The menu is small and very concise, but very exquisite. The dishes are rather expensive, but well worth the price; they feature carefully selected ingredients and are deliciously prepared. Friendly and attentive service.

These currywurst fries have nothing to do with curry sausage fries. Fries far too thin and flaky and unsalted. Currywurst not crispy enough Curry sauce doesn't taste like curry. Unfortunately, our large order was not processed correctly. However, we received a subsequent delivery free of charge. Thanks for the compensation. But the quality needs to be worked on.

Food is always solid. Good portion size and always a treat when you're hungover. :) You can be relied upon!

We have to deduct one star. Anyone who clearly sells a schnitzel as a medallion and then complains, "That's how it is with us," deserves a maximum of three stars. It's a shame they think they have to rip us off.......

We celebrated our wedding at Rufes am Brunnen and are absolutely thrilled. From communication to planning to the actual event, everything worked wonderfully. The Saßmann family is highly professional and responded very flexibly to our wishes. We particularly appreciate the opportunity to organize a completely vegetarian celebration. This is not a given and is not possible at many other locations. The food was great, the support before the event was excellent and the service in the evening was perfect. We were very impressed by the large hall, the beautiful outdoor area, the large selection of existing decorations and the room layout. Our guests were thrilled with the location and we would choose Rufes am Brunnen again and again.

Very good cuisine. Always worth a visit. We have never been disappointed with the taste.

Actually, 0 stars – unfortunately, that's not possible. We were invited to a confirmation today. It was supposed to take place at the restaurant. It started at 1:30 p.m. in the church. After the church service (around 3:15 p.m.), we arrived at Sondermann's together, and the chef angrily approached us guests and the hostess in the parking lot. We were supposed to be there at 12:30 p.m. Well, that can't be right if the church doesn't start until 1:30 p.m. The hostess had reserved the room from 3:30 p.m. Now we couldn't celebrate there because he had other reservations starting at 5 p.m. The hostess was insulted and threatened to such an extent; I've never experienced anything like it. She was offered to take the food with her. But no matter what, she had to pay in full. No matter what!! We guests were stunned!! No accommodation – no apology – nothing!! Thirty people were now standing outside the restaurant, perplexed and totally disappointed. A guest immediately picked up his cell phone and called Am Rosendahl in Gevelsberg, and we were able to spontaneously drop by and even bring the food. Awesome!!! The service lovingly set and decorated the tables at top speed. They were actually still closed. We will definitely not be going to the Zur Bergeshöh shop again. I can recommend the restaurant at Rosendahl to everyone! It's not far away. Amazing service! They saved our confirmation!!!

The food is very good. The prices are reasonable. The staff is very friendly.
