We were served very friendly. The food was really freshly prepared, tasted very good and was plentiful. The atmosphere was harmonious. The waiter was very attentive and friendly.
Unfortunately, the Spizz cellar is no longer what it used to be. Over the last few months we have been repeatedly disappointed by bad DJs or yawning emptiness. Today the groaning: advertise that two floors are open, collect €8 and then don't keep your promise. Because there was supposedly too little going on, no Blackfloor was opened, which is why we came to you specifically. After we asked for the boss, we were turned away disinterestedly and told that we should write a bad Google review and be happy that we didn't have to pay €10. So don't let the advertising lure you in, ask specifically at the checkout before you pay. Simply outrageous 💁♀️
We enjoyed the meal before the opera, the service was excellent.
All wishes were fulfilled, the only thing that wasn't nice was the online menu, which presented false facts. Nevertheless, the full rating is due to the young colleague in service, you can feel that she enjoys her work. Everything is accompanied by subtle music.
You can't give a star for the food, my food was cold to lukewarm, my companion's food was burnt, the wait for the food was almost an hour, the price was completely overpriced and bears no relation to the food you get.

I really enjoy eating at dean&david but it's no longer fun at this restaurant. Excessive amounts of rice and something is wrong with every order. It sucks.
