In summer there is a beer garden in front of the historic backdrop of the former colliery - with delicious food and drinks from Gasthaus Stromberg.

We ate here for the second time yesterday and, like the first time, it was very tasty 😋 The room has been renovated, we noticed straight away and we have to say it was very successful. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The trip from Datteln was worth it.

Unfortunately only a very small selection of vegetarian dishes and no selection of vegans. Only after inquiring with the waiter and not understanding because he didn't know what vegan was and therefore had to ask in the kitchen, was I offered a single vegan dish.

Not a good kebab... The meat is absolutely not tasty. The only positive thing is the salad is delicious and fresh

We were there for the first time and will definitely come back. Very comfortable seating, rarely have I sat so comfortably in a restaurant. Friendly service, extra requests without any problems. The food was prepared very tasty. The price/performance ratio is completely okay.

We discovered this very beautiful location in the middle of the park when we passed there on our bike tour. The well-attended terrace immediately appealed to us. Then we drank something and ate a little something. We immediately noticed the extremely courteous and friendly service, which guaranteed a relaxed atmosphere. The menu had a good selection of dishes for small appetites but also entire dishes for larger appetites. The children can play in the park with many playgrounds if they get bored at the table and the adults can take a little time out. We will definitely stop by here again on the next bike tour.

In itself it was tasty, but for the price you pay it's really not enough

The occasion was a funeral. The otherwise obligatory sandwiches were simply delicious and fresh here. The young team also provided great service. So praise and recommended ♡

Always delicious and always something going on I love eating the chicken but unfortunately it has become a bit more expensive except for the drinks

The food, i.e. the “dishes” are - all - very tasty. I also think the price/performance ratio is ok. Service/friendliness can be improved. :)
