My sub arrived completely wrong. Ordered via Uber Eats, staff too incompetent to read orders.

Rude and had diarrhea 2 hours later

For lunch I had the soup of the day with lentils and the sandwich with falafel. The soup was tasty and the sandwich was still crisp and fresh. Good price-performance ratio.

Delicious food and nicely decorated. Staff also great. Unfortunately, it's chronically understaffed, so even with only 3 people it takes a long time to make the food.

There was no coffee and so we lost 2 customers

Been there several times. The menu of the day is ok in terms of price. Well located in the underpass to the S-Bahn 2 minutes.

Very bad experience at the subway in Bad Cannstatt. A blonde employee (sorry I don't know her name) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She yelled at me as a customer, with no respect at all, and it seemed like she was forced to work there. I strongly recommend hiring more competent and polite staff. Customer service should be a priority and not treated like a nuisance. If it were possible, I would give zero stars. Absolutely not recommended! The fact that you are the boss shocks me even more. Solid Subaway. You can eat well. I generally find it too expensive at Subway these days.
