The noodles were very greasy, the sushi was far too dry and stuck in your mouth. The beer we ordered only came after half an hour after two requests. The hand dryer in the toilets and sinks were dirty.

Good day, Based on a recommendation, I went to the Miller House buffet yesterday at lunchtime with my family. We traveled more than 100 kilometers to eat their delicacies. I have to be honest with you, dear future customers, this restaurant is okay in terms of service and ambience, but the real heart of it, namely the food, was really bad. The chicken was mostly tasteless and very elastic or it tasted very tough. Apart from the whole show, like the shop itself, there was actually only ONE PERSON in the kitchen on a lunchtime like this, so I wonder how all the food could be prepared like that. Without making any insinuations, I would be very confident that the food was from the previous day. The choice of food was very limited, the shop mainly only offers finger food at lunchtime. So there really isn't anything that's made from scratch, so to speak. Nevertheless, I thought their sushi rolls were good, but there was really nothing of the rest of the food that wasn't even edible. The meat didn't even taste like meat in any way, but rather was very mixed with other products that actually had no place in this product. I still wish this business much success, because with food like this it won't be able to stay afloat any longer. Thank you very much

After we paid, which was quite a bit because we were a large group, my son discovered the sweets on his way out (unfortunately too late). Haribo and Co. I took a napkin to give him a marshmallow "to go" and was immediately shouted at loudly by an employee in front of all the other guests! She shouted that you weren't allowed to take anything with you. I calmly said, my God, he just wanted something to take him home. Honestly, we won't be coming back!!!

The food is great, there's a fantastic selection, but there's not much choice when it comes to desserts. Hardly anything was copied, the bananas were sold out so quickly and so were the churros. There isn't much of a choice of ice cream either, as there is no soft ice cream machine like in Linden or a chest with different types of ice cream, What I really have to complain about is that the stay is only allowed to be limited to 2.5 hours. Otherwise, an extra €5 per person has to be paid for every additional hour started. So you're under pressure when you're eating, fast, fast, fast, you can understand it on weekends because it's in great demand, but also during the week?? So if, like me, you want to celebrate your birthday in a small circle, it's really stupid because you have to ask your guests to get up.

There wasn't one dish that I liked. How about some seasoning??? If you can't even manage a Thai curry dish or soy noodles... the hops and malt are pretty much lost...

You eat what is still there. The whole thing then rots away on the displays, sometimes warm, sometimes less warm... I wasn't even asked about alcoholic drinks in the evening, the Mongolian buffet tastes good too... Well... thin... The fruit is second choice... It was good here a few years ago. Today was the last time I was here.

You can put together your own individual dishes from raw ingredients, which are then fried and brought to the table by a robot. Unfortunately, the price for the buffet is a bit high; on Mother's Day it was even increased, but you can only find out about this on a small sign at the entrance. Unfortunately, the toilets don't shine with cleanliness, but that can certainly be improved!

Unfortunately it's no longer the Millerhaus...service...everything has decreased...but prices have increased. And the note...we love animals but dogs are forbidden because of the buffet is ridiculous...you used to be allowed to bring your dog...and I've never heard of a dog being at the buffet...but if you... If you are full of money then you no longer have to look at every customer... but since the food is no longer that good and the service has declined and the prices are exorbitant, I wish the operators that more customers stop coming than they do with dogs were excluded. As I said, Millerhaus is no longer a recommendation.

Last time, the delicacy from the Mongolian grill was rather overcooked and the "velveting" from the meat from the other meals turned into baking soda. The food was super good, tasty and fresh (mostly) but the staff was super rude, I was looking after my sister in the games area which is up to 6 years old (my sister is 2) the employee snapped at me and said that I should leave and that she had already could play alone (which of course is not the case) but the gaming area is full of problems, e.g. There are a lot of holes where children could fall through. That's why there is only one overall star.

Drinks were cleared from the table even though they were not yet empty. We paid in cash, including a tip. We counted the amount twice beforehand. The waitress also said it wasn't enough money. I then added another €5 note and said that it was true, even though I had already included the tip. It's quite cheeky that you weren't satisfied with what you gave.

The food at Miller Haus is OK. Buffet including drinks. Starters salads main courses desserts even pizza sushi everything your heart desires. And a great games room for the children. Good Chinese

I was there for the first time today. Resembles a train station hall. You see the waiter twice when ordering and paying. The rest (i.e. the non-alcoholic drinks) can be obtained from refrigerators. I thought there was Chinese. Very little choice, hardly any starters. International cuisine... well... pizza, croquettes, fries, tortellini and other indefinable stuff. The food was fresh but rather bland. I didn't like it. That was my first and last visit.

We've wanted to stop by again today for a long time, but my wife saw the prices and said we'd do something different and she's right, no normal person can pay that anymore. With the price here for 1 person, we can feed the whole family somewhere else.

Absolutely not recommended. The selection is so huge and of subterranean quality… The sushi is served on warm plates, even the glasses for the drinks. There was even dry pizza, pasta, potato gratin, vegetables with hollandaise... everything you would expect from a good Chinese restaurant. All Chinese dishes felt like they were made with the same sauce, the fried rice and noodles were drowned in fat and dressed with canned corn and peas. Last but not least, the dishes offered were lukewarm or even cold. The Asian employees are always polite and even manage to smile. A service employee (not Asian) stayed at our table and waited until I had eaten my last bite. With the words “Ready?” he pulled the plate away from me. An absolute no go! The ambience was ok so far for the size of the restaurant, the robots that drive around and serve Mongolian grill food are quite innovative and amusing. However, it is also quite crowded so that the food arrives lukewarm rather than hot. We definitely won't come back again.

The food and service was great, but the air in the store is so bad, even after showering and washing my hair three times, I smelled so much of frying grease, I've never experienced anything like that. Apparently the ventilation is broken or not even turned on. If you have problems with that, you shouldn't eat there. I won't do it anymore.

There were four of us who ate there, reservations were easy to make using the online form, and even rescheduling the reservation over the phone wasn't a problem. The tables are assigned at reception and are easy to find with help. The restaurant is really huge, so there are a lot of guests there. The buffet seems a bit too small for the number of people, even though it is the largest I have ever seen. The staff tried hard to fill everything up, it was apparently rarely empty. I only came to the buffet twice, otherwise I would have had to wait in a very long line that would have lasted at least 15 minutes. I still got full and everything I ate tasted good. Negative: I had to wait about an hour for the fried food and put it on the counter about 40 minutes after the store opened. In the end it was barely cooked through (chicken and salmon with pasta) and it upset my stomach. You should also stay away from the pizza, unfortunately it doesn't taste good at all, according to my friends.

I am an honest person and therefore judge based on real experience. The food there tastes simply good, I have to say. That's why there are 3 stars for food. The service sucks. I was cheated out of €10! I ordered and paid for the lunch buffet twice from the “ToGoodtoGo” app. Because it doesn't work before then, logically. Unfortunately I don't have Paypal, so I asked my brother to pay for it for me. After it was paid for (1 whole day before) I drove to MillerHaus at the appropriate time and wanted to pick up my order (it was my first time using the app). I was inside and showed a photo of my brother's screen so I could prove that my story was true. He said strictly no and he needed confirmation! I called my brother and he confirmed. After that I still got nothing and no one came to me anymore. Now I paid, I didn't get anything and I think they threw the food in the trash at my expense of €10. There was no apology and no compensation for my effort and money. I can't recommend this store under ANY circumstances due to its audacity and extreme unfriendliness. And by the way. For the price you don't get what you think. There's really only what nobody wanted anymore and really very little. The packaging was smaller and thinner than ready-to-eat meals for the microwave. but all the more expensive

Nice, different environment, eat as much as you can

I cannot recommend the Miller Haus to you. I was there recently and wanted to eat off the menu for health reasons. The employee assumes that I should eat from the buffet (which is more expensive than the menu) or that I want to cheat. Total nonsense and devoid of any truth. Despite the explanation, they were unfriendly. For such behavior there must be 0.

Hall atmosphere, a lot of smoke in the whole hall, buffet too small with standard selection. Price/performance poor. We dropped off some meat to grill and it didn't arrive until 2 hours later. The meat itself was only discounter quality (not aged and comes from a factory farm, which you can see from the amount of water in the bowl. Given the price that is charged, attention should be paid to free-range farming.) Since the buffet is very small for the amount of gestures, it is always empty and you wait in line for quite a long time. Conclusion: the owner has taken the wrong path here and prefers to make mass instead of class at excessive prices. I also felt really sorry for the two people at the grill!!! So it's not the kitchen's fault for this review!! The boss is always responsible!!
