Yes, the wait here is definitely not for those in a hurry — but it was so worth the wait! The food is really tasty, authentically Sri Lankan/Tamil and just perfectly seasoned to my taste.

I added the Qubi to my vegan list in Dortmund. When it opened, there weren't a handful of whole plant-based meals available. Now there is a whole dedicated card with a beautiful introductory text. The taste is very good and the ingredients are fresh. The open kitchen adds to the confidence. We ordered a number of starters and two main courses as well as drinks. With a tip we came to around 50 euros, so the price/performance ratio is very reasonable. We enjoyed our meal al fresco in the courtyard. The atmosphere is very nice, especially in the evening with the lanterns. The service is friendly, the language communication is still ok. However, the restaurant is understaffed with one person serving.

Today I treated myself to lunch after breakfast. Had the daily special. Liver with mashed potatoes, onions and apple wedges. So tasty and rich. 5 stars!!!!! Everything as before. Great location. 👍👍

Disgustingly long waiting time and absolutely expensive, the burgers are as soft as butter, like plastic or Burger King, you actually threw money away and you're still hungry

Gestern leider keine gute Erfahrung gemacht: Das Essen für 4 Personen wurde sehr spät gebracht, zwei Gerichte waren kalt und das Patty meines Veggie-Burger war knüppelhart und kaum zu schneiden, wahrscheinlich direkt gefroren gebraten. Pommes auch kalt. Auf meinen freundlichen Hinweis wurde mir ein kostenloser Kaffee angeboten. Brauche ich nicht mehr.

Anyone who likes meat will love it here. The food is consistently delicious - whether it's cevapcici, half and half or the schnitzel - everything is perfectly prepared and tastes great. Children are also well catered for. Both the children's portions and those for adults definitely won't leave anyone hungry. A real highlight is the number of waiters - absolutely above average. While in many restaurants you have to wait forever before you can reorder, here you feel well looked after. Drinks are served quickly and attentively, without having to wave. A waiter can sometimes be a bit rude (I was almost inclined to deduct a star for that), but this is more than made up for by another colleague - easily recognizable by his glasses: so friendly and warm that you immediately feel welcome. The excellently stocked salad bar also deserves recognition – fresh, varied and really tasty. All in all, a fabulous Croatian restaurant that should definitely be on your radar in Dortmund. It's just fun to eat here!

We received a warm welcome, and there is also wheelchair access. There is a bus stop nearby that is also wheelchair accessible. Service and atmosphere are top-notch. Suitable for small groups or larger groups. Before the main meal, you always get a daily changing soup as a starter. Good, home-cooked food with hearty portions. I deducted one point for the food because the cream sauce for my schnitzel was unfortunately too thin and the food was presented in an old-school style. My companions, however, were completely satisfied. In summary: a very good and recommendable restaurant, inexpensive and tasty, but it could definitely use a bit of modern touches. Top-notch service.
