We used to be regulars, but now we're back after a long time. We're disappointed. The selection isn't half what it used to be. The quality is disappointing. The €15 per person for the lunch buffet is no longer worth it. Other Chinese restaurants offer more for less. And almost €8 for a 0.7l bottle of mineral water is also exorbitantly expensive.

We were there for lunch, familiar with the restaurant from previous visits, where we were always satisfied. We were very surprised by how much the quality had declined – many dishes were only lukewarm or cold, very greasy, some overseasoned, some bland. The buffet didn't look particularly fresh either. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

Everything you'd expect from an Asian buffet was there. Very friendly waiters and, all in all, a pleasant experience. The youngest's highlight... the double chocolate fountain with white and brown chocolate.

Super staff, tasty food, and very clean and hygienic. We spent more on drinks but it was Saturday the buffet was I think €18 but Monday to Friday it was down to €13 that's without drinks

Everything was delicious, some dishes were very spicy, but the food tasted delicious except for the breaded items, which were overheated and not fresh (my friend ate them). I'm giving it 2 stars because the waiters made fun of me when I asked if the juice was natural fruit juice, and they spoke in Chinese while laughing. I felt bad, so I didn't order any drinks or leave a tip.

This restaurant's evening buffet, in particular, offers a wide range of Asian dishes, as well as live chefs. There are also special treats for the little ones, such as mini pizzas and chicken nuggets. The dessert selection is also extensive, from chocolate fountains with fruit to ice cream and tiramisu. The only downside is the often noisy atmosphere due to the large number of guests. Reservations aren't always necessary, as there's plenty of space, but they're still advisable on holidays and long weekends.

We were there for lunch and only had the Chinese buffet, some sushi, dessert, and the à la carte menu to choose from. If you want to choose your meat from the second buffet and have it prepared, it's worth going for dinner.

Today, after a long absence, I returned to the Mangolhan restaurant in Düren – unfortunately, I was very disappointed this time. Last time I visited, the lunch buffet included cake for dessert, which I remembered as pleasant. When I asked for cake at the reception today, I was treated very rudely and disrespectfully by the staff member who greets guests and assigns tables. He said to me, "We in China don't eat cake, only warm things," and pointed to sesame balls. When I explained that other Chinese all-you-can-eat restaurants do serve cake for dessert, he snapped, "Then go somewhere where you can eat cake." I countered that he wasn't in China and that the guests here are very different. Instead of addressing my comment, he simply repeated that cake was only available at the dinner buffet – which, of course, is significantly more expensive. The whole thing happened in public in the middle of the buffet area, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Later, at 2:29 p.m., the same employee came to our table while we were still eating and began clearing our plates—even those with food left on them. This was despite us having previously asked how much time we had left, and he said, "Ten more minutes." Nevertheless, he cleared our plates without comment. This was not only disrespectful, but also wasteful. In my opinion, such behavior is completely unprofessional—especially when you're out to eat with family and just want to have a good time. I must also say: The price is quite high these days, but the selection at the lunch buffet is rather limited. When an unfriendly employee makes your experience unpleasant, it unfortunately leaves a very negative impression. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and ensures that future guests are treated more respectfully. It's a shame that such behavior ruined the entire experience.

To be continued. Unfortunately, we couldn't eat much of the food because we were stuffed. It tasted very good and there was plenty of choice. The staff is very friendly.

We went there today with the whole family (12 people) for a buffet. We have absolutely no complaints – top-notch service and a very good selection of food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As mentioned above, there was a huge selection of food and the food was constantly being refilled. The restaurant doesn't look that great from the outside, but once you get inside you're surprised by how nice the ambiance is. A very well-kept restaurant. We will definitely come back and can recommend it with a clear conscience.

It was really delicious, filling, and there was a lot of choice. €15 is a reasonable price for a lunch buffet. I'd be happy to come back. By the way... the staff was fun and friendly!

Nice Asian restaurant in the middle of Düren. The food is set up like a roundabout, which I know well from traffic-related roundabouts. The food is good, but the dressing is not so good. Since I was incredibly hungry and was seduced by the seductive coloring of the salad additive, I stuffed my entire plate full, which was met with amazement from the guests present. Good taste comes from the masses. The dressing tasted slightly sour, but a touch more sour than my palate expected. I just thought that would be a really tasty dressing! From then on, the contaminated lettuce was a case for the organic waste bin, unfortunately. But whatever, the rest was good. Since the store is aesthetically decorated, I took out my Canon AE-1 Program to capture this majestic interior for posterity. Well, taking photos in restaurants has been banned in Germany since August 19, 1978, which I didn't realize at first. Luckily, a nice gentleman my age pointed out to me that I should stop taking photos and also ask myself why people take photos at all. I'm currently trying to get my high school diploma to study philosophy. I want to be able to understand and analyze this profound question. 3 stars!

The choice of food was very poor and the tuna was already gray when it came to sushi. No recommendation!! And for this price it's simply outrageous.

Yesterday I had dinner there again after a very long time. The quality has deteriorated significantly if you think about previous visits there. The food was still very heavy on my stomach until late in the evening, which ultimately led to me having the food returned in the middle of the night. I only ate small things that day because I was so happy to eat there. Unfortunately I will visit other all you can eat stores in the future.

The cool thing is that there are raw products there - meat: chickens, pigs, veal, kangaroo)) and you choose a lot of seafood products and give them to prepare. Lots of choice of all kinds of delicious food and not expensive. I'm happy as an elephant after a bath))

This is our favorite restaurant

I ate there with my son yesterday. There was something for everyone. During our visit, not all of the trays/containers were empty, but 4-5 were unfortunately empty...which I would have liked to try. They refilled them later, but I was already full. Everything tasted excellent and incredibly delicious. The fresh food counter was very nice. The dessert selection was also very large and excellent. The price for the evening buffet, €24.50, was perfectly reasonable. Only the drink prices are very high...for example, a 0.5-liter Coke costs €4.50. All in all, we would definitely come back because the food was very well seasoned and delicious.

Now far too expensive, almost only Russian customers, the food is no longer tasty, absolute mass processing, complete video surveillance right into the toilets.

So far it's very good there, but the fact that a 3 year old has to pay €12 for the buffet is quite audacious, the price/performance ratio is absolutely NOT right and should be reconsidered.

This time the performance wasn't so good. The goods from the Mongolian buffet in particular looked quite unappetizing, as the raw meat was simply dumped in a pile and not served. We had lunch here for a buffet lunch. The employees are all super friendly and helpful. The ambience is nice and the selection was okay. Most of the food tasted really delicious, but it was very disappointing that the soft ice cream machine was closed at lunchtime. The delicious potato gratin, which seems to be served in the evening, was also not available. The parking garage right next door is completely run down. The gate is broken, there is rubbish everywhere, everything is destroyed and you don't feel safe. (February 2025)

We have been here several times. So far I've always been able to find something to eat, and so far the taste of the food has been okay. Yesterday, however, we were there for the lunch buffet and were very disappointed. The food didn't taste good at all. Sushi got stuck in the throat because it was like rubber and couldn't be chewed. For the second course I decided on rice with beef, unfortunately I couldn't enjoy that either, no taste, rice was sticky and I don't even want to talk about the meat. For dessert I got sesame balls with honey and ice cream... What can I say?!.... The ball had apparently been in the buffet for hours and couldn't be cut or chewed. If you eat there, please take a look at everything in peace. I still shudder at the sight of it, especially the ice cream chest, the toppings in the filthy glass and the unused chocolate fountain. I will definitely never come back.

It used to be good BUT now it doesn't have much to do with cleanliness anymore...! And it's more than borderline! Chocolate fountains are simply left standing and filled with something the next day... Hygienic absolute no go!!! The refrigerator and the associated equipment have not been cleaned for a long time! Food was better too! Guess that was our last visit! Anyone who counts on hygiene is unfortunately wrong here! Too bad! Loved coming earlier! No longer recommended!!!

I have been to this restaurant and I can tell you the following things from different points of view: 1. The food both during the day and in the evening is wonderful, the food is diverse, especially in the evening, where I will also attach pictures. During the day they only have a table full of diverse dishes, namely shrimp of several types prepared in vegetables, in oil and breaded, I will attach the first 4 pictures, and the rest where there are seafood and diverse raw meat and dessert are only available in the evening. In the evening, the desserts are diverse and good, there is melted white and milk chocolate, passion fruit, ice cream and from the machine, not just by the kg. At the moment, the price per person is €24.90 2. From the service point of view, we are very disappointed. They only approached us when they came to take our drink order, which is mandatory for eating, and already when it was time to pay. They didn't even smile or clean the table, the plates kept piling up, and they had nothing to do, what can I say about the fact that they sent the chef to bring us the food, but not the waiters. They are racists, we had a table next to us who were Germans, they smiled at them, joked, offered good humor and kindness, and they didn't speak any English to us, they don't even know English. We had to clear our table and carry our plates, otherwise, being 4 people, we wouldn't be able to see each other through the dishes.

Super nice, great and varied buffet. Everything is warm or hot. The service staff is very attentive and manages to keep the buffet clean and appetizing in every respect. It's just a shame that some guests don't behave that way from the table. Expensive dishes that require a lot of effort are not treated accordingly. That's why unfortunately a lot (too much) of the plate is thrown into the pig bucket.

I find it really sad that in 2025 you still have to keep live animals as decoration. The fish can swim back and forth 24/7 and don't even have proper light or any plants to hide. My last visit. Animal cruelty. Food was quite okay.

I was there for the first and last time. (12/26/24) The food was almost always empty, unfortunately they couldn't keep up with filling the food, the freshly fried food soon took 45 minutes. My mother's birthday was last Saturday. First my father asked if you could play Happy Birthday as a song, they said yes yes and didn't do it. When we were finished and wanted to pay, the waiter came straight away and at the same time a family member asked if the waiter could take a quick photo of the family. After he cashed in nicely, he turned around and ran away and said no time for a photo. When we got up to leave, I heard him say to his colleagues who asked if I could take a photo and said no time - everyone started laughing. I then told him that was very unkind of you. He just turned around and left. You can cash in nicely, but there is no customer friendliness. That was the last time we eat there.

Large selection of different dishes. You will find various types of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes as well as a large selection of desserts. Staff is friendly. Toilets ok.

The large restaurant with a huge selection of Chinese and Mongolian dishes is located in an old Aldi. Some of them are fully cooked, but you can also put them together fresh and let them cook. Surprisingly, not everything tastes like monosodium glutamate and you don't have a full stomach afterward. The duck could be crispier and the meat generally more tender. But all in all very tasty.

Were often there now we prefer to go to Kerpen. The food isn't that fresh anymore and overall the shop seems outdated. In Kerpen it is also possible that my mother-in-law only pays for a children's buffet because of her stomach operation. This is not possible in Düren.

After we were very disappointed with the service on our last visit, we only went to our partner in Kerpen. The ambience is getting old and the service is uncertain and even annoying. You can't/don't want to address specific concerns and instead you're offered outrageous alternatives that have nothing to do with what was planned. Very money oriented. The food is okay, sometimes it seems like it's been sitting there for a long time.

Update from August 25, 2024 After some time we visited Mongohan again with friends. I cannot confirm the negative entries. As usual, the Mongolian buffet was sufficient and adapted to needs. Service attentive and friendly. The only exception was the ice cream counter, which was smeared. But I blame the guests and the children who potter around there unaccompanied. Once again, as always, great food. Service staff very accommodating, buffet excellent and varied. We can only recommend the fresh buffet. Also rich fruit, cake, ice cream buffet. Always happy to be here.

Food was ok, but not outstanding, they focus on quantity instead of quality. The peanut sauce tasted greasy and rancid, some of it was only lukewarm. What do PIZZA piccolinos do at a Chinese buffet? When it opened at 6 p.m. it was very crowded and noisy, but after 8:30 p.m. the activity slowed down. Staff was friendly.

As always, an excellent visit to the restaurant. Good and tasty and above all hot food from the buffet. Whether meat, fish or vegetarian - simply a dream. A perfect service rounded off this once again great stay. Gladly again 👌🙏

A total disaster for families with children! The first time we were asked for the children's ID. The full Oreis had to be paid even though the buffet had no sushi and no fruit apart from lychee. And then there's the snootyness when you complain Those who fly high can fall low, dear people.... 👌👌☺️
