Worst Indian Food Ever! I ordered the lamb korma (see photo). According to the description it should be with garlic, onions, yogurt and Pakistani spices. In fact, after waiting for over an hour, it was lying in rancid sauce (just look at the fat eyes and edges), the pieces of lamb are dead and tough, the rice wasn't cooked sufficiently and after a few tastes the dish is now going in the trash. The pizza was covered in cheap cheese, completely oversalted and the toppings were barely there. Even the garlic naan bread was burnt and not even fresh garlic was used. We have often eaten Indian food, but we have never encountered anything like this.

My friend accidentally discovered the small, inconspicuous restaurant, Masala Kitchen by Asif. Particularly noteworthy are the freshness and handcraft. Authentic Pakistani cuisine, with fresh ingredients. You will be lovingly welcomed, cooked for and served by the boss himself, Asif Muhammad. Restaurant feeling with a light snack atmosphere surrounded by good food and service from the boss. Depending on how much you order and how much else you have to do, it takes time, but I think it's perfectly fine because everything is freshly prepared by one person alone. All of the dishes we have tried so far are both affordable and of good quality, but we are particularly enthusiastic about the specialties such as roti, papadam, chana chaat, the chili garlic dip with lots of fresh herbs and the Indian/ Pakistani courts in general. Regarding comments like "Dessert tastes like dishwashing liquid" I think you might want to look at what spices are in the specialties and if you don't like expensive cardamom then the food isn't bad!!! We would be happy if this insider tip near us stays with us for a long time 🍀

I ordered from Asif's Masala Kitchen for the first time this evening and had the food delivered from Rölsdorf to Kreuzau. The waiting time was stated to be 60 minutes and was actually around 80 minutes on a Saturday evening. Because I was very hungry, I called after 60 minutes and asked when delivery was expected. The friendly employee told me that the food was on the way and that the driver would arrive in a few minutes, which was the case was. The food was warm, neatly packaged and delivered in a friendly manner. We ordered butter chicken, pizza and schnitzel with fries and salad. Cost is a reasonable €25 including 1 liter of cola for free. Despite delivery, the pizza wasn't wobbly, the dough was well made and there were plenty of toppings. The Viennese style schnitzel was very tasty, the fries were a bit too soggy, better packaging will help, and the side salad was fresh and the dressing was delicious. The butter chicken was very good, not dry, tasted authentic and the rice was as it should be. Conclusion: Another order will follow! A very good delivery service in Düren, you are new so please keep it up!

If I could I would only give half a star because the fries were okay. Delivery time much longer than stated, approx. 1 1/2 hours. Magherita pizza was 3/4 dough 1/4 toppings. The burger didn't seem fresh. The dessert we tried smelled and tasted like dish soap. We didn't dare eat any more after one spoonful. Unfortunately very disappointing.

Eine angenehme Atmosphäre mit sehr leckerem Essen und das zu einem recht guten Preis. Würde Masala aufjedenfall jedem empfehlen, dem die indische Küche gefällt. Außerdem ist das Personal sehr nett ^^

Wir war begeistert vom Essen. Es war alles sehr frisch und reichlich. Wir haben sogar noch was einpacken lassen, weil es soviel war. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht um seine Gäste und man sieht das in diesem kleinen Laden, viel Liebe rein gesteckt wurde. Wir kommen auf jedem Fall wieder und fahren dafür auch gerne etwas weiter.

Wir haben indisch bestellt. Leider nicht gut. Portionen klein, Reis ohne Geschmack, billiges TK Gemüse mit Soße, die ebenfalls kaum nach etwas schmeckt.
