Communication with the seller was almost impossible. We had beef with noodles and duck with peanut sauce. The peanut sauce had little flavor, the duck was dry, and the beef was very tough. Overall, it tasted like it came from the freezer.

Nice and funny staff. But sometimes very overwhelmed.

Worst McDonald's in Darmstadt and the surrounding area. Actually, the purpose of McDonald's is to be a quick service restaurant. You don't notice any of this here after standing in the drive for 30 minutes only to find out that card payment is not possible. Another time I received a completely cold cheeseburger and wanted to exchange it straight away. The lady at the checkout was very unfriendly and snapped at me that I had to complain about it immediately. I explained to her that I received the burger via table service and came straight away. She then reluctantly gave me a new cheeseburger and was quite annoyed. Disgraceful behavior and no customer focus. Overall, this McDonald's is not recommended as they have no functioning organization there at all

its way to hot in the store, it was above 30 degrees and i was sweating my as* off by only being there for 5 minuets. the food in the containers looked gross especially the cheese, it was all melted together and the poor workers looked exhausted. they don't get paid enough to deal with this environment. shame on the people that run that store.

The food is really good. The goods come from regional suppliers, which are also written on a blackboard. But the prices, especially of the salad, are completely overpriced. Small bowl (side salad) for 5 euros is really steep. The lady at the checkout is very rude and, well, quite unfriendly. I just want to apologize for buying something.

Far too overpriced these days, service good to very bad, depending on who's there. The atmosphere could be cleaner.
