This restaurant serves great Neapolitan pizza, it made is such a way in wood fired ovens where the outcome is pizza that is tasty with a soft and tender bready crust perfect for soaking up excess sauces. I have been so many times with friends after being recommended it by a Sicilian friend. Their core menu has some great staples like the Burrata bomb, the Arnie and the Don Diablo. You can tell they use good ingredients and rarely have I been dissatisfied with their normal menu. Their specials are more creative and can vary greatly... I loved one with goats cheese and fig but their take on a Big Mac... well the less said about that one the better. Their dessert selection is limited but tasty too. If you want to eat in, it is best you reserve a table ahead of time because they can get very very busy. The staff are normally welcoming and helpful; once going out their way to make a 'garlic bread' for my sister even though there was no such thing on menu. I recommend it if you like this style of pizza.

Fastfood im Sitzen zu schriller Rummelmucke. Geschmackloser hatte ich noch keinen Teig, was sich besonders im Salat spiegelte. Hier bekommt man 4 Teile Fladen auf Grünzeug ohne Dressing. Das extra bestellte Chimichurri war super, allerdings mit 3.50 Eur als Guakamole abgerechnet, weil es dafür keinen Posten in der Abrechnung fand. Genau das aber hat das ganze nur essbar gemacht. Wein war überraschend gut. Service auch sehr nett. Es fehlen Salz und Pfeffer am Tisch. Unser Platz an der steilen Treppe nach unten zum WC unter einer Musikbox war direkt von 2 grellen Spots ätzend bestrahlt. Im Bahnhof sitzt man besser.

Für 16€ bekommt man eine Pizza Schinken Champignon die zwar extrem schnell vor einem auf dem Tisch steht, aber… Der riesige Rand von 3-4 cm Breite lässt kaum Platz um den Schinken oder Champignons zu platzieren. Man isst zu 70% nur Teig, der an dicken Stellen auch nicht durchgebacken ist. Es ist eine Massenabfertigung und daher recht laut. Die Lage ist aber toll. Wer ein schnelles Essen sucht und auf Pizzateig steht, der sollte hierher. Ich komme nicht nochmal. Der Inhaber erfreut sich sicher an seiner Marge. Wenig Materialeinsatz für viel Geld.

Wir konnten unsere Getränkebestellung schnell loswerden. Auch auf spezielle Wünsche wurde reagiert. Die Pizzen kamen schnell und waren lecker.

Avoid if busy. Its chaos. The staff are just to busy. Anastia was nice though but that did not make up from the burnt pizza. Offered an espresso as a compensation but I should not have been made to paid for the pizza!

The quality of the pizza has deteriorated significantly while prices have risen. The Salsiccia Style Pizza was actually just cheese and a little, really just a little, Salsiccia... Definitely lives up to the hype.

Hip pizza place near St. Thomas Church. The service is quick but friendly, and drinks and food are always delivered very quickly. The atmosphere is pleasant, in the outdoor lighting the tables are a bit very close to each other, which comes at the expense of privacy. The prices are in the upper range for a pizza. It's best to make a reservation as it's always full in the evening. Otherwise you can also wait, as things become available quickly due to the high frequency.

A place to share the best pizza in Leipzig

Mediocre Neapolitan pizza. Unfortunately, the service (one waitress in particular) is also very arrogant and unfriendly. When we placed the menu stand on another empty table because of the small surface area of ​​our table, we were immediately rudely warned that we were not allowed to change the location of the menu stand; we should just leave it alone. There are also other ways to make customers aware of this.

For anyone who is not looking for the classic pizza variants. The taste is great, but you can pay a little too much for it (18?!) The service was nice and attentive.

Came across this pizzeria through the positive Google reviews and were not disappointed. Great pizzeria with delicious, fluffy pizzas! Also has an outdoor area, perfect for those warm days/evenings. The selection of pizzas is large and there are also unusual combinations. The dough was really soft and the ingredients were fresh, every bite was a pleasure :) We recommend!

I have rarely experienced such a fantastic pizzeria! The pizzas are simply great – crispy base and incredibly tasty. The cocktails are also outstanding – creative, tasteful and well mixed. Special praise goes to Vanessa who served us. Not only is she extremely friendly and attentive, but she is also incredibly professional. Vanessa made our visit an unforgettable experience. Overall, I highly recommend this pizzeria! Everything is just right here – from the food to the drinks to the service. An absolute insider tip!

Ok, if you like pasta, after all one of the traditional variations of an Italian pasta preparation comes from Napoli, you are out of place here - there are simply no pasta dishes in this branch. But since we are still 60 seconds ahead of Naples, the chances shouldn't be too bad, we're looking forward to it. So, taking advantage of the short waiting time in front of the city gates of Naples, let's turn to the pizzas on offer and decide, with a total of 5 people, on the "Don Diablo". After a short time we are in the version of Naples offered here, the missing Italian street noise is replaced by loud music of a certain selection, the pizza is there and has a thick crust, not too hard, a reasonably thin base with a pleasant consistency and that Topping, well, it doesn't do a Don any honor, less to be feared, more like a Don piccolo, because the expected spiciness was a bit weak. So reordered ammunition, reloaded and lo and behold, 2x 4.5mm don't make a 9mm bullet, just the same product in the same barrel. We were a minute from Naples, the group started the journey, everyone returned safely, we didn't have any postcards with us. Next I'll just go to Italy. Ciao.

60 seconds to Napoli got a unique variety of Pizzen. The Pizza was perfectly baked. The menu also featured a good selection of vine. The location had a generous outside seating patio as well as interior.

While on vacation in Leipzig and the surrounding area, we were a little influenced and discovered this wonderful restaurant. Friendly service from a young team who reacted very friendly and quickly, even when it suddenly rained. The food, which you can even watch being prepared in the stone oven, was absolutely delicious. Yes, the thicker-than-average edge could be off-putting if it weren't so loose and fluffy. This restaurant definitely deserves all the stars and remains on the list for further visits.

So damn delicious pizza!! I've never eaten such good pizza in Leipzig & the staff is super fresh and nice!! We'd love to come back! 🫠

The pizzas we had (Burrata Bomb and Don Diablo) tasted very good, although the latter was a bit too sweet (too much chili honey for my taste). We found the service disappointing. We waited for an hour for the pizzas (when we asked, they said they were understaffed - OK, but you can communicate beforehand, we were really in a hurry!). The friendliness left something to be desired, but towards the end it got a little better. The ambience was so-so. You're pretty close together outside and the chairs aren't very comfortable. All in all: Pizza really good, but whether we will go again... Let's see.

The toppings on the pizza were good, but the bottom was so burnt! We took it to go to eat in the park, and to our surprise, it wasn't cut. Imagine sitting in the park and trying to tear the pizza apart with your hands. I won't be ordering from there again, especially since the price is above average.

I probably don't have to write much about the pictures. The pizza is “presented” visually on the Internet (Instagram). I'm happy to pay €20 for a pizza with truffles, BUT then there should be truffles on it too. Very unfortunate. The pizza still tasted good! But the truffle could hardly be tasted. My friend's pizza was delicious! This is just about the pizza with significantly too few truffles.

The pizzeria has really deteriorated, we used to enjoy going there. But recently they have become very economical with the products, there is not enough toppings, the pizzas are not as they look in the photo. In the photo is a Greek pizza, we ordered home delivery. Compare the photo on the website and the real picture. Doesn't whet your appetite... Last time we had truffle pizza. Apart from the fact that they no longer put truffle spread on it and the sauce itself is just creamy, we didn't understand at all what we paid 20 euros for...

The vegan pizza with mozzarella looks beautiful, just like a pizza with dairy cheese. But that's exactly the problem. Because it's obvious that the restaurant is only concerned with the appearance of the vegan pizza! It's the most disgusting vegan pizza we've ever eaten. The cheese is like a squashed, overly greasy piece of chewing gum. It can't be chewed and doesn't dissolve in your mouth. These fat globules in the stomach cause a feeling of fullness and nausea. People who want to try a vegan pizza will never touch a vegan pizza again after this experience. And the crowning disgrace: the vegan pizza is also significantly more expensive than the dairy pizza. Pure rip-off! It would be best if the restaurant completely abandoned its vegan offerings!

We received incredibly friendly service and our take-away pizza was ready quickly. In the meantime there was even some water to bridge the waiting time. Pizza tastes simply excellent - I would say the best pizza I have eaten.

We waited 30 minutes for our starter - ok, that was still possible. After the starter was eaten, we waited another 30 minutes for our main menu. Afterwards we spoke to the waiter, who said - it's coming. Another 20 minutes later (over 50 minutes in total), we paid and left. Unfortunately, that was a very poor performance. The starter tasted good.

We waited for 3 pizzas for 1 hour and 20 minutes and in the end had to take them away.

This restaurant should be called '60 MINUTES to Napoli' instead. Service and food were extremly slow. It is true that it is very busy during Football Euro Cup, but waiting for drinks 30 minutes and for Napoletana pizza for more than 1 hour is just too much, especially for that kind of pizza that is avarege making/baking time less than 5min. We've also ordered beef carpaccio which was served without any salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. There was no cutlery so when we've asked for, bunch of them were just dropped at the table. There was only one napkin for three of us to share. On the picture you can see what you get for 15-17 euros. Don't forget to bring your own spoon.

My friends ordered 5 pizzas and I ordered a caesar salad, I received my salad after an hour and a half (it's just a salad with tomatoes and chicken for which I had to wait an hour and a half) my friends had already eaten half or more of the pizza when I received the order, I was already looking the waiter to refuse the order. like a miracle I got that damn salan. by the way, the taste of the soda is mediocre, I am really disappointed with the establishment. 😒

The pizza wasn't bad in taste. The crust was good, a little too wide, the bottom was nice and soft, but there was so much thin parmesan cream on the bottom that when I tried to eat it, it all ran down and soaked the bottom. Either the cream should have been thicker or baked for a short time to solidify, or a little less would have done the trick. The salami topping was very sparing compared to the parmesan cream. The pizza was supposed to be spicy, but - apart from a small piece of jalapeños - there was no hint of it. The service was relatively chaotic and not very friendly. The atmosphere was also rather uninviting.

Very disappointing visit to the restaurant. Despite making a reservation in advance, no table outside was kept free for us (although other reservations were honored). Service seemed very overwhelmed and couldn't help us. "Thanks" to the mistake, we spontaneously went to Nuva in Leipzig, were warmly welcomed and ate the best Napoleonic pizza we've ever had :)

Of course, you could give this Italian restaurant in a central location more stars, but this shop is quite expensive and doesn't offer enough exquisite gourmet pleasure. Everything tastes reasonably good, the pizza (but it can easily cost €20!) is actually really tasty, but the reservation procedures alone (online only!!) are off the charts. It is not possible to reserve a table by phone. The selection of wines is also too narrow and the service doesn't pay enough attention. The unbridled partying at the long group tables inside the store also creates a brash beer tent atmosphere that thwarts quiet enjoyment with quiet conversations. Romance is different. That's why I won't come back here again.
