Wir waren schon mehrmals dort, immer sehr zufrieden. Es gibt so spezielle Geschmacksrichtungen, super leckere Mezze, toller Grill. Auch der Wein und das Ambiente gefallen uns sehr.

Unfortunately disappointing service – not recommended I ordered from the Rosenbar online shop, but the promised delivery date was not met. Questions about my order were impossible because I could only reach the associated restaurant by phone, where my concerns were only relayed verbally. Unfortunately, my email inquiries remained unanswered. The customer service left a lot to be desired and I had the impression that there was little interest in customer concerns. Overall a very disappointing experience - I would strongly advise against ordering here.

“Food” without rating because no consumption took place. The service/customer treatment is evaluated. We wanted to book the “Wine Event Bar” for a wedding celebration (request for 15-20 people). Since we did not yet have all the information to calculate the costs and the promised wine list was only sent to us 4 days after the viewing, we were not yet able to make a binding booking. With the wine list (2:40 p.m.) we should give a short feedback/binding confirmation based on further inquiries by the evening. We responded at short notice with a further request for information and asked for an extension of this deadline until the following evening, on which we then agreed. After we hadn't received any response to our reservation request almost 2 days later, I asked them again. I was informed that the room had now been reserved for another, smaller (12+2 children) group. Our contact person would be ill (didn't get in touch afterwards or ask for understanding) and 20 people wouldn't fit in the room (quote from the website: "In our wine event bar you can comfortably and comfortably with up to 20 people celebrate in a private atmosphere.") ... There weren't enough cake sets either. We never settled on the number “20.” We were offered a place in the main restaurant and should come and take a look. If I had any questions about the new location, which we didn't yet know, I contacted the managing director again. But since she didn't have time, she wanted to contact us again the next few days. After she didn't manage to do this either, we went there a week later, looked at the room and talked to the daughter. Since she didn't know anything about the matter, she wrote everything down. She wanted to talk to our previous contacts, the managing mother and her partner, and get in touch again. Here too, and thus from the third (!) person, we have not heard anything more to this day. We still canceled.

Wonderful! We were there for the first time yesterday and were very satisfied. Great ambience, super attentive staff and absolutely delicious cuisine! Keep it up :-)

Best service, incredibly good food, relaxed atmosphere with a diverse wine list and various delicacies!

Best pizza service in town. While pizza service used to be the exception, we order here regularly - and we are always thrilled with the quality, speed and friendliness. No matter whether it's a pasta dish, salad, pizza or pizza bread and rolls. Yummy Yummy Yummy.

I wanted two kebabs with fries, the fries were burnt, I said that they were burnt and that I didn't want them, and was yelled at for no reason. Didn't buy any food there, will avoid the store in the future.

Very good schnitzel à la chefe with cheese sauce and really tasty fries. Just to enjoy.

The taste is authentic. Atmosphere is really nice. But I think it should be more options😊

Great thing. 2 mulled wine in the booth 15 euros. 7 euro deposit. Well hopefully many people are drunk and/or forget their cups. The Germans are still doing very well. Anything goes
