The best burger shop in Giessen in my opinion, fast delivery, the suppliers, the whole staff is simply great, I eat there almost 2 Years have never let me down, great

very poor experience. I received complete wrong order and tried to contact the restaurant. They said they will send the correct order but I did not get any. I called them again and they were very rude and did not answer my questions. Worst experience ever.

It was tasty and better priced than many of the other burger shops.

Let's start with food. It was really tasty, the service was friendly. That's about it for the positive... The prices are, let's say, pharmacy level. For a wrap without side dishes 11 euros according to the menu, according to the receipt 13.90 euros. You pay 6 euros for fries gratinated with cheese. The ketchup and mayo served with it cost €1.60 without us being informed of this. This shop advertises on Instagram and Facebook that a kebab costs €3.90 and a lahmacum costs €4.50. I don't have to emphasize that of course there wasn't either.... Regarding the prices: We were given a menu that said, after we wanted to order things that weren't available, that there would be new menus soon. Funnily enough, we didn't pay the prices from the old card, but the new, even higher ones. Then it's time to pay... According to the notice, internet and menu, you can pay with card or PayPal. They came to our table with a handwritten note explaining to us that we couldn't pay by card. There was no sign anywhere that would have pointed this out. Well, PayPal is also an option. Strangely enough, PayPal didn't work either. And I find that a little strange. Especially when I see that the delivery service has real receipts for delivery. That has a very bad aftertaste. The icing on the cake was that something was typed on the receipt that we then asked for so that the price matched the handwritten note. But I only noticed this on the way home. I would have gone back again, but my wife didn't want to go anymore. After estimating our meal according to the menu we had taken with us, we came to the conclusion that we had paid perhaps €5 or €10 too much... Conclusion: The food is really good, the prices are too high and as far as the rest is concerned, it's very, very marginal... This was a unique experience, despite the good food. I think it's a real shame, but I don't have to deal with that again. By the way, because the food was so good, there is a star. The service actually gets zero stars. Such actions are not possible!!!!

~ The order came quicker than expected, but unfortunately the meat on both burgers was still partially raw. It's a real shame for 'the price'.. I'd rather wait a little longer than have a burger that I can't really eat... No kebab before 12 p.m. even though it's open until 2:30 a.m. I'll maybe test it over the next few days and then update the rating if necessary

Ate at Burgers several times now, every time it was delicious. The burger is unrivaled in Gießen and the new veal kebab is incredibly tasty. The quality of the meat stands out from other shops and it is one of the few shops that can/are allowed to call their kebab kebab! Absolute do-it-yourself shop

Highly recommended burgers! PRICE/PERFORMANCE can't be topped, you get what you hope for for the price and not run-of-the-mill burgers, my favorite burger shop.

Heute über Lieferando zum ersten Mal bei Burger's bestellt. Obwohl eine Lieferzeit zwischen 20 und 40 angegeben war, warteten wir fast 1 1/2 Stunden auf 3 Burger. Diese waren natürlich eiskalt und die Pommes kalt und matschig. Sehr ärgerlich für den Preis. Einen Punkt gebe ich dennoch, denn geschmacklich waren die Burger wirklich gut, warm wahrscheinlich mega gut. Wahrscheinlich sollte man bei Burger's eher vor Ort essen.

Wir haben heute das erste Mal bestellt und Liefern lassen. Die Burger sind mega lecker! Die Wings waren auch lecker. Pommes sind geliefert ja nie der Hit und meiner Tochter haben die Nuggets nicht geschmeckt. Aber trotzdem volle 5 Sterne, weil die Burger halt echt der Knaller sind und auf die kommt es ja an.

burger waren richtig gut, die brötchen auch getoasted/knusprig und der ladenbesitzer war auch sehr sehr freundlich, bestellen hier wieder ☺️

Wir waren vor paar Tagen dort Burger Essen. Wir haben einmal ein Chicken Burger und den Cheeseburger probiert. Ich muss sagen beides war sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Empfehlen kann ich es jedem einfach mal hingehen und es selbst ausprobieren. 💪🏽👍🏽

Das Essen war sehr lecker und jeder Cent war es wert ,top qualitativ und einfach Geil ! Dazu wurde das essen schnell geliefert und der fahrer war sehr freundlich.

Ganz erlich, dass einzige was hier schlecht ist sind teilweise die anderen Rezessionen, oder es hat sich was verändert !? Egal, auf jeden fall sind das mit Abstand die besten burger hier weit und breit und hab schon überall gegessen, muss ja die anderen nicht erwähnen und ja die sind auch gut keine frage ! Aber der CR7 Burger hier zb ist der absolute wahnsinn, auch wenn ich heute mal diesen to fast to cheesey Burger hatt der auch top ist. So und was total krass war, war das wir nach Garbenteich bestellen wollten und leider nur auf 25€ gekommen sind, der min bestelwert aber bei 40€ liegt und der angestellte uns leider sagen musste das er das nicht machen kann ohne den cheff zu fragen. Egal wir haben es hingenommen, jedoch wurde ich nach 30sec zurück gerufen und er meinte er bringt es uns doch da eh eine Lieferung in die richtung geht. Also sorry korrekter und kompetenter geht's wohl nicht. 40min ca Wartezeit, Burger warm und innen perfekt, ganz leicht noch rosa. So also wer jetzt noch was sagt ka, also ich bin sowas von Kunde!

Burger, Nachos und Brownie bestellt und insgesamt zufrieden. Eher 3,5 als 3 oder 4 Sterne. Gut portionierte Burger mit viel Fleisch, aber zu wenig Gemüse. Das Extragemüse teuer. Dadurch nicht ausgewogen, aber dennoch lecker. Nachos waren traurig, kalt und pappig. Der Käse der Nachos war bei Lieferung hart und wertete die Nachos eher ab. An dieser Stelle kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Hot Brownie war noch warm und ganz lecker, aber der Preis bei fast 6€ hochgesteckt.

Der Burger sowie die Beilage (Chili Cheese Pommes) war super lecker. Alles schön warm und deftig! Auf Extrawünsche wird aufmerksam eingegangen und die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr freundlich. Lieferung top, gerne wieder!!

Vor Ort mit nem Kumpel 2 sehr sehr leckere und große Burger verzehrt. Die Twister und die Onion Rings waren inclusive der Dips auch so richtig klasse. Das Ambiente ist zwar nicht besonders einladend, aber das ist, wenn man echt gute Burger essen möchte, doch eher Nebensache. Gerne wieder...
