60 seconds to napoli in Leipzig

Reserved for 7:15 p.m. with email confirmation. The email states that it is reserved for at least 60 minutes. When I arrived at 7:42 p.m., my table was gone and they didn't even try to give me a replacement. Really MEGA unfriendly. It was a thousand times better in Rostock. Here everyone was friendly and helpful.

Me and two friends visited the restaurant on April 27th at 16:00. They had us sitting next to the door. Wasn't a very warm day. When we asked to move to another table, they denied, because of reservations. An almost empty restaurant, which stayed like that even after more than an hour. When a group of people ,with a reservation, decided to sit outside, they still didn't say anything. As i mentioned, there were only a few customers but we've been waiting for quite some time for our food. In the end my pizza was tasteless.How that can be even possible? And my friends's pizza was quite burned at the bottom.

The best pizza I've eaten in a long time. The prices are a little higher, but you get high-quality ingredients.

This is a franchise with locations in several German cities, and they keep a consistent standard. The pizza was good, and the flavour I chose was spot on. But as often happens in Germany, the service was a bit of an issue—the staff seemed in a bad mood, almost like taking your order was a burden.

The food was fantastic, as was the service. It was a little too cold for me (air conditioning was on). The music selection is relaxing, but a bit too loud for me.

Super tasty pizza and very interesting varieties. We have been here many times, an absolute recommendation. However, you should definitely make a reservation in the evening. The only drawback is that it is very loud and crowded, but the staff is still very nice!

I had a Gorgonzolala pizza. Unfortunately I didn't taste any Gorgonzola on this one. Either he was forgotten or he was very mild. The dips were great and the waiter looked after us very well until he got off work. His service was really good. The one from his colleague at the shift change wasn't that great, but maybe. she was just very exhausted today. We then had dessert, which was served in a plastic cup (strawberry crumble). At these prices I wouldn't expect something like that in a plastic cup. I felt like I was being priced out and being deceived. All in all, an okay evening, but my partner and I find the competition better and cheaper, especially when it comes to food.

I was skeptical at first because 60 seconds is a chain. But I was extremely positively surprised! One of the best pizzas I've eaten. Very juicy in the middle and the edge is soft and fluffy. Taste of the margarita was outstanding.

Focaccia and dips were amazing! The many vegan dishes are great. Also the house limos. But the prices were really high. We found the atmosphere in the service to be a bit hectic at times. Our service staff was really nice and helpful. The pizzas...were delicious, no question, but for significantly less money, we ate a Neapolitan pizza on Lake Maggiore, which was simply much better. Everything was very doughy and the dough was unfortunately so wet on the inside that you could only eat it with cutlery. So definitely worth a one-time detour just for the focaccia and the dips.

Food looks very, very good and also tastes delicious. The homemade lemonade was also very refreshing. We sat outside, in a pleasant warmth. The prices are too high. 12€ for margarita and 6.50€ for 0.4l lemonade. The other dishes also looked very appealing, unfortunately due to the large portions you can't manage a pizza with a starter and dessert.

My wife and I are surprised at the positive reviews of the pizzas; ours were a disaster. The dough was not crispy at all, but rather chewy like rubber. Nothing special in taste and not very digestible. We won't be coming back.

Waiting time due to a technical transmission error was almost 60 minutes. No proactive information about existing problems. There was also no apology. Pizzas were okay, salad didn't seem fresh, especially the processed avocado was brown and not fresh.

I had the pleasure of eating at this amazing pizza restaurant and all I can say is that it was a true taste experience! The selection of pizzas is impressive, and each one is freshly made with high quality ingredients. The atmosphere is inviting and cozy, perfect for a relaxed dinner with friends.

Oh well. The food is good when it comes. There were four of us, the fourth meal came when the other three were already finished. After asking twice. No apologies, just: here's your pizza. Unfortunately, the service is poor and the atmosphere is loveless. Industrial look, no industrial charm, everything presented rather carelessly. All of this at quite high prices, combined with a time limit - you only have the table for 1.5 hours. Depending on the speed of service or the kitchen, this will be tight.

Ich war am Standort Leipzig. Der erste Eindruck war nett, der Saal war gut gefüllt und das essen sah lecker aus. Uns fiel jedoch der Qualm auf, welcher die Raumdecke schmückte. Wir hatten reserviert und unser Platz wurde uns freundlich und schnell zugeteilt. Kurz nach 21uhr gaben wir unsere Bestellung auf und wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass es mit der Pizza länger dauern kann, da wohl ein Pizzaofen ausgefallen sei. Bis zu einer Stunde Wartezeit sollen wir einplanen, da wir eine Gruppe waren. Natürlich etwas unprofessionell mit nur einem von zwei Öfen das Restaurant unter 100% Auslastung laufen zu lassen, aber wir hatten Zeit und haben uns auf gutes Essen gefreut. Leider wurden wir nach der ersten runde Getränke und der Vorspeise sehr lange alleine gelassen, es wurden keine Anstalten gemacht sich zu erkundigen ob etwas gebraucht werden kann. Die drei Kellner hatten aber durchaus Zeit sich miteinander die zeit zu vertreiben und sich zu unterhalten. Der Qualm vom Pizzaoffen und der Geruch nach angebrannten Teig verdichtete sich im Raum so sehr, dass die Kunden selbstständig die Fenster öffnen mussten. Als nach Aufforderung und seit der Bestellung des Essens weit eine Stunde vergangen war, Getränke gebracht wurden, antwortete der Kellner auf die Frage wie lange die Pizzen ungefähr noch dauern würden mit „ca. 20min, ich weiß es nicht, ich frage nach“. Das löste in uns den ersten Unmut aus. Wir warteten weitere 10 Minuten und es waren zu diesem Zeitpunkt 1.5h Wartezeit. Also ging ich zur Kellnerin, da einige Kunden, welche nach uns gekommen sind bereits aßen. Darunter auch eine größere Gruppe von 6 Leuten. Sie entschuldigte sich freundlich und beteuerte, dass die Pizzen im Ofen sind und wir gleich unser Essen bekommen würden. Da das Gespräch von beiden Seiten sehr sachlich war akzeptierte ich dies und wollte zurück zum Tisch gehen, als ich von einem sichtlich überforderten Angestellten regelrecht angepöbelt wurde was mir einfällt. Ich ignorierte diesen zunächst freundlich dich er folgte mir zum Tisch und wurde der Gruppe gegenüber Verbal ausfällig und hielt auch keine körperlichen Grenzen ein. In meinen Augen, absolutes Fehlverhalten. Er schmiss uns eine Uhr auf den Tisch und wedelte mit einer Bestellung die belegen sollte dass wir erst 50 Minuten warten würden. Auf dieser Bestellung ging es um Getränke und es waren wohl auch nicht unsere. Der Wutanfall des Mitarbeiters endete darin, dass die Gruppe beschlossen hat aufzustehen und zu zahlen, worauf hin abfällig geantwortet wurde: „ ist mir doch egal, ich brauche euch nicht“. Die Kellnerin war daraufhin extrem verwundert und erkundigte sich was passiert sei. Sie entschuldigte sich für ihren Kollegen und beteuerte, dass er bei den Kunden nichts verloren hätte. Es gab aber leider keinen Versuch uns zum bleiben anzuregen, es wurde zwar Verständnis gezeigt, aber es wurde einfach so hingenommen. Das Gespräch mit der Kellnerin blieb sehr freundlich, doch hinter uns bildete sich eine Schlange an Leuten die sich darauf hin ebenfalls beschwerten, dass sie seit über einer stunde auf ihr essen warten würden. Ich arbeite selber ab und zu in der Gastronomie und kann sehr viel Verständnis aufbringen wenn was schief läuft. Aber hier hat sich das Restaurant einfach absolut übernommen, in dem immer neue Leute angenommen wurden, wenn nicht mal die bereits wartende Kundschaft bedient werden konnte. Über den Arbeitsprozess möchte ich mir von außen kein zu großes Urteil erlauben aber in meinen Augen war dieser weit davon entfernt optimal zu sein. Fehler können passieren, aber in solchen Situationen ist eine gewisse Kompensation durchaus angebracht. Aber was sich dieser Mann erlaubt hat, hat in keinem Restaurant etwas zu suchen. Gerade wenn es ein Franchiseunternehmen ist und mittlerweile 20 Standorte in Deutschland besitzt, erwarte ich bei den Preisen eine gewisse Qualität und nicht nur Quantität. Leider kann ich dieses Restaurant nicht weiterempfehlen.

I was at the Leipzig location. The first impression was pleasant: the room was well-filled, and the food looked delicious. However, we noticed the smoke hanging from the ceiling. We had a reservation, and our seats were assigned to us quickly and courteously. Shortly after 9 p.m., we placed our order and were informed that the pizza might take a while because one of the pizza ovens had broken down. We were told to plan on waiting up to an hour, as we were a group. It was certainly unprofessional to run the restaurant at 100% capacity with only one of two ovens, but we had time and were looking forward to good food. Unfortunately, after the first round of drinks and the starter, we were left alone for a long time; no one made any attempt to ask if we needed anything. The three waiters, however, had plenty of time to pass the time and chat. The smoke from the pizza oven and the smell of burnt dough became so thick in the room that the customers had to open the windows themselves. When drinks were brought after being requested and well over an hour had passed since we had ordered the food, the waiter answered the question of how long the pizzas would take with "about 20 minutes, I don't know, I'll ask." This triggered our first feelings of annoyance. We waited another 10 minutes and at this point the wait had been 1.5 hours. So I went to the waitress because some customers who had arrived after us were already eating. Among them was a larger group of 6 people. She apologized politely and assured me that the pizzas were in the oven and that we would get our food shortly. Since the conversation was very matter-of-fact on both sides, I accepted this and was about to go back to my table when I was practically abused by a visibly overwhelmed member of staff, what can I say? I initially ignored him politely but he followed me to the table and became verbally abusive towards the group and also did not respect physical boundaries. In my opinion, this was absolute misconduct. He threw a clock on our table and waved an order, which was supposed to prove we'd only been waiting 50 minutes. This order was for drinks, and they were apparently not ours either. The employee's tantrum culminated in the group deciding to stand up and pay, to which they responded dismissively: "I don't care, I don't need you." The waitress was extremely surprised and asked what had happened. She apologized for her colleague and assured them that he had no business being with the customers. Unfortunately, there was no attempt to encourage us to stay; while they showed understanding, it was simply accepted. The conversation with the waitress remained very friendly, but a line of people formed behind us, who then also complained that they'd been waiting for their food for over an hour. I work in the restaurant industry from time to time and can be very understanding when things go wrong. But here, the restaurant simply overdid it, constantly accepting new people when they couldn't even serve the customers already waiting. I don't want to judge the work process too harshly from the outside, but in my opinion, it was far from optimal. Mistakes can happen, but in situations like these, some compensation is certainly appropriate. But what this man allowed himself to do has no place in any restaurant. Especially when it's a franchise business and now has 20 locations in Germany, I expect a certain level of quality, not just quantity, for the prices. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this restaurant.

So yesterday the restaurant had a really bad day as far as service was concerned. We had reserved. Our table only became available a little later. It was still okay. But then it took at least 30 minutes before we could even order drinks and food. The drinks came eventually but one was already forgotten. But the pizza took over an hour. However, service told us that it would take longer because one of the ovens had broken down. When our pizza came, we took the chance to order new drinks. After that we didn't see the service person again. Later I ordered a dessert, which I never got, so after half an hour we decided to leave. After pointing out that we wanted to pay, nothing happened again. Ultimately we went to the bar and paid there (like all the other guests, because apparently there was no more service). Of course, dessert was also on the bill. Well, the pizza was really tasty. The ambience (at times it was very smoky and there was a strong smell of burning) and the service were absolutely not great. Overall, there are better restaurants with Neapolitan pizza in Leipzig. First and last time. I hope for the restaurant's sake that this was an exception.

Unfortunately a disappointing stay. We were informed in advance that we would have to wait about an hour for our pizzas because only one oven would work. So far so good . After about 1.5 hours we still had no pizzas, even though guests who came after us were already being served. When we asked how long it would take, they couldn't give us any information. A male employee apparently noticed this and slammed a watch on our table and said in a very aggressive tone that we knew about the one-hour wait and shouldn't complain. When we then said that we would like to pay and not wait any longer for the pizzas, the employee in question said “I don't care, then it's fine!”. In my opinion, such a tone has no place in the catering industry. When paying for the drinks, one of the waitresses apologized for her colleague's misbehavior, but the evening was over for us at that point.

Unfortunately not a good impression. We waited over an hour for our pizza, with only one oven running and no information from the staff. The interior was very smoky and the clothes smelled accordingly. The toilets were unkempt. An employee responded to our question in an unfriendly manner, as if we were the problem. On a positive note, there was a very friendly waitress who found the situation really unpleasant - she was the only one who showed understanding. Nevertheless: the visit was disappointing.

We attended 60 seconds to Napoli on a Saturday and were initially informed that it could take around an hour - that was fine with us. However, the service was virtually non-existent during the waiting time. Upon request, there was the option to order additional drinks. After 90 minutes we cautiously asked when we could expect the pizza. An employee then came up to us in a rage, reacted in an extremely aggressive manner and shouted at us - absolutely unacceptable behavior. We then paid and left. The waitress apologized – that was at least a ray of hope. The shop was also covered in fog and the trigger was probably broken. After us, other guests also complained. The situation was understandable - busy, long waiting times - but the way it was handled was shockingly unprofessional. I've never experienced anything like this before.

Einfach nur großartig. Diese Pizza ist die beste, die ich je gegessen habe! Vom großartigen Wein dazu, bis hin zum herzlichen Service, war der Abend absolut rund.

Everything was delicious, but as a Napoleonic pizzeria, we would have liked to have had a classic Pizza Napoli with capers and anchovies on the menu and a bit more of an Italian ambience.

A top service! There's nothing wrong with the pizza (10/10). The edge is super fluffy and the bottom is a touch thin. The homemade lemonades are also super tasty. Absolute recommendation!!

The atmosphere is very modern, bright and inviting. I had a homemade lychee lemonade that was really great. As a dish I had a cowabunga (salami pizza) and the aioli dip was also great. Unfortunately, instead of still water, I received one with sparkling water despite ordering. Unfortunately, I think you can find the toilets as soon as you walk down the stairs, so maybe you could find a better solution. Otherwise, everything is a great pizza restaurant that we will definitely come back to.
