Calling the curry from this delivery service “Indian” is a big joke. Even the curry tastes better as a finished product.

Food to forget! Food tasted horrible and had nothing to do with Indian food. Chicken Tikka as a ready-made product in the supermarket tastes more authentic.

Just don't order there! Even though the delivery service is called “India Taxi”, this is the “Royal Indian Palace” restaurant. The company “India Taxi” is only the delivery service that delivers the food from “Royal Indian Palace”. Indian food is anything but delicious: No original spices are used, but standard products that can be found in every supermarket. The chicken in the curry tasted really strong and strange. We had the food delivered to the company: after the first bite, all our colleagues grimaced. A lot of food went straight into the trash. Here, consumers are being deceived into thinking they are ordering from a company called “India Taxi”, when in fact they are ultimately being served food from the “Royal Indian Palace”. The reason for this deception is probably the more than bad reviews of the “Royal Indian Palace”. You shouldn't support companies like this.

10.50 for a Chicken Tikka Nawabi: I only tasted salt, no spices and the cheapest chicken in the supermarket is much better. We ordered 5 dishes with the company, all of them were bottom drawer and parts of the order were forgotten. Now I understand why it was delivered so quickly. We then tore up the menu and drank a lot of coke. Hands off. And not even a small onion bhaji in the menu...

Food arrived after an hour and 10 minutes and was cold (it said 30 minutes). The quality was subpar. Special requests were ignored. Nobody answered the phone either. Never again!
