This restaurant was recommended to me by friends, but I can't recommend it to anyone. I ordered the rump steak well done. 🤷🏼‍♂️🤮 It came medium with a fantastic fatty edge. With every bite, I had a fatty piece of cartilage or tendon in my mouth. I complained and was offered another meal. I then let a friend of mine persuade me to have a schnitzel. However, my face fell asleep when I paid. They brazenly charged me the full price for the steak even though it was sent back to the kitchen. When I asked about it, I was told that I had already eaten a few bites. I find it outrageous to pay €33 for a schnitzel that didn't really impress me! A steak that was of such poor quality that you would never have called it a steak isn't worth €33 either!

Unfortunately no repeat! The food was lukewarm and unfortunately not great and the price was completely excessive. Schnitzel with mushrooms and 2 forks of salad €18.50 Side dish another €3.50, no thanks! The space upstairs cannot keep up with the ambience downstairs. Answer: Why was the rating clear? Why should we invent lukewarm here? It was exactly as described!

Unfriendly and annoyed staff... ..after our purchase of over €250 in the GLOBUS market, we wanted to take a coffee from the bakery stand and also a Mutzbraten in a roll. There were unfriendly staff at all two stands, they said coffee 1x black and 1x white and got 1x white with sugar yuck. They didn't mention it at all and they immediately hissed from the counter because they didn't want the coffee. The Payback card was not registered either 😒. At the snack bar we wanted two rolls with Mutzbraten, but unfortunately it was COLD and the saleswoman had NO hygiene gloves on and wiped her face, then continued to serve her customers in an unfriendly manner WITHOUT gloves. ..sad that the staff was often very annoyed today 🤔

You can eat well here even if you have to go quickly. Tastes good and is a great alternative to McDonald's. Please keep it up.

I wasn't asked what meat I wanted, so as always I assumed veal. At home I discovered it was turkey. Why ?? Normally there is always veal... what a pity... the man was on the phone the whole time.

Juice shop ordered spicy pizza twice which wasn't spicy

I've never seen anything as unfriendly as this young girl. Food was thrown on it absolutely carelessly and everything was soggy. Preferably no star at all. Personnel should be reconsidered.
