Good kebab, friendly staff. The price/performance ratio is OK. The shop offers some seating. Parking is difficult, though.

Extremely disappointing experience. The service was rude and inattentive, the food bland and overcooked, and the atmosphere felt cold and uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the time or money. Not recommended.

They should hire German staff who actually understand what you're ordering. We got 4 wrong burgers and 2 wrong drinks, and despite asking, they wouldn't exchange them. Very unfriendly. Maybe they should hire staff who actually speak the language. Disgusting bunch.

The service was a complete disaster. We can choose the fries from the burger menu at any BK branch, but according to the man, that's not possible at his branch. The employee is totally antisocial, as is the manager. The store was actually very dirty, and you couldn't even get into the women's restroom because of the flood of water on the floor! Never again!

He spoke little to no German and wore headphones while working. That's unacceptable. Not only that, but the service didn't even do the minimum. Plates and bowls were piling up on our tables. Once in the two hours, three plates were taken away. It's hardly all-you-can-eat when you can only order five items in 15 minutes, and that within two hours. The concept is questionable. We would have expected 10 minutes. Who eats a 5-ounce shake and then waits 15 minutes? At least the tray menu was reasonably clear. It's problematic, of course, when several people order from one tray and no one knows who ordered what and everything ends up unevenly served on the plates. The sushi was of rather mediocre quality. They obviously skimped on the salmon. I don't usually see that in other restaurants. I also think it's unfair for the price. Some of the restrooms were broken and smelled unpleasant.

The fast food restaurant is very weak, right in a busy place and doesn't even have a customer toilet. So if you are traveling there with children, you are lost here. I absolutely cannot recommend it. For me it's one of the biggest juice shops ever

Never again, duck was just disgusting, even our dogs didn't want it, it wasn't worth the money. Pizza was okay, but it couldn't save this unappetizing meal.

The food should be neatly presented so that it is easy to eat, but it was really uncomfortable to eat, so I felt bad because it felt like eating dog food. The staff gave me disposable plastic gloves and tried to provide service, but it would have been better if the food was neatly wrapped in the first place, so it was disappointing

Overall, it's easily one of the worst restaurants you can find in Germany - the delivery time was stated to be 40 minutes, and the food arrived after more than an hour, so you wonder whether the employees make the deliveries on a tricycle. This is particularly unfortunate if you have certain social anxiety and are constantly under pressure as long as you have in the back of your mind that another order will arrive soon. Fortunately, the delivery person arrived after we were worried that he might have gotten lost in the vast expanses of Cologne, but was too lazy to bring the food to our front door and ordered us down to the front door instead. Duck is very bad and what is sold there as curry is not curry at all. Portion could have been larger but good, inflation also seems to affect less high-quality restaurants.

I think it's really cool that vegan alternatives to the pizzas are offered and you ask what topping you want. The pizza tasted really good as far as I can tell and the waiting time was short if you ordered it on site.

The worst kebab in the world. We got a Dürüm there and paid €8! The €8 included moldy cheese and spoiled salad! Afterwards I had unbelievable stomach pains and nausea. No recommendation!!

Eigentlich eine schöne Lage mit viel Potenzial bei schönem Wetter. Service allerdings extrem langsam und unfreundlich, Gläser nicht sauber und bei konstruktivem Feedback keine Reflexion. Sehr schade!

Also, mein krabbenball war überkocht, es war einfach nur in Fett gebadet, das war keine Butter, das war kein Knoblauch. Fisch total überzogen Steak von meinem Mann total durch Preise zu heavy, also, ich würde diesen Restaurant nicht empfehlen im Gegensatz, ich würde es sperren lassen.
