Ordered pizza again today! A spaghetti pizza and a gyro pizza. So delicious! Always super good. No matter what you order... never been disappointed! Delivery was also great and the pizza 🍕 was still warm. Keep it up!!!!! You are the best!!!!! Price performance top! Thanks!

The order was given to me in 45 minutes and arrived after about 80 minutes. I can still live with that. What was worse was the quality of the food. The fries were totally dry and lukewarm. You might think they've already been fried. The schnitzel was just as dry and very dark fried or deep fried. The burgers were also below average. Sure, you can't expect anything special with such a huge menu, but there are also good ready-made products. The pizza was still ok. It's a real shame, the price seems cheap at first glance, but for this quality it's 55 Euros for 4 dishes are too much.

Pizza is dry, sticky somehow not fresh and crunchy and also quite weak taste. I ordered tiramisu and received a kind of cake. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

My favorite delivery pizzeria - "Napoli always works". In terms of taste, the pizzas are impeccable, value for money is right, and delivery is usually very quick. And to counter the negative reviews: The 33cm “traditional” pizza should be so thin. Traditional Italian, thin, crispy base. The normal pizzas are pan pizzas with average dough thickness.

I ordered two pizzas for home. The edges of both pizzas were so burnt. One had the ham too and the salami too

The party pizza has lost its quality. The topping is so poor for just under €21, the topping you get on it is really thin. The ham or salami can occasionally be found on the cut pieces. Not recommended at the moment.

Fries probably fried too long. Schnitzel with cream sauce... the sauce was anything but a cream sauce. Was it reddish and the schnitzel without breading and rubbed with curry? Why? Is it because I chose chicken? Didn't taste good and therefore didn't eat it. Unfortunately there is no category for pizza in the app?! I won't order there again but at least the driver was very, very nice!

The pizza was inedible. Once and never again. I've never eaten such bad pizza. 3/4 of the pizza went straight into the bin.

Biggest mess. The order arrives late, no one calls or reports, the driver calls once and says that he can't find the clear and clear address and then turns off his cell phone and can't be reached so that I have to look for him half a kilometer and then he just chills there in the car and looks out the window 6 streets away. I requested extra cutlery and wrote a note saying that the cutlery should not be forgotten and what was forgotten? THE CUTLERY!? Then he grins at me and says someone will bring cutlery soon. Of course the guy doesn't come until after half an hour and then you can imagine what it tasted like.

Tasty and uncomplicated. We ordered the pizza on site and took it with us. Price-performance ratio is right. And I think it's one of the best pizzas in Giessen.

I think the food is absolutely okay if you don't feel like or have the time to cook yourself. But above all, I really enjoy ordering here because it's super punctual and the drivers are really nice... Price-performance ratio is just right here. Thank you very much and always happy 🤩

The food is a disaster...Never again!!!

Your pizza delivery guy rang me awake at midnight yesterday and I didn't order from them. Turns out he swapped the names. There's no point ringing people awake at midnight! Especially by ringing the bell four times (!) for a long time.

The pizza isn't the best in town, but the price-performance ratio is very good. Every now and then the communication on the phone doesn't work (I once got 2 pizzas instead of 2 sheets of pizza), then the bill was missing, but overall you can order well. Delivery is often earlier than expected, the food comes hot and tastes good.

Ordered via Lieferanto at 7:13 p.m. Two pizzas. Delivery came at 9:16 p.m. Pizzas were cold. Hunger drove it down. In the meantime I called the pizzeria. After politely asking when the pizzas would finally arrive, I received a rude answer. We will never order from this pizzeria (if you can even use that term for this place) again. Service, friendliness and quality are apparently a foreign word there. catastrophe

Very bad too late and everything cold

Very disappointed! Delivery took a very long time for us. The food was therefore ice cold. On the phone we were promised a discount for the next order as compensation. Now we wanted to order something again, but the promised discount wasn't there. Nobody knew...

It's been a long time since we've ordered from Napoli. Unfortunately I have to say I haven't had such bad pizza in a long time. Even our children, who actually eat everything, barely finished the food. Both pizzas were very dry, fries were cold (they were delivered but they were extremely cold), salad was very warm and the hamburgers were soggy and unfortunately not lovingly made or not good in taste. -Now something positive The delivery was quick and the prices were also completely OK I'm sorry I've never had to write such a bad review.

With all the negative reviews, I “have to” leave a positive one. I ordered via Lieferando on New Year's Day and the pizza arrived 20 minutes earlier than stated, despite the distance. The quality wasn't exceptional, but as you would expect from a normal pizza and warm. For anyone who orders with several people or even for a party via Lieferando, I can only recommend calling the desired restaurant beforehand to ask how busy it is and whether a large order would be possible in a timely manner - saves hassle.

Pizza was cold when it arrived and took over 60 minutes Driver doesn't have enough change

I ordered 3 pizzas and 1 didn't come at all, the other came wrong and the third didn't taste good. Then we returned the wrong one and got another one (which was already missing). Both also arrived incorrectly. The name where to ring the bell said Leonie... He should have rung the bell for Leonard... In the end the delivery man had to guess where to ring the bell. Now let's see how incompetent you can be

Thin pizza and relatively few toppings for the extra charge (at Lieferando) if you order extra. But it tastes good and delivery works without any problems. Even though I don't have a doorbell, people always call as requested in the note. The only thing that's a shame is that at Lieferando you can choose a sauce for free. It never came, though. But small salads. I would prefer sauce but hey, I wouldn't deduct that from the rating. It's just good to know before you order.

War sehr skeptisch dort zu bestellen wegen der schlechten Bewertung, aber bin super froh, dass ich es getan hab. Mein Essen kam 10min früher als ich es bei der Vorbestellung angegeben hab. Es war richtig warm bis heiß als es angekommen ist und super lecker👍

Leider eher enttäuschend. Viel Kräuterzeug drüber, ansonsten wenig gewürzt. Gemüse+Zwiebeln frisch. Krautsalat nicht selbstgemacht. Preis und Portionsgröße bei den meisten Sachen gut, müsste halt warm sein und schmecken, nicht nur satt machen. Der Lieferant war nicht sehr gesprächig, hat mich (deutschsprachig) glaub nicht so gut verstanden. Lieferdauer ca. 70min..okay wenn mans ankündigt und nicht 20min stehen lässt dass das Essen gleich da sein sollte.. Verpackung auch fragwürdig, warum aus Pappe wenn man dann Alu drum wickelt? Bei Pommes? Die waren dann leider seeehr labrig.

Lieferzeit immer okay, keine Verzögerung und essen schmeckt auch immer. Lasst euch von den anderen Bewertungen nicht abschrecken.

Bester Laden. Wenn selbst der Fahrer lieber beim BK Drive In bestellt und einem vorwirft man hätte ihn gefilmt. Save die Karre geklaut, der Murat.

Habe mehrmals bestellt. Die erste Bestellung war Top und überpünktluche Lieferung. Danach ging nur noch Berg ab. Es wurde das falsche Essen geliefert, beim nächsten mal fand der Fahrer trotz Navi nicht meine Adresse und das Essen kam eiskalt an. Die gestrige Bestellung war mies. Das Pizzabrot war ein Pizzakräcker mit dem man jemanden hätte erschlagen können, die Tortellini mit Schinken Käse Soße, naja, die Nudeln waren richtig aber die Soße schmeckte überhaupt nicht nach Schinken und Käse, die Burger gingen einigermaßen. Das einzige was man dort Essen kann ist die Familienpizza, die ist echt super. Pizza können die gut aber beim Rest kann ich mir nicht vorstellen das da ein gelernter Koch in der Küche steht.

Pizza war sehr trocken, teilweise verbrannt und nicht so wie in der Bestellung angegeben, geliefert. Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen !!! 👎🏼

Pro: Niedriger Mindestbestellwert bei Lieferando (derzeit 15€). Anständige bis große Portionen. Neutral: Essen je nach Gericht gut bis mäßig. Lieferzeit erträglich, meist etwas weniger als die angegebene Stunde. Kontra: 2€ Liefergebühr, Kräuterbutter zu den Pizzabrötchen (6 Stück) zu wenig. 2x 20g fertig abgepackt, das könnte mehr sein und wenigstens umgefüllt um zumindest die Illusion von „hausgemacht" aufrecht zu erhalten. Fazit: Zu gebrauchen, wenn man gerade keine allzu hohen kulinarischen Ansprüche hat und der Hunger halt verhältnismäßig günstig weg muss.

Extrazutaten bei halben Pizza-Blechen zum vollen Preis. Zwei Bleche für 60€ ist schon dreist. Teig ist nicht lecker, schmeckt wie Fertigteig vom Discounter. Via App bestellen ist nutzlos weil alles teurer ist.

Wie immer super lecker Salat frisch Brot unglaublich und joghurt Soße perfekt abgeschmeckt

Die Pizza war in Ordnung. Allerdings wurde sie an eine Wohnung geliefert, in der ich seit 12 Jahre nicht mehr wohne, obwohl ich bei der Bestellung eine völlig andere Adresse inklusive Wegbeschreibung durchgegeben habe. Ich hatte aber auch schon beim Anruf das Gefühl, dass man mir nicht richtig zuhört, parallel wurden noch andere Gespräche geführt. Bei einer Bestellung von 5 Familienpizzen mit einem Belag bzw. zwei sogar nur Margherita (die 4 inklusiven Zutaten auf jeder Pizza wurden also nicht annähernd in Anspruch genommen), trotzdem 19,90€ pro Pizza zu berechnen, also insgesamt 99,50€, kann ich gerade noch verstehen. Dann aber noch 3€ Fahrtkosten draufzuschlagen, obwohl auf der Internetseite mit 0€ Lieferkosten geworben wird, stößt bei mir auf völliges Unverständnis. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, die Seite sei eben veraltet, daran könne man nichts ändern. Kundenservice geht echt anders!

Pizza ist gut, aber wenn man mit Liferando bestellt und eine Zeitangabe von 30-55 Minuten angegeben ist, dann sind 90 Minuten schon hart und wenn die Pizza dann noch eiskalt hier ankommt, natürlich eher uncool.

Haben Pizza bestellt. Lieferzeit war 60 min, die Pizza war dementsprechend trocken. Meine Empfehlung: Kann man machen, muss man aber nicht

Essen ist super lecker, der Feel Well Salat ist unser Favorit, die Pilze und das Dressing sind einfach der Hammer. Lieferzeit ist manchmal bis zu einer Stunde, was für Gießen normal ist, kann aber auch mal schneller gehen. Top.

Gute Pizza zum Abholen. Abholen ist auch die Empfehlung! Wir hatten uns auch früher über lange Lieferzeiten und deshalb kalte Pizzen geärgert. Deshalb holen wir jetzt ab. Frisch aus dem Ofen ist alles gut. Online bestellen über die Napoli-App gibt 15% Rabatt.

Die Pizzas sind ganz gut , burger und Pommes dass allerletzte . Da kann ich gleich bei MC gehen und bestellen ....Leute Leute... Handarbeit ist net euer Ding wohl

ich hab eine pizza Thunfisch klassiko für 8,90€ bestellt und ein partyblech bekommen ich musste 10 euro mehr bezahlen find ich nicht gut

Zwei mal bestellt zwei mal das falsche geliefert.

Habe immer bei Napoli bestellt und war immer sehr zufrieden. Aber heute kam mein Essen kalt bei mir an und mein Pizzabrot hat kalt auch nicht gut geschmeckt. Bin sehr enttäuscht 😞

Nicht mehr die Pizza wie damals. Sehr trocken und leicht verbrannt gewesen. Salat war besser gelungen.

Der Pizza Karton war total durchgeweicht und ich hab eine Pizza bestellt mit Knoblauch wo KEIN Knoblauch drauf war kann man essen aber ja

Leider kam die erste Bestellung falsch und zu spät an. Die Hälfte wurde vegetarisch bestellt und stattdessen wurde leider die komplette Pizza mit Schinken belegt. Dies hat außerdem über 80min gedauert, obwohl 50min angekündigt waren. Wir haben dann zwischenzeitlich angerufen und es wurde uns gesagt, dass sie "in den nächsten 15 Minuten" geliefert würde. Es hat dann nochmal 25min gedauert. Wir haben anschließend nochmal dort angerufen und um eine vegetarische Pizza gebeten. Diese sollte wieder in 15-20 min geliefert werden und kam eine Stunde später an. Dafür war die zweite Pizza besser und frischer. Insgesamt leider keine gute Erfahrung.

Bei Napoli gab es schon alles von zu früh geliefert , bis zu Adresse nicht verstanden und zwischendrin nochmal angerufen oder aber Stunden also mehr als zwei dauerte es bis dann endlich Mal die Bestellung kam . Am Telefon verstehen sie einen zwar aber hier ist man in der Zentrale und nicht etwa beim Lieferanten .
