In summer there is a beer garden in front of the historic backdrop of the former colliery - with delicious food and drinks from Gasthaus Stromberg.

Went there for the first time recently and was very pleasantly surprised. Beautifully and comfortably furnished and very, very friendly staff. Pasta/salad were very tasty, everything was great, it was definitely not the last visit.

We were here for the breakfast buffet for the second time today and it was great again. The atmosphere is totally cozy. The service was super friendly and on the ball and you were really looked after. The food was delicious and there is a very large selection. Muesli, bread and rolls, various types of cheese and sausage, jams, homemade spreads… all very tasty! It was a great stay all around and we would love to come back!

Very friendly staff, reasonable prices and delicious food. Only a few tables, it's more of a snack bar. Don't be impressed by appearances as the food is very good.

We ate there as part of the menu carousel… 4 course menu… as far as taste etc. goes: super delicious! I didn't miss anything. The only problem: the portions are far too large for a menu. The portions seemed like a la carte sizes. So if you put a little less on your plate, it will taste even better!

Very good kebab, the bread is fresh and the vegetables too! For meat, I don't know, I only eat falafels and they are very good! The preparers are very nice too!

The menu isn't too big, so you won't be overwhelmed with the menu selection. But big enough to find the right dish for you. The food, in my case a schnitzel (which was not a thawed product), was freshly prepared and the golden brown fries were tasty and crunchy until the end. At my request, I was served the sauce in a separate bowl. The prices are also completely reasonable.” The small hall was cozy and the seating was very comfortable. The innkeepers were polite and accommodating. However, the ENTRANCE to the restaurant could be better signposted! A small sign would be enough. Definitely worth a visit. I will also stop by again in the summer to get to know the beautiful outdoor terrace.

The occasion was a funeral. The otherwise obligatory sandwiches were simply delicious and fresh here. The young team also provided great service. So praise and recommended ♡

Nice atmosphere very nice in summer

Sausage tastes a bit like a bockwurst that has been fried, the sauce also tastes slightly sour and only with tomato pulp is somehow not my thing. Can't understand the hype... Service was super nice

Absolute lifesaver, love you so much that you are the only ones who deliver so late around here, and the food is always delicious, only minimal criticism, pizza sometimes not cut, but otherwise always satisfied and a big thank you to you🫶🏼
