Nel quartiere di Friedrichshain abbiamo prenotato questo caffè/ristorante russo che ha conservato un arredamento retrò che testimonia la sua storia. Buon antipasto con mousse e tartare di salmone. Valide anche la ciotola di formaggio di capra e la zuppa. Assaggiati asparagi bianchi con uova, patate e una salsa delicata: very good. Personale gentile. Atmosfera rilassante.

the food tastes great. The price of the food is great. The service is excellent, I was served by a wonderful woman who answered all my questions. The atmosphere is like an ordinary dining room, the strong smell of food coming from the kitchen and very loud visitors at the next table. Next time I will take food with me as I don't feel like staying there

The WORST place I have ever been to. First of all, there’s no slavic authenticity. As far as I read from another review here, it’s run by the owner of the Indian restaurant nearby. So the staff, the music playing and everything are absolutely not what you expect from this restaurant’s name. And yeah, they don’t speak Russian or Ukrainian. The menu is so random. It has 2-3 dishes from Russian/Ukrainian cuisine and that’s it. And also the staff are rude and behave outrageous.

No vegan options instantly available. And even though asked specifically before an event, nothing vegan was prepared beforehand. Took them more than half an hour to sauté some vegetables and than everybody got main course and I waited for more than an hour for huge plate of fried potatoes (as main course). But at least there was wine and good Compote. Seems like everyone else (non vegans were content and had a blast). As dessert was nice fruit assortment.
