Stopped there before driving home after a stay in the hospital. The food was perfectly fine and tasty. We had a punch and a burger dish. There is only one tiny negative point - it smelled like cold fryer oil in the shop. I can't say whether it was just changed or what else was wrong.

As soon as I entered, I was greeted with a radiant smile and such warmth that I immediately felt welcome and at ease. The service was simply magical, so attentive, friendly, and warm, something you rarely experience. You immediately felt like you weren't just a guest, but truly welcome. It's precisely these little encounters that make your day. Thanks to the great team and especially to the wonderful service, who made my short stay so special. I'll definitely be back as soon as I'm back in Giessen. 🤍

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by the extremely friendly and courteous service, which made the entire visit a pleasant experience. The employees were not only quick and professional, but also very personable, which is not a given these days. The burger itself was also excellent – ​​fresh, juicy and made with high quality ingredients. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on quality here. The atmosphere in the store was cozy and inviting, which made the stay even more pleasant. All in all, a clear recommendation – both the food and the service are great here. I'll definitely be back!

The interior itself is nice. The place is cold. You order at the front and pick up yourself, so there's no service. The price isn't justified. Regarding the food: There were four of us there and we really expected something, as the burger looked very good. We can't even say it tasted bad, because all four burgers tasted absolutely nothing. How that's possible is a mystery to us. €19 for a burger, fries, and a drink. If it had any flavor, it could have been tolerated. Unfortunately, we don't recommend it.

Burgers super good! They have the best burgers in town here, in my opinion. I go here often for burgers with my best friend. He lives with celiac disease. But that's not an issue since the burgers are also available gluten-free. You can also still get cucumbers, pepperoni, etc. free of charge here. As a little snack on the side with the menu :) The service and friendliness are always top notch here.

I am thrilled with this Bruges store! The food is of excellent quality and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. You can immediately tell that the food is freshly prepared and tastes of the highest quality. In my opinion, this store is one of the best I know. Although the prices are a little higher, the quality completely justifies it. I visit the restaurant regularly and often order there. I haven't had any problems with delivery either - maybe that's because I live nearby. Nevertheless, I would order or go there again at any time because the food is simply addictive.

We've been there a few times and have always been very satisfied. The staff is friendly, the food is ready quickly and tastes very good. I also like the ambience. Unfortunately, burgers are nothing special. In 2025 in Giessen that will no longer be enough for a recommendation. It was extremely cold in the store itself, so a cozy meal was out of the question. The sauces were initially missing from the meal. By the time they were served after a long wait, the fries were cold. To compensate, we were at least invited to a round of coffee, but that's only half-smart with two children at the table.

Hello everyone, I've tried a lot of burgers in Giessen and tested a lot of suppliers. However, with Statement Beed they have very, very nice suppliers. The food is truly worth every penny as you can tell it wasn't just thrown together quickly. I can only recommend the shop – I always enjoy going there! Best regards

Nice but not tasty. Price-performance is not right. Very nice atmosphere and staff. We were served in a friendly manner and our special requests were taken into account. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was not convincing. The burgers fell apart immediately, the baked nachos and fries were both very soggy and not crispy. For 2 burger menus and 2 kids menus almost 80€. For the money you can eat much better.

We ordered and picked up via Lieferando. When we ordered, the bacon, parmesan and arugula were left out of the burger. When we asked on the phone, we were told that it wasn't forgotten, but that it was no longer in stock. I wish I had that information before I picked up the burger. No discount was given, but we were given a brownie. It was given to us as a gift, but in retrospect apparently as compensation for the missing ingredients. Food was good, but when I pay full price I expect the whole burger with all the ingredients.

The meat was fried super dry, the buns crumbled, no sauce and the bacon was also missing from all the burgers. When asked, they said there was no more bacon. Delivery after 1 hour and 50 minutes: received the wrong delivery (we were allowed to keep it - it didn't really taste good, all the burgers were soggy and the fries were lukewarm and wobbly, the burgers generally didn't taste good, the fries would have been good warm). The chips and dips were ready-made and not fresh - you could have expected more for this price. Why should you pay so much per person here if it's not fresh? Why do you pay more for when you can get just as good fries at McDonald's or Burger King? The price-performance ratio is simply not right here. The burger was solid, but nothing special. We order here often because it is simply delicious. However, you sometimes have to wait 3 hours for your food. Sometimes you can't get anyone to answer the phone, and when they do, they say, "We just left." And then the food arrives after another hour (15 minutes drive). Delicious without end but often understaffed… And today after 2.5 hours the food arrived cold... :-(

The order was placed via Lieferando and was only delivered 3 hours after the order was placed. The food was then only lukewarm and the fries were no longer crispy. On top of that, I was delivered the wrong burger (vegan cheese instead of vegan burger). Overall it wasn't worth the money.

Disappointing experience - long delivery time and incomplete order We ordered food at 7:30 p.m. today, but unfortunately the delivery didn't arrive until 9:45 p.m. The waiting time was clearly too long and really spoiled our evening. As far as the quality of the food goes, it was okay, although my husband was unhappy with his burger. Finally, I think it's grossly overpriced. What was particularly disappointing, however, was that the order was not delivered in full - several products that we paid for were missing. Only the friendly driver deserves praise, which is why I give at least two points for the service. However, overall it was a disappointing experience and we probably won't order from here again.

Sometimes things get mixed up when ordering online and the delivery time is often a bit long. In any case, the store is not one of the below-average stores, but it doesn't exceed mediocrity by much. If you are in the area, you will certainly not be disappointed if your expectations are too high. The portions taste good and are filling. Note: In the twenty-first century, gender-specific labels should no longer be necessary. No matter whether with a wink or not. Real Men Burger is simply unnecessary. You don't make a racist joke about the burgers...
