The food is very good and tasty. The prices are good and reasonable. There are the best pastries from the teacher (Alaa) who has expertise, delicious food and high morals.
A very charming restaurant right in the tourist center of Dresden, behind the reconstructed cathedral. An interesting themed space that even has an old train carriage inside. Good beer and black beer options. Worth it.
The ambience is beautifully Indian, right down to the fabrics on the windows. The service was a bit loveless. No smile, no thanks for the tip, no farewell greeting. The food was very bland for an Indian restaurant. Not spicy. Not at all. It tasted good, but not as spicy or spicy as I have previously experienced in Indian restaurants. When we brought this up, we were told that we should have specified the level of spiciness when ordering. Unfortunately, this was not mentioned in the menu nor was anyone asked when ordering how spicy the food should be. Clear need for improvement. Will we come back? Probably not.
We were just there to drink.
Cola 4 deciliters was a bit expensive (4.80).
The staff were very polite.
The menu offers some things, like goulash, veal schnitzel, pork.
I'm sure you'll find something.
Today on April 18th, 2025 we had dinner at Fellini's again.
The atmosphere was very inviting and we were actually the only guests. Still, the wait for the food was well over an hour. In addition, the chef seems to have been very fond of every dish (meat, pasta and pizza), because it was always very salty, which was a shame given the high prices. We already noticed this during a visit six months ago...so unfortunately this doesn't seem to be an isolated issue.
However, the desserts were tasty.
We sat in the pavilion, which was getting old. There was a broken and stained carpet on the floor. The chandelier on the ceiling was full of dust. The menu was also decorated with stains from food etc. The waitress was very friendly and made a lot of effort. (7:00 p.m. we were the only guests). The food was tasty.
