Damaskus Tor in Gera

Contrary to many other reviews, I think the portions are fair. I've been there several times now and have always found it delicious. The prices are really great.

I ordered pasta with chicken, which looked really good at first. Then I discovered a long black hair in my food. That really put me off my food. The cleanliness there isn't great either. Never again!

Food was quite good, but the seating situation was terrible!

We were there on Boxing Day, and the seating was cozy and comfortable. At first, it seemed a little cramped, but that wasn't a problem at all as the meal progressed. Friendly service, delicious food, and a nice selection of drinks. Almost like a family gathering. I'll definitely be back; it was the best schnitzel I've ever had.

Delicious food and always a varied menu. Perhaps they could cut down on the salt a bit. It would be nice if the tables were cleaned more often between guests.
