily become slippery. In terms of price, it's also completely okay: large burger with fries and a drink for €15. You can find something similar in the big chains, but it tastes better here. The home-made cakes also taste good and are always beautifully presented.

Ordered three menus. Each really something different. Afterwards everyone had stomach pains and diarrhea and that for a price of 55 euros. It was almost life-threatening when you tried to use the toilet downstairs because the floor was greasy. The taste of the citizens was so-so but the stomach pain afterwards was unbearable. We definitely won't be visiting this location again.

Was delicious. You order at the checkout, get a pager and as soon as the food is ready it rings and you can pick up the food at the checkout. Went there on a weekday evening and there were still tables available. On the weekend, pickup is recommended as you may not be able to get a table without a reservation. The ambience is great, but of course you can notice the traffic on Frankfurt. The price of the food is completely okay. The large burgers cost between €10-18, which will fill you up well.

For the second time the order was a failure. The bagel came with a burger bun on top and a bagel bun on the bottom. The other bagel was so hard that I almost broke my teeth. When I called, I was first allowed to listen to the employees discussing things for 5 minutes and then, when I complained, I was told that they didn't have to let them talk to me. I didn't get a refund either. REALLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

It was my first visit to Statement beef Gießen. I ordered a cheeseburger to pick up. Unfortunately, it wasn't until I got home that I noticed that the cheeseburger was missing cheese and had far too little sauce on it. For this hefty price, a dry burger with little taste.

Burgers OK. Service good. A little too much choice on the menu. I liked the wrong burger and realized that the combination with falafel and guacamole didn't taste that good. The ambience is sometimes very appealing, sometimes not quite harmonious. Barrier-free entrance. Overall ok, not a unique selling point in the city now, it certainly isn't easy. Street parking is rather scarce

Top facility. Price performance more than good. Large portions and very tasty. Had lunch with my 21 year old daughter on Monday. If possible, you should take the time and eat locally. Very good service. Can only be recommended.😎👍

Well... The food didn't really convince us. It was okay, but nothing more. The dull knife just squished everything. The guacamole doesn't deserve its name, I can't recommend it. The service is great, very friendly and attentive.

We had delivery and the food was fresh and just the right temperature. We had 2 beagles and two burgers (1x veggi 1xbeef) the beef burger was a bit dry, but still super tasty!

Then 2 burgers and fries cost a juicy €45.... nice.... you have the money.... where is my food??? When it's cold, we'll see each other again in the store. I recently ordered the STATEment Burger from Statementbeef and was happy with what was delivered. The burger arrived well packaged and warm, which is not always a given when it comes to deliveries. The burger was convincing in terms of taste. The meat was juicy and flavorful, and the ingredients seemed fresh. The brioche buns were a nice touch, soft and flavorful which went well with the overall look. The side dishes, fries and sauce, were also adequate. They didn't arrive soggy, which is often a problem with deliveries. The ordering and delivery process was easy and straightforward, and the food arrived in a reasonable time. Overall, Statementbeef's STATEment Burger was a good choice for home burger delivery. Without exaggerating, it was an enjoyable meal and I would order again if I had the chance.

Best wrap I've ever eaten. Delivery was much faster than stated. The delivery person was very very friendly. The milkshake was a poem. I also got an incredibly good brownie on the house. Just crazy!

Very nice, dedicated staff, since we came with a group at short notice, we arranged it flexibly, everyone ate at the same time, games to keep the children busy, everyone really enjoyed it. We would like to go there again. And they offer gluten-free options, something few restaurants manage to do.

Ich war bis jetzt 3x dort. Pro: Die Burger waren immer sehr lecker und die Mitarbeiter immer freundlich. Die Innenausstattung ist so, wie man sie sich in einem modernen Burgerladen vorstellt. Preisleistung ist genau richtig. Kontra: Bei Stoßzeiten dauerte es ein wenig bis das Essen fertig war, jedoch nicht länger als in anderen Restaurants. Ich hatte mir die Guacamole Pommes bestellt und war leider sehr enttäuscht. Es war ein sehr Salsahaltiges Avocado Püree. Evtl. einen schlechten Tag der Küche erwischt, danach jedoch nicht nochmal bestellt.
