We have been enjoying of taste a good meal there. Combination of Asian cuisine and German food made our day up. Service is good ,the waiter's are polite and friendly. Food is scrumptious and atmosphere is lovely warming up. You are coming and feeling like in small cozy place, nice decor with flowers, even in winter you may feel there as in summer. Good for small groups, family or just gather with a few friends.

We were in the area to see the Russian Church over the weekend in Leipzig. We saw the restaurant nestled among the gardens while driving by and spontaneously decided to go in. We looked at the menu, which looked very inviting. I have to admit: It was truly the best schnitzel we've had in a long time. I'm sure the Asian dishes are just as good. The owners are very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended. Anyone in Leipzig should definitely check this out as a hidden gem, as it's a bit off the beaten tourist track, which is lovely. Keep it up! 😄🤙

Delicious Chinese and German cuisine. It's wonderful when compromises like these are found to preserve garden restaurants. Unfortunately, far too many of these beautifully situated restaurants in garden clubs have already had to close.

Ten of us came here for dinner with a reserved table in the beer garden. The service was very attentive and prompt. The food was excellent, with large portions and very tasty. There was hardly any waiting time and the value for money was absolutely top-notch! The kids had a great time on the premises. We would love to come back.

We were looking for somewhere to eat before going to the theater. We found the Siegismund restaurant near the theater on Google Maps and thought it was a good choice. We went there. And we were delighted. The value for money was excellent. The service staff was very attentive and friendly. Next time we go to a theater nearby in Leipzig, we'll be happy to stop here again.

I visited this restaurant for the first time a few days ago and was more than pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is very cozy. The food is very tasty and more than adequate. I've never eaten such good bihun soup anywhere else. We were a large group, everyone ate something different, and everyone was very satisfied. Private party with about 40 people. Minor power outage, quickly resolved, the restroom took a bit longer, but otherwise, I highly recommend it!

We stumbled in here more or less spontaneously, only to be pleasantly surprised when we left: The restaurant acts as a hub for the surrounding allotments, if anyone needs a quick schnitzel or a beer – both are offered at a very fair price and are also quite tasty! The menu is a mix of "German classics" and Asian cuisine, so depending on what you're after, you're sure to find something you like. All in all, a nice and friendly restaurant for a short break or a casual dinner.

A hardworking Asian family who put a lot of effort and joy into their work here. The value for money is still decent, so I definitely recommend it. There are still a few things that could be improved, but overall, it's a very pleasant garden restaurant. Conclusion: We'll be happy to come back.

We spontaneously stopped here for lunch on July 11, 2025. It's idyllically located in the allotment garden. We sat outside in the shade. It wasn't busy. So, ordering and delivery of food and drinks didn't take long. The food was beautifully presented. It was hot, freshly prepared, and overall extremely delicious. The schnitzel was pounded and breaded in-house. It was very tender. The price and value are excellent! We will definitely be back. A hidden gem!

I became aware of this garden restaurant through positive reviews - and I can only share these assessments. We were welcomed and served in a very friendly and attentive manner. Home cooking such as brawn or schnitzel tasted just as excellent as roasted duck - everything was prepared very lovingly and in an appetizing manner. It's lovely to sit in the outdoor seating area. Unfortunately, almost the only positive thing. The service was extremely slow, even though it wasn't very busy, it took about 15 minutes for the drinks to be ordered, and the food took almost an hour. I had a farmer's breakfast, which was okay, my wife had Asian pork, tough, completely tasteless and no sign of the promised dip. It's a shame, that's how you ruin a new restaurant. The service was also inattentive and there was no sign of Asian politeness. Conclusion: Good for having a drink in a nice environment, not suitable for eating.

We went there for the first time yesterday afternoon and it was really nice! You sit comfortably in the green, everything is very well maintained and there are also various exercise toys for children. This somewhat unusual allotment restaurant is located directly behind the Russian church. Because of the owners, the menu and decor have a Southeast Asian influence. In addition to fried noodles and baked duck, there is also farmer's breakfast, schnitzel and brawn. I ate the schnitzel with Letscho and fries and was very satisfied. Price-performance ratio is definitely right here. The drinks are also available at moderate prices. The service is very friendly and makes every effort to fulfill the guests' wishes.

Wir haben in einer Gruppe von ehemaligen Studenten hier unsere Traditionsfeier zum Goldenen Diplom durchgeführt - wir waren im Sigismund schon Gäste vor 50 Jahren. Der neue Pächter hatte nur für unsere Feier geöffnet. Alle Vorabsprachen wurden exakt umgesetzt. Die Speisekarte enthält asiatische und deutsche Küche. Alles war wohlschmeckend und frisch bereitet. Das Ambiente im Lokal ist schön ( alles frisch renoviert ). Das Personal war sehr um eine gute und schnelle Bedienung bemüht. Die Preise sind dem Lokal angemessen.

While touring the Orthodox Church, we spotted the Siegismund garden restaurant and spontaneously decided to eat here. The restaurant is part of the local allotment garden colony. It is small and cozy with a great, well-kept outdoor area. The menu is small and there is something for everyone. Unfortunately for vegetarians there is only one main course, otherwise you can opt for the salad selection. The staff is very friendly and tries very hard to fulfill the guests' wishes as far as possible. We had the bratwurst with sauerkraut and potatoes, as well as brawn with fried potatoes. Both dishes came with a side salad. We also had drinks. The dishes are simple but were bombastic. Rarely eaten so well. Here it is worth looking for bars outside the center and you will find such gems. When we are in Leipzig again, we will definitely come back.

After a walk in the park next door, we first enjoyed the cream schnitzel and the currywurst, with KiBa as a drink. The cream schnitzel tasted very good and the currywurst not so much, you could eat it, but it wasn't a real currywurst as you normally know it. Service was quite nice, you just had to come up with the idea of ​​going in to pay and we weren't asked if everything was OK with us.

I regret the decision of your garden board to terminate your contract at the end of the month all the more. We (4 people) took the opportunity again today to treat ourselves to a delicious meal. The fried potatoes have been a MUST on every visit so far! Unfortunately, the owners and their staff have to move on. It was always nice with you!

We were here for a St. Martin's Goose meal and felt completely at home from the moment we entered the restaurant until we left it. The extremely friendly and courteous service had everything under control at all times, even though there was no space left. The food was super tasty, the portion was generous. There is also a trampoline and a sandpit with some toys for the little guests. The service is very friendly and the service is good. Ein kleines Gartenlokalidyll zu Füßen der russischen Gedächtniskirche. Wir hatten beim ersten Besuch lediglich 2 Bier 🍻 aber die Speisekarte, das ganze Ambiente und der freundliche Service lassen uns ganz bald wiederkommen. Soooooo, nach 10 Tagen waren wir erneut hier und jetzt kann ich auch 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ für das Essen 🥘🍳 hier lassen 👍🏼

Schön, dass es fast im Zentrum, am Rande des Friedensparkes und " mitten im Grünen ", ein solch nettes Garten Lokal gibt. Super, wenn man nach einem Spaziergang durch den Park hier verweilen, eine Mahlzeit zu sich nehmen, ein Eis essen oder einfach nur ein Bierchen trinken kann. Man kann auch schön draußen sitzen und die Kinder und Enkel im Blick haben, während sie sich auf dem Spielplatz im Sandkasten oder Trampolin beschäftigen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr guter Service, Kaffee und selbst gebackenes Weihnachtsgebäck. Schönes Ambiente. Ausgewogene Preise.

Wir waren zum 1. mal hier und waren überrascht über den sehr gemütlichen Außenbereich. Es war für einen Mittwoch viel los, auch in den umliegenden Schrebergärten war wuling. Eine tolle Atmosphäre! Die Speisekarte ist angenehm übersichtlich, auch für mich als Vegetarier ist sehr gut gesorgt, was man in einer Gaststätte in einer Gartensparte nicht unbedingt erwarten darf. Ich nahm zu meinem Gericht glücklicherweise noch eine Portion Pommes dazu, denn die Portionen sind nicht übermäßig groß. Aber geschmeckt hat alles sehr gut. Preislich geht auch alles in Ordnung und das Personal ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder.

Eine grüne Oase. Nettes Personal und ein gemütliches Ambiente. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht günstig, aber angemessen. Zwei kleine Schoko-Eiskugeln für über 5€, bemerkt wurde, dass es eine kleine Waffel beigelegt wurde. 3 € für einen guten Kaffee sind angemessen. Die Kuchenwerbung macht Appetit, es gab nur eine Sorte.

Küche und Essen zu vernünftigen Preisen, leckere Biere und Radler. Man sollte natürlich wissen, dass es hier eine Schrebergartenkneipe ist. Wir werden wieder hin gehen. Man hört fast gar kein Straßenlärm, toll.

Laut Website des Gartenvereins gab es einen Pächterwechsel. Das wollten wir uns anschauen und alte Erinnerungen aufleben lassen, als wir noch einen Kleingarten dort hatten. 14 Uhr sollte die Lokalität öffnen, wir waren 13.50 Uhr vor Ort und haben die einen Bereich eindeckende Dame gefragt, ob wir schon Platz nehmen dürfen. Die klare und genervte Antwort: nein, wir sind hier grade noch am Eindecken, Sie können ja da vorne warten. Die Geste deutete auf den Eingang der Kleingartenanlage. Nun, so gewinnt man als neuer Pächter sicher keine neuen (alten) Kunden. Wir sind gegangen. Und werden so bald auch keinen neuen Versuch starten…

✖ Atmosphäre 4,5/5 Knackige Gartenkneipe mit authentischem Interior, Publikum und Personal. Update 07/2021 - Siegi is back - neue Betreiber, haben renoviert und Rolands Kneipenmief rausgelassen (Schade :), Essen und Freunlichkeit auf hohem Niveau, neuer Spielplatz vorhanden, alles top!

Super, Bedienung sehr freundlich. Das Essen sooo lecker 😋. Der Inhaber wechselt zum Jahresende, danach wird renoviert und ab März 2021 solls weitergehen. Also macht euch auf den Weg, so lange es noch geht.

Mitten in der Stadt, am Ende des Friedensparks, neben der Russischen Kirche findet man die Kleingartenanlage Siegismund und mitten drin die gleichnamige Vereinsgaststätte. Ruhig, beschaulich. Gutes Fassbier, sogar dunkles. Nette Betreiber. Aufmerksam und freundlich. Alles sehr familiär. Schöner Biergarten. Kleine Speisekarte, mit dem was man in so einer Gasstätte erwarten kann. Sogar etwas mehr. Zum Beispiel Haxe. Absolut freundliche Preisgestaltung. Man fühlt sich willkommen und wohl. Mein Verbesserungsvorschlag: Bei der Zubereitung der Speisen etwas ehrgeiziger sein. Die Haxe hätte nicht nur heiß, sondern auch knusprig sein können. Aber dann wär hier im Sommer wohl kein freier Platz zu bekommen. Achtung: Koch kommt erst um 17.00 Uhr.

Siegismunt es un pequeño restaurante en el jardín privado cerca Friedens Park. Es un hallazgo. No hay mucho para elegir, pero si estás buscando una bebida y una salchicha o solyanka, este es el lugar. Los de gente es agradable y la comida es deliciosa.
