We were invited to a confirmation ceremony here. We had a kind of tappas buffet at the table. All dishes were extremely tasty and lovingly decorated. The service was very attentive and friendly.

I had dinner there yesterday with my family. The service was reserved but not unfriendly. However, far from warm. Then we had 2 carbonara, one was swimming in the sauce, the other was dry. An experienced chef knows what went wrong when serving. I would describe the pizza as average. The furnishings are modern and nice, but the air was noticeably stuffy and it was really warm. Which is inevitable with an open kitchen without efficient ventilation management. However, what was shocking was the cleanliness. There were pizza and pasta leftovers under and on the tables when we arrived and left the restaurant, i.e. they were not noticed by the staff for over an hour or were ignored. This surprises me, as the restaurant management in particular was present and moved in these areas. And I'm not talking about crumbs here either. There was a thick piece of pizza under a table. And on another table various pasta and salad. We don't even need to get started on the distribution of crumbs in the restaurant. The path to the toilet was lined with scraps of paper, starting from the landing, which continued throughout the restroom. In the toilet there was toilet paper and holders on the floor, the soap dispensers were completely filthy. I would have more pictures than the ones shown. I went to the toilet again before I left to see if this had been fixed. In addition, the floor in both the toilet area and the guest room was very stained, which makes you wonder whether they actually clean it every day. Conclusion: I know much more well-stocked branches, but you shouldn't fool yourself. It's nothing more than a Macces for Italian dishes. Instead, visit the Italian restaurant you trust.

Continuing my comment on the incident while leaving the restaurant yesterday on Mother's Day, I realized today that what happened yesterday also affected our children. Yesterday I ordered salmon number 252 on the menu and the boss or waiter said that the fish took a long time to cook. You can think about how long it actually takes to cook salmon. In this way, the children are taught to lie and the children were also very unhappy because of this incident! He also said that we were kicked out (just because we asked about dinner time and he said it would be a while and the kids had to go home to sleep and go to school the next day because the man was screaming). I also asked a few friends and the man who yelled at my kids was obviously racist. The children and I look like foreigners, even though their father is German. My husband, who has a very good temper, was so angry yesterday that he vowed never to set foot in this restaurant again. It was really an extremely annoying thing. Also, I ordered a latte but it tasted sour. I asked my husband to try it and he too agreed that the taste was different. Then we thought, maybe it's because of the changed milk? Then last night I had diarrhea several times and now I'm thinking maybe it's bad because I remembered I drank it before and the dealer was very nice and proactive and helped us replace it! We are not unreasonable people and even my husband has a very good temperament. But the employee yesterday was very arrogant and rude. I strongly advise people with children not to go there! Our children are very quiet and don't make any noise. We make them take care of cell phones so that they don't affect others. This is already a very serious approach on our part. However, one can even say that the employee is an extremely unreasonable man! If my child is affected by this incident in the future, I will consider hiring a lawyer and suing this man for racial discrimination!

Nice atmosphere, currywurst with fries was very tasty.

The Lahmacun and Turkish pizza are baked live! The food tastes good and the service is friendly. Best kebab in Düren!

Typical pub. Unfortunately there was no heating on and therefore it was uncomfortably cold from the start. Homepage (as well as here on Google) is not correct. NO food at the moment. This needs to be communicated clearly.

Noch nie sofort schlecht gegessen, der angebliche rheinische Sauerbraten war total überzuckert, die Bedienung vom ersten Moment einfach nur genervt. Unsere Reservierung wurde vergessen somit saßen wir mitten in einer familienfeier. Der Kellner gingen raus zum rauchen mit Schürze .... und ich habe selber gesehen wie er dann wieder ins Restaurant ging ein Tablett mit Essen entgegen nahm und zum Tisch zum servieren ging,OHNE WENIGSTENS SICH VORHER MAL DIE RAUCHERFINGER ZU WASCHEN!! Die Krönung war dann der sogenannte Kaiserschmarrn aus der Tiefkühltruhe, matschig,Vanillesauce aus Wasser,einfach nur ungenießbar. Bei einem wurde der puderzucker vergessen worauf die genervt Kellnerin mit dem Streuer an den Tisch kam um ihn äußerst aggressiv auf den Teller zu streuen. Da waren wir nur noch sprachlos. Viele Jahre war das ein tolles Restaurant, jetzt sollte man einfach nur weg bleiben....

Pizza, especially “Pizza Hollandaise”, with salmon and chicken, uuuaaah… In addition, Dürüm, Turkish pide, maccherini and fries, currywurst, kebab, burgers and - not to forget (!!) - the “big village salad” are available… Of course the unavoidable schnitzel is also there! So everything that you can find in the garbage can at the Düren train station... In short: Anyone who does everything is not doing anything right.

First order and not the last. I was really impressed, the schnitzel was great and the fries were delivered separately to keep them crispy. The first time I even tasted the salad sauce. Not lying about that, really fresh champions.. Very, very good. You are great, even special requests are accepted. Keep it up. I can't understand your negative review.

Restaurant is probably written too much. 0.33 liters of beer for €2.50 and other insane prices is pure usury. The service is overwhelmed with everything. The food comes out of a can and nothing else is going on there. not even music. Here, too, the pensioners are simply having their money taken out of their pockets. So all in all....pure rip off. It's time for Google to add minus stars so that you can properly evaluate such a stable. But that's just how it is with carpe dienm... don't provide any service but collect money.
