Restaurant des Alice-Hospitals in Darmstadt

We ordered 4 pizzas. Everyone was very satisfied. Delicious.

This is all really bad! The order was placed incorrectly, I ordered pasta but they delivered rice! The sauce spilled everywhere. When I call the restaurant to inform them of their mistake, the lady on the phone tells me to call Wolt myself and sort things out, even though Wolt is not to blame for the chef's mistake!

Wir waren gestern Abend im Restaurant essen.., durch das gespräch mit dem freundlichen Kellner haben wir mitbekommen, dass man im zugehörigen Cafe (1. Stock) das Fußballspiel schauen kann. Daraufhin hat man angeboten uns das Essen nach oben bringen kann. Das haben wir uns narürlich nicht entgehen lassen. Die Pizza war hervorragend, doch das Spiel lief nicht so Toll 😀. Gerne noch mal wieder.

I started studying in Darmstadt in November 2023. Since I live near hda, I come to hda for lunch almost every day. Although the price is a bit more expensive than other restaurants, the taste is pretty good. The food in the Asian area is not very authentic but not bad. The employees are basically very nice, and the service is enthusiastic and attentive. Hope this continues! Like one. Because there was an employee who was very unfriendly to me: once I went to order breakfast and asked the employee for a cake (and there was only one such cake left), the employee refused to give it to me and was deliberately embarrassed. Me, let me ask for it at another counter. I went to another counter and found that the cake I wanted was not available, and the waiter at the other counter told me to just order it, but I told her that your colleague deliberately refused to give it to me! She apologized to me, but so what? That male colleague has nothing to do with me! Jetzt muss ich wieder auf Deutsch schreiben weil ich vor habe, diesen unfreundlichen Angestellten UNBEDINGT MELDEN, wenn ich später seinen Namen gesehen und bemerkt habe!!!😡😡😡😡😡
