L'Osteria in Düren

Den Toiletten sollte mal ein Handwerker ein Besuch abstatten. Die T-Brillen sind lose.

Sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Ambiente war ganz ordentlich...unser Tisch wies Kleberreste auf...die sollte man evtl mal gründlich reinigen, ansonsten war es in unserem Bereich sehr sauber. Was auch erwähnenswert ist, Das Besteck und Geschirr machten einen sehr sauberen und jungen eindruck. Da macht das speisen und trinken gleich noch mehr spass. Und Geschmeckt hat es wirklich gut, ich hatte von der Tageskarte eine Pizza die ich sehr kreativ fand...die düfte aus der Küche und den Was mir leider einen kleinen Bitteren geschmack hinterlassen hat, bei recht heißem wetter saß ich lange mit leerem Glas da, die erste Getränkebestellung bei mir was falsch, kann passieren, wurde aber super mit umgegangen. Allerdings war mein glas bestimmt schon 20min leer als ich eine Servicekraft nach einem Neuen bat, ich saß dann noch bei 27/30°C ca. 1Std ohne getränk da. Ein Besuch von ca 2 1/2Std mit einem Getränk. (nach einer scharfen pizza)😆 Erst 10min bevor wir gingen kam die Frage ob noch etwas fehle. Da wollte ich aber tatsächlich auch aus freck nix mehr. 😋 Ich würde daher dazu raten deutlich aktiv Getränke nachzuordern. DENN der Besuch hat sich allemal gelohnt. Portionsgrößen, Qualität, Geschmack, Freundlichkeit, Plazangebot alles Klasse. Bei 9 Personen haben nur 2 ihre Portion vor Ort "vernichtet"

Wir waren um 17 Uhr zum Essen auf der Terrasse, die zum 3/4 belegt war. Mit 4 Bedienungen. Zu der bestellten Pasta, kamen die Pizzabrötchen nach 2maliger Erinnerung erst, als wir im "Schneckentempo" bereits die Pasta gegessen hatten und diese eigentlich gerne dabei gegessen hätten. Die Kräuterbutter, die ebenso bestellt wurde, kam gar nicht, diese habe ich dann im Küchenbereich selbst geholt. Der Nachbartisch hatte nach einer Serviette gefragt, diese man dann nicht brachte. Auf dem Weg zur Küche, die Kräuterbutter selbst holend, habe ich der Nachbartisch-Dame eine Serviette mitgebracht. Im trockenen hinsichtlich Getränke saßen wir im übrigen auch eine unakzeptable lange Zeit. Wir sind nicht anspruchsvoll, aber der Sevice geht gar nicht und das mit 4 Bedienungen Outside. Wohl, war das Essen lecker

Pizza knusprig und reichlich. 1x vegetarische und 2x Fleisch Leider war auf der vegetarischen Pizza ein Stück Salami. Unschön, aber Fehler können passieren. Die Servicemitarbeiter darauf aufmerksam gemacht, erhielten wir das Angebot, das kleine Stück würden Sie für uns entsorgen. Keine verbale Entschuldigung oder sonstiges. Es wurde stattdessen geschmollt und die Freundlichkeit war dahin. So etwas kann man besser lösen und dafür braucht es keine kostenlose Cola oder ein Preisnachlass. Eine freundliche Entschuldigung wäre das mindeste gewesen!

Ich bin bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Bloß was mir bei meinem letzten Besuch negativ aufgefallen ist,ist das ein Vorgesetzter seine Mitarbeiterin vor den Kunden zurecht gewiesen hat. Sorry,aber das geht überhaupt nicht!!!! Vorallem weil die Mitarbeiterin (Bedienung) super freundlich und aufmerksam war.

Das Restaurant ist echt gemütlich da kann man nicht Meckern.Aber die Pizza die reinste Entäuschung.Die ist zwar groß aber was an Belag drauf ist ist ein Witz könnte auf jeden fall mehr drauf sein.

Der Koch kennt den Unterschied zwischen Zucchini und Gurke nicht. Gestern war ich hier essen, um mich auf den Indeland-Triathlon vorzubereiten. Ich bestellte Penne mit Hühnchen und Karotten, die eigentlich mit Zucchini zubereitet werden sollten. Stattdessen gab es warme Gurken. Als ich es merkte, war es schon zu spät. Es lag mir die ganze Nacht im Magen und ich musste mich schließlich übergeben. Ich konnte heute Morgen nichts essen und bin den Halb-Triathlon ohne vorherige Verpflegung gelaufen. Während des Wettkampfs war mein Magen immer noch nicht in Ordnung und ich konnte kaum etwas bei mir behalten, was sich sehr negativ auf meine Leistung ausgewirkt hat.

Das Essen schmeckte uns wie immer sehr gut. Preis Leistung passt für uns noch. Wir mussten nur etwas lange bis zur ersten Bestellung warten. Lag wohl daran dass die Kellner eher draußen beschäftigt waren als im Innenraum bei dem schönen Wetter.

Wie in der Systemgastronomie üblich schmeckt es überall gleich (gut) und die Poetionsgrössen etc. sind identisch. Leider trifft das auf den Service nicht immer zu - wie hier. Wir mussten eine Weile warten und dann durften wir Getränke bestellen. Aber noch nicht das Essen! Auf das Abgeben der Bestellung mussten wir warten und am Nachbartisch waren die zwei Menschen, die eine gute Weile nach uns kamen, schon fast fertig. So ging es dann weiter und obwohl wir es eilig hatten und dazu noch Hunger - waren wir gefühlt zwei Stunden dort. Und bestellt mal alk.-freihes Radler. Mal sehen, ob es bei Euch auch vergriffen ist, ihr aber aus einer Sprite und einem Bier euch das selber mixen dürft - natürlich für knapp 10 Euro pro 0.5 Liter. (sind halt zwei Getränke 🫤)

Die Portionsgröße der veganen Pasta stand leider in keinerlei Verhältnis zum aufgerufenen Preisniveau. Trotz großem Hunger wurde hier lediglich eine äußerst überschaubare Menge serviert, die eher an eine Vorspeise als an ein Hauptgericht erinnert hat. Geschmacklich akzeptabel, allerdings erwarte ich bei einem Pastagericht eine angemessene Sättigungsbeilage bzw. eine Portionierung, die den Charakter eines Hauptgangs tatsächlich erfüllt. Insgesamt leider ein enttäuschendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

An den Gläsern waren Lippenstiftreste, der Service, wir saßen draußen, die Bundesstraße ist gut hörbar.

Sehr nettes Personal essen kam sehr schnell und die Pizza war außerordentlich lecker. Ich mag das Ambiente nicht es ist laut und wirkt wie in einer Mensa. Aber das ist Geschmackssache und viel wichtiger ist das es schmeckt 👍🏻👍🏻

Es war sehr schön wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und saßen draußen. Von den Autos hat man nicht viel mitbekommen,das Personal ist super freundlich. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Im Lokal ist es viel zu laut, weil das plaudern der Gäste so laut ist, damit die sehr laute Muski übertönt wird und man sich sonst nicht unterhalten könnte. Die Lokalität hat eine so schlechte Akustik, dass es dort leider viel zu laut ist.😡😡😡 Tipp: lasst die Musik ganz aus, hört eh keiner drauf. Im übrigen möchte man lecker essen und sich gemütlich unterhalten können. Für Disco geht man irgendwo anders hin 😏

Vor einigen Jahren habe ich noch vier Sterne gegeben. Heute sind es nur noch drei. Früher war durchdachter, aufmerksamer, Kinder- und Eltern-freundlicher Service hier selbstverständlich, heute leider eher Glücksache. Mittlerweile ist die kühl durchkalkulierte Systemgastronomie und der Mangel an qualifizierten Servicekräften deutlich spürbar. Die Pizzen sind gleichbleibend ok, sowohl was Größe als auch Geschmack anbetrifft. Aber Pastagerichte sind gefühlt über die Zeit schlechter geworden, oft fade. Für mich mittlerweile wie bei McDonalds: man weiß, was man bekommt, mich langweilt es, aber die Kinder wollen trotzdem immer wieder her.

Wir kommen bereits seit 2013 regelmäßig in die L'Osteria Düren und fühlen uns hier mittlerweile fast wie zu Hause. Klar, in all den Jahren war mal eine Pizza etwas zu dunkel oder die Pasta schärfer als bestellt – aber wir sind alle nur Menschen! Das Entscheidende ist für uns: Das Team war immer absolut kulant, überaus freundlich und hat ohne jede Diskussion für Ersatz gesorgt. Mittlerweile kommen wir mit unserem 5-jährigen Sohn, der das Essen genauso liebt wie wir. Ich bleibe Fan der Pizza, meine Frau und mein Sohn schwören auf die Pasta. Danke für die vielen schönen Abende und eure tolle Gastfreundschaft. Macht weiter so!

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant in einem industriellen Stiel mit Garten und einem großen Parkplatz.

Tolles Lokal. Empfehlung hoch 10. Aber beim Brunch hat man das Gefühl das zu wenig Personal da ist.

Das Essen ist sehr gut und die Pizzen sind wirklich erstaunlich riesig. Die Location sieht echt nice aus und man fühlt sich wirklich wohl, auch das Personal ist sehr Freundlich. Würde aber in jedem Fall empfehlen eine Pizza zu nehmen wenn Interesse an einem hervorragenden Preis Leistungsverhältnis besteht.

Es war sehr lecker. Der Brunch ist wirklich zu empfehlen.

Die Toiletten waren sehr dreckig und ungepflegt. Das Essen war relativ teuer und die Pizzen dafür nur dürftig belegt. Der Service war freundlich aber nicht allzu präsent.

Wir haben dort 2 Cappuccino bestellt und nach 30 Minuten 2 kalte Getränke bekommen. Das haben wir aufgezeigt und neue, warme Cappuccino gekriegt. Die Bedienung war nicht aufmerksam und sehr schlecht auf Gäste vorbereitet. Das Angebot an Pizza ist recht überschaubar. Die Pizzen sind wirklich riesengroß aber nichts besonderes. Es kommt mir vor als würde die Größe der Pizza das besondere daran sein. Die Pizzen sind aber einfach nur doppelt so groß wie der Teller, was das Essen total umständlich macht und gut schmecken tut es auch nicht. Die Pizzen haben kaum Belag. Keine Empfehlung

War schon riesig die Portion und absolut lecker, kann ich nur empfehlen

Nach mehrfachen Versuchen habe wir die Nase voll. Bei jeder Bestellung egal ob vor Ort oder am Telefon zur Abholung wird mindestens eine Bestellung verhauen. Gerade wieder. Alles korrekt aufgenommen und wieder das falsche Essen bekommen. Ich würde ja „nichts“ sagen wenn man keine Unverträglichkeiten hat, aber man bestellt nicht ohne Grund gewisse Dinge ab. Unfassbar dann jedes Mal wieder das falsche Essen zu erhalten und das andere Essen dafür dann kalt zu haben. Definitiv war das der letzte Besuch!

Wow wir waren heute das erste und nicht das letzte mal zum brunchen bei euch.Wir waren angenehm überrascht wie groß die Auswahl war.Für jeden Geschmack wurde alles wunderschön angerichtet. Ich kann ja nur für uns sprechen und daher gibt es drei Daumen hoch umd eine absolute Empfehlung.

Das Restaurant ist, wie die meistens L'Osteria Standorte die ich kenne, aus meiner Sicht sehr anschaulich. Ich finde die hohen Decken und die Innenarchitektur in den Restaurants sehr einladend. Das Essen hat mich geschmacklich aber leider nicht abgeholt. Und da ich die Preise zudem auch noch Recht hoch angesetzt finde, passt das Verhältnis alles in allem für mich nicht. Hauptspeisen kosten im Schnitt ca. 16-17€. Dafür erwarte ich geschmacklich mehr.

Gutes Essen, nettes Standard-L'Osteria-Ambiente - Service aber faktisch nicht existent. Von Anfang bis Ende mehr oder minder aktiv ignoriert.

Wir waren bei L Osteria schön öfters. Wir würden immer freundlich Empfangen. Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende immer wohlgefühlt. Wir waren immer mindestens 2 bis 3 stunden dort. Selbst das Essen wahr jedes Mal sehr lecker es gibt nichts was ich ausschließen kann.

Das Essen war sehr gut und authentisch italienisch. Leider extrem laut, daher Punkteabzug beim Ambiente.

We've been here often. Always great. The food is good anyway. The service has always been excellent. But today we were warned on the phone that we had to eat quickly because we were supposed to leave after an hour. Then the next people would arrive. What's going on? It's like an assembly line. We don't like it. A shame.

My impression of L'Osteria is mixed. On the one hand, there are many positive aspects, but on the other hand, there are also things that disappointed me. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and very accommodating. Whether in the restaurant or when picking up, you feel welcome as a guest. I particularly like the fact that special requests, such as slicing the pizza, are easily accommodated upon request. This speaks volumes about good service and makes a big difference. The food itself, unfortunately, is a bit different. The quality fluctuates considerably: sometimes the pizza is very well topped, fresh, and hot, while at other times it's rather disappointing—sometimes with less topping, sometimes even slightly cooled. These differences are a shame, because I actually expect consistent quality from a chain like L'Osteria. In conclusion: The staff is excellent—friendly, nice, and helpful. However, I wish for more consistency and reliability when it comes to the food. Sometimes it's a really nice visit, and sometimes it's unfortunately rather disappointing. Therefore, I'm giving it 3.5 stars.

Went for brunch with the family on Sunday. It was extremely filling and delicious. Everyone loved it. We immediately made another reservation. The only downside to the restaurant: when it's full, which it always is for brunch, it gets quite loud in the room...

We waited over an hour for the food and when our drinks were empty we weren't asked for anything else.

I went to L'Osteria Düren with my family today and was unfortunately quite disappointed with the visit. When we arrived, the table was covered in crumbs from the previous customers and a bit greasy, which remained the same until the end of our visit, as no one from the service team even thought to wipe the table. Everything took quite a long time, which we're absolutely not used to at other locations, even though it felt like there was hardly anything going on. Quite the opposite of our L'Osteria in AC, where the place is ALWAYS busy, but the service there is always courteous and quick! When the service started serving, my sister-in-law got her pizza first, which actually looked good. We had to be patient until the rest of us got our food. My pizza was half full of seafood, which I had to search for. The crust was extremely dry and very burnt. My wife's carbonara was bone dry (which she definitely doesn't like at other restaurants, where the carbonara is creamy), and she had to wait what felt like another 10 minutes for the side salad. My wife loves Parmesan with her carbonara, and normally, she gets a FRESH bowl of it served with it. My wife received leftover Parmesan from another customer, so my wife demanded a full, new bowl. The waiter said she'd get a new one, but that she could use up the one she'd been served to tide her over, which my wife refused. By the time my wife finally had everything in front of her, fresh and complete, the rest of us had already eaten half of our pizzas. Even before the waiter we called came to take the check, he walked past us several times or made small talk with colleagues. Overall, the service seemed distantly "friendly," slightly ignorant, and, above all, slow. The restrooms weren't great either. The toilet seat came off in one, and the door wouldn't close in another. The soap dispenser was dirty and only one worked. On a positive note, the parking situation was very relaxed. There were plenty of free spaces. Overall, it was a complete disappointment, especially if you're used to better service from other branches, which is and should be the standard at L'Osteria. Thanks, but no thanks. We definitely won't be back!!!!!

Unfortunately, very disappointed today!!! The pizza was OK. The Pollo salad was neither visually appealing nor as described on the menu. We sent it back. The waiter tried to give us a new one, but we didn't want it because the spaghetti aioli was also completely tasteless. We wanted to send that back to the kitchen, too. This was unsuccessful, as we were simply left sitting there. Our criticism was ignored by the waiter, and apparently it wasn't communicated to the kitchen either. He wasn't interested. The manager and the head chef weren't either. We were here last time...

The food was delicious, but the service and food were very slow despite the store being empty.

No service. After waiting for 25 minutes without service, I left. Unfortunately, the negative experiences at L'Osteria continue. (Previously in Lövenich)

We were very disappointed with our visit to L'Osteria. After dinner, my health was so bad that I couldn't enjoy the rest of the evening. We informed the waiter, but instead of showing understanding, we were simply told that they should have known beforehand so the dish wouldn't be sold to other guests. For such a large chain, that's an absolute no-go. We definitely won't be coming back.

We really enjoyed our evening there. Delicious pizza in a pleasant atmosphere and at reasonable prices.

We had a wonderful evening at Osteria Düren! An all-around successful experience, great food, impeccable service, and a beautiful ambiance. We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend Osteria Düren!

The service as always top but the managers (the woman and the man with a beard) can be totally forgotten were very well served at the table by the service but however the management is a disgrace

Unfortunately, I went there for dinner with a friend the other day and discovered that the service can vary greatly. The server before was very friendly and attentive – truly excellent. However, when a woman served us our food and we answered her question about Parmesan, we were given a bowl with barely a teaspoon of cheese. She reacted annoyed, took the bowl, and ran from table to table, scraping the leftovers – some of them already dried – from previously used Parmesan bowls and serving them back to us. When we asked if she would eat it herself, she actually replied, "Yes, that's just how it is in our restaurants." We found that absolutely unappetizing and unprofessional. A real shame, because the kitchen and the other service staff were really good.

Unfortunately, I've noticed a deteriorating service at this restaurant over the past few months. Four of us had a reservation there four days ago in the early afternoon. The chair I sat on was so dusty that my bottom print was clearly visible. Wearing black jeans was, of course, very disadvantageous. Ordering drinks and food went perfectly smoothly. My companions' meals (3 pizzas) arrived. My spaghetti, however, took another 15 minutes and only arrived after I informed a member of staff that a dish was missing. The spaghetti pomodoro was lukewarm and looked stale. I ate it anyway because I was hungry and didn't want to wait another half hour. The restaurant was very busy and there were a lot of employees. Despite this, about five employees walked past our empty glasses for 20 minutes without bothering to clear them away or asking if we wanted another drink. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other reviews regarding the restrooms. The restrooms seemed relatively clean this time, but the stairs leading up to them were once again very dirty. This topic has been mentioned frequently here for about six months, and I keep reading the same replies (presumably written by a bot) that it will be discussed at the next team meeting. So far, I haven't noticed any improvement. I'll hold off on a long visit for now, as I feel like I'm in a fast-food restaurant.

Update 2025: It doesn't taste good anymore and the service takes a very long time.

I went to brunch today for the first time. The food was excellent. And there was plenty of free coffee for coffee drinkers. However, there was nothing for those who don't drink coffee. Charging €4.50 for a 0.2 liter of orange juice is, in my opinion, beyond outrageous.

Dubious terms and conditions. I had made a reservation for brunch. The website states that brunch is available from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. What they don't mention, however, is that you only get a two-hour time slot. This is only communicated after the reservation. Cancellations can only be made by phone. They then tell you that you can, of course, stay much longer. I wanted this in writing, but it wasn't possible because everything goes through L'Osteria's headquarters. Afterward, they simply hung up. I later received confirmation of the cancellation by email.

Unfortunately, it deteriorated significantly after the last visit. Prices were quite high for the amount you got. The taste was okay, but we had to ask several times for the waiter who was in charge of us, which unfortunately spoiled the experience considerably. A real shame!

We went to brunch at L' Osteria for the first time last Sunday. We were warmly greeted by the lady at the front desk and assigned a table. Unfortunately, we sat at the table for a few minutes, unaware of the menu, as the waiter didn't come to explain the menu. Unfortunately, he didn't give us a drinks menu, as only coffee is included in the buffet. About the buffet I've rarely seen such a great buffet. The selection is very extensive and tasty. Some items could have been warmer, such as the pancakes and scrambled eggs. The "service" in the form of our waiter was very slow, almost nonexistent. Empty glasses/bottles and used dishes were either not cleared away at all or only partially cleared upon request. Since we were a large group, it got quite crowded on the table, so we were forced to clear away dishes ourselves twice. At 1:30 (the buffet is served until 1:00 p.m.), we received a lot of attention, and the table was diligently cleared (I had to defend my not-yet-finished tea from being cleared away). This was almost like getting us thrown out and is completely unacceptable. I know there's nothing more difficult than working with or dealing with customers, especially in the restaurant industry, but we still expect an appropriate level of attention and service. Nevertheless, we would come here again due to the large selection and high-quality buffet.

Compared to other branches, this one in Düren was by far the worst... Waiting times for food were far too long and there was no coordination.

The ambiance, as always, was rather cool. The service seemed overwhelmed and often forgot orders. Even neighboring tables repeatedly received the wrong food. There's nothing wrong with the food. Perfect pizza and antipasti, as always.

The pizzas are all delicious and large. The service is always friendly. The pasta is perfect.

Be careful! It's a complete rip-off. If you don't specifically request "small" when ordering drinks, you'll get half a liter of lemonade. That would be the standard amount if you asked. This is a way to increase sales, of course. And lose customers. It was our first time there. And, of course, our last! It's a rip-off. It should be banned. Ugh!

The restaurant was very poorly organized on several occasions. The staff didn't know who was working on which table. We had to wait extremely long. The quality of the food was also below the usual L'Osteria standards.

We ordered pasta, which was truly delicious. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, I got a really bad pizza. Even though it was one of the most expensive pizzas, I got a really bad pizza. The crust was way too hard and there were way too few toppings. So, this time it was really bad. Maybe it's not always like this, but this time it was really bad.

We went to Losteria last night with a small group. The food there was, as always, plentiful and very tasty. We only noticed two minor negative points, but they don't stop us from coming back: Unfortunately, we've always experienced a very high background noise level at Losteria, which only really improves later in the evening; perhaps it's due to the high ceilings. This time, unfortunately, we had some problems with thirsty spells and had to wait for drinks or to order. However, since it was really busy, that can certainly happen. Additionally, we think the server assigned to us was finishing her shift, and we were assigned to other service staff. The problems are minor and really manageable if you approach the matter with humanity and common sense. The waitresses were very friendly, and payment was also processed without any problems (we experienced this differently at another Losteria location, where the ATM machine failed and a guest was charged multiple times).

Annoying, possibly an isolated incident, but: Not enough food was brought (a whole pizza was forgotten), and they still charged for it later... There were about 10 of us there, and some of the pizzas were already cold when they brought them. Strictly 15 minutes before closing time, they made it clear to us that it's time to leave... and this isn't an isolated incident. It's almost always like this. The food is really okay, but nothing earth-shattering. Sorry, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

A variety of pizza and pasta choices with flexibility on customizations. There are plenty of vegan options, and the vegan cheese on the pizza is tasty. Fast and friendly service. You get a lot of food for you what you pay for!

Italian Brunch Very delicious food. A huge selection with many Italian delicacies. Includes snacks, pizza, desserts, and coffee. Really great for the price. Service wasn't that enthusiastic. We would have definitely ordered more drinks otherwise. But we'll definitely be back.

The pizzas, in particular, are excellent and generously portioned. The service is very attentive and genuinely friendly, not pretentious. The ladies and gentlemen enjoy their work. You feel well looked after. I enjoy being there.

I always enjoy going to L'Osteria. So far, everything I've eaten has been delicious, and the staff has been friendly (even offering to take photos when we took a selfie, etc.). Any misunderstanding with the order was corrected immediately. Now, one of our family members has been diagnosed with celiac disease, and we are very sorry we can no longer eat at L'Osteria. It would be great if there was a truly gluten-free area in the kitchen in the future where meals for "celiacs" could be prepared. Of course, you would then need a dedicated oven, but there are more and more people who (have to) follow a gluten-free diet. If it's difficult to organize, you could, for example, offer gluten-free dishes by pre-order. That would be great! Thank you!

Unfortunately, we can't say much about the service other than that it was abysmal. Four of us arrived at the restaurant at 8:10 p.m. After waiting five minutes at the entrance for someone to show us to a table, we sat down at one of the many free tables (there were two employees behind the counter and four at the kitchen entrance who saw us). At one table, we asked an employee if we could sit there, and they agreed. Since it was very warm in the restaurant, we asked if they could open a window. They initially asked for a key, and after ten minutes, the employee came and told us that they weren't allowed to open the window (which wasn't a problem for us). After no waiter had taken our order at 8:40 p.m., we asked the employee if we could order. Since he wasn't allowed to take orders himself, he wanted to tell a colleague. After the waiter continued to clean the salt at 8:50 p.m. rather than take our order, we left the restaurant. It's a shame, as the service and food have always been excellent.

Unfortunately, we remembered L'Osteria as being a bit better. We arrived with a stroller and wanted to sit at a free table in front of the entrance. Menus were also displayed there. There was nothing to indicate that we weren't allowed to sit there. Unfortunately, we were told that there weren't enough staff to serve that table and that we weren't allowed to sit there. We'd either be sitting in the loud music and background music or sitting directly in the sun. It's a shame, so why are the tables there with menus available? The pizzas were mediocre; almost all of them lacked saltiness or real flavor. The size is great, so there's nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, the taste is a mediocre 3 stars at best. The staff was friendly.

Food and service were top-notch, with huge portions. It's a bit too loud for me, but that's just how I feel.

We was staying locally and was really looking forward to trying out the food! And we sat there for 45 minutes without anyone coming over. and when I managed to get the waiter attention he said wait! A further 10 mins passed and nothing! So he watched us walk out! And didn’t even say sorry! I had my 6 month old baby and as most people know you are limited for time! Just poor shocking service!!

We've eaten at L'Osteria Düren several times and have always been very satisfied. The pizzas are delicious, and we've been happy with everything else so far, too. Today, however, I unfortunately have to agree with the other less positive reviews here. We waited over an hour for our pizzas, which seemed to have been forgotten, as all the guests who arrived after us received their food before us. Our food was once again excellent, but the service and ambiance really ruined this visit for us. The waitresses were very unsympathetic, just chatting and joking around with their colleagues. Neither we nor the other customers around us received a smile. Often, they were "very busy" and walked past us without even looking at us. The waitresses, whom we recognized from our previous visits, also seemed visibly annoyed and a bit confused. But they at least wished us a pleasant evening. Unfortunately, the restrooms were very dirty compared to usual, and the stairs leading up to the restrooms were also quite filthy. All in all, it was unfortunately the worst visit we have ever had there and it will also be the last one for now.

It really depends on the staff's mood on the day, how comfortable you feel there, the quality of the food, etc. This time, I had no problems at all; the others at the table had barely any spinach on their pizzas, and they couldn't get a simple pizza with mushrooms anymore, on a weekday afternoon...

The food itself is quite good and the ambiance is nice. However, the waiters are a 20/80 when it comes to getting good food. There's no head waiter, which means you have very limited visibility of the others. I sat in the center of the room, and a waiter walked past me every five minutes, but without asking if I wanted anything else or how it tasted, etc. I had to get up and go to the counter until a young man slowly handed me my dessert and bill without saying "please" or "thank you." The place wasn't full, more like empty. I still left a 20% tip, because that's how I was raised. I recommend paying more attention to each individual when choosing a waiter.

Seven of us went out to eat in Düren today. Unfortunately, they ran out of pizzas at 5:35 p.m. 🤔 When the pizza arrived, it was cold, so I had it reheated. The waitress walked past us a thousand times, but didn't take any empty glasses or plates. As compensation, we were given a lukewarm Café Late 😵‍💫

Hello Team Very disappointing customer service. L'osteria is full of good food, and they're supposed to use the internet for renovations! If you do, you receive a confirmation email and wait two days without a response. When you call, you get the answer "one minute please," and after waiting 10 minutes, no one comes... if you try again, they hang up. It can be stressful, but the reservation process, in particular, should be better organized... we're not giving up hope that we'll still be able to make a reservation.

I've been to your place several times, and the food and service have always been decent. The atmosphere has always been terrible; it feels like a factory, and it's always loud and stuffy. Yesterday, however, I waited over an hour for my food and over half an hour for my drink. The glass was very dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned (there were traces of lipstick and fingerprints from the person before me). You really need to improve the cleanliness of your glasses and also improve your speed. My spinach pizza also had hardly any spinach on it. I'm thinking twice about coming back.

Kann ich leider nicht empfehlen die Pizza war Staubtrocken mit viel Rand welcher über die Teller steht. Service war nicht gut und man muss 30 min auf ein Bier warten. Preislich viel zu teuer.
