Ordered food online and there were 2 items missing, 1 sandwich was missing an ingredient, another sandwich had some soya chunks (which are not even on their menu) instead of spicy vegan patty! Such order message ups have happened multiple times and I will never order from this subway again!

I ordered a simple mixed salad there. Unfortunately, the initially friendly customer service then reached into ingredients unnecessarily, even though everyone else asked beforehand whether they wanted them. I think that's premature, since the goods are touched afterwards...the product was okay, but I won't be eating there again in the future after this experience I don't think it's correct when dealing with the customers and then make suggestions that should be seen as mockery, so they can make fun of themselves, I left the salad with the rest, they should clear it up themselves Won't buy there again...

Underground, just arrived back home. Service was a complete disaster, we weren't even noticed for a few minutes because the sellers were engrossed in private conversations. The preparation was listless, unfriendly, pissy and actually worth zero stars. Sub's weren't even cut and packaged poorly. Never again .

Beware of rip-offs! The app advertises a 30% discount on a footlong sub. Participating restaurant at Leipzig/Halle Airport, see attached image. Because of this, I didn't pick up the sub from my local restaurant (the promotions always work there), but waited at the airport, knowing full well that subs cost €1 more here at the airport. After waiting 20 minutes, we were served by the only (!) employee present. The line in front of and behind us was extremely long; it's incomprehensible why no other employees were there to help. During the payment process, the app was scanned, the discount was recognized, and the employee immediately manually deleted it from the register, explaining that she was sorry, but her boss had forbidden her to accept it. Of course, our order was already completely ready, and we had to catch the plane, so we avoided further discussion, especially since the employee was obviously uncomfortable with it. Advance notice would have been helpful. The second star is only because the Asian-looking employee was friendly and the sub was tasty. I hope Subway headquarters reads this and takes action against this rip-off and its franchisee.

All workers are corrupted, they're giving free sandwiches to neighbors shops and taking free from them! I have taken videos of this matter!! Also they take money for sandwiches and don't give in to the shop, they're playing with billing system too! I don't recommend this shop anymore!

A Subway branch, like many others. I think the sandwiches are smaller than they were a few years ago, but that could be misleading. The young man who served us was super friendly, was able to give us good advice and had an answer to every question, he justifies a 5 star rating! 😉 Always happy!

We were there for the first time in a long time. The young man was great, even though he was alone in the store and had a lot to do. Friendly, nice... Top 5 stars for the young man.
