Unfriendly and inattentive service, you can't even order properly without the waiter moving straight to the next table after two words. Portions were tiny for the price, almost half of our starters and main courses consisted of raw vegetable salad. We really liked it here two years ago, today we were there for the last time.

The "tapas" platter was great, but the main courses were rather disappointing. Whether with beef or chicken, udon or flat rice noodles... There was no difference in taste. Unfortunately, that made it seem very generally “Asian”. Otherwise it was okay and the service was impressively quick.

I visited this restaurant one evening while on business in Dortmund. If you walk through you come out at the other end on the in-house “terrace”. The food I ordered tasted very tasty. The waitress was nice and did his job. All in all a great restaurant with delicious food. A recommendation from me.

I went here based in the reviews but I was very disappointed. The food is nothing special, portions are low (they fill your plate with salad..). The staff vibe is very bad, they look like nobody wants to work there. I waited 20 minutes before anybody even asked for my order (the place is half empty so no excuses). The service was also poor (they did not even put cutlery on my table, I had to go pick it up myself). And the place looks nice until you check the details... Like the splashes of soup crusted on the walls right next to your face when you are eating.. I went for lunch, they have a 9.90€ menu... Even for that super low price the whole deal is not worth it. I got dumplings and udon. 2/4 dumplings where still frozen on the inside, disgusting. The noodles where swimming in a low quality sauce that leaves you with a bad chemical aftertaste, everything feels like they open a plastic package, threw it in a pan or microwave and serve it out. I seriously do not understand all the positive reviews. I'm not picky at all, I'm in Dortmund for work and I just needed a quick bite, but this place does not live up to it's facade. Suggestion for the owners: - struggling with inflation? Raise your prices, don't lower your food quality and be in a bad mood all the time. - groom your team's vibe, that sometimes can help subsidize the cheap food. Will not come back, not recommended

Sorry but that was subterranean, butts everywhere in the beer garden on the floor and in the flowers, dirty tables, rude service, food: frozen goods and wilted salad, never again

A pure disaster!! Very unfriendly staff, pure chaos, tables are not cleared let alone wiped properly and looking behind the drinks counter makes you feel sick. We had to wait 55 minutes for our order to be taken and when we asked the waiter to come to us with a friendly hand gesture, he was extremely unfriendly and seemed annoyed. When our drinks and food were brought to our table, the waiter's fingers were over the edge of our dishes, very unappetizing! The food was inedible both visually and in taste!

The QuBi is a great restaurant in downtown Dortmund. The food was really delicious and the price-performance ratio was right. There is also a very large selection for vegetarians and vegans. All in all, the service could have been a little more attentive and we would definitely have drunk a little more, but that's complaining at a high level.

Extreme waiting times. Duck meat was of subpar quality. Summer rolls are good. The extra we ordered was not delivered despite repeated requests, but was billed for.

When we arrived the restaurant was overcrowded with tables and busy. We hadn’t reserved as we are travelling so we were asked if we minded sitting out back in the garden. This was no issue, however having to squeeze between tables to get to the garden with my bum almost in someone’s meal wasn’t ideal. When we sat down we were ignored for atleast 20 minutes before my wife went inside to ask if we could get some menus (we had been forgotten about) I had ordered some chicken wings as a starter, there was no marinade or anything on them. They tasted exactly the same as the frozen bags you can buy in a supermarket, with a sauce so weak it may as well be water. For my main course I ordered udon noodles with wok vegetables and beef. Around 2 hours after arrival, we finally received our main dishes. Unfortunately the quality was so poor I didn’t eat it, the noodles were overcooked and oily, there were about 3 pieces of vegetable in my dish and the beef was literally tasteless rubber, also I found a random piece of chicken inside. It also didn’t help that they had one waitress for the entire restaurant and outside. 0/10 would not recommend even to my worst enemy.

The bowl was made with fresh ingredients, well prepared and tasted very good. Service could be improved, as starters are not served at the same time and sometimes only after the main course.

Unfortunately the service is a bit slow and I think there is a lack of staff. The restaurant itself is a bit stagnant. But now to the most important thing and that is the food. We had a starter platter and a main course each. What can I say, everything tasted delicious and the price was absolutely ok. We will be back !

I had dinner there a few months ago. The food was very tasty and I can only recommend it. The woman who was in the kitchen also did a very clean job. Only the service was bad. The waiter's looks were somehow strange. As if he wanted to get rid of us. I would advise you to be a little more friendly with your customers.

Super tasty and very pleasant atmosphere!

The dining experience oscillated between mediocrity and disappointment, while the service hit rock bottom. Our explicit special requests were met with indifference; giving up peanuts in particular seemed to be an insurmountable challenge. The service staff presented a remarkable feat of unmotivation, even though the restaurant was sparsely occupied with just 12 guests. Their lack of interest topped it all off and gave us the feeling that we were more of a nuisance than welcome as guests. A truly memorably bad visit.

Wir waren spontan gestern dort essen. Das Restaurant macht von außen eine großen Eindruck aber von innen ist es doch Recht klein. Die Tische standen sehr eng zusammen. Das Essen, welches die anderen Gäste hatten, sah sehr gut aus (nicht der Standart Chinagarden TK müll). Uns würde ein Tisch zugewiesen und da wir nicht reserviert haben wäre der Tisch für 1 ½h für uns. War auch kein Problem, da wir eh weiter wollten. Die Bedienung war echt die härte 😃 schluffte daher, Baggy Hose an, Haare offen, ging mit einen Fleisch Spieß zu den Gästen den sie dabei gegessen hat. Unsere Bestellung nahm sie Wiederkäuermodus entgegen. Ne glatte 6 , scheinbar aber auch die Tochter des Inhabers. Essen war aufjedefall besser als das Stabstart essen der ganzen "billigen" allyoucan läden aber auch nicht ganz so gut wie zb das koya in Paderborn. Geschmeckt hat es natürlich Das Essen hätte für mich glatte 4 Punkte bekommen aber aufgrund der Bedienung gab's dann nur faire 3 Punkte

I was only able to order because I had loaded the menu using a QR code; no one offered a real menu. 1.5 hours until I had something to eat. There was a joke about whether you should do the tap yourself. The portion was pitiful and the amount of meat ordered was poor. It doesn't taste any different at the snack bar either. Awful. The store was full, there was only one lady in service, the kitchen was overwhelmed, and the delivery service also picked up in between. The store is not worth the reviews online.

Highly recommended! Everything very fresh and delicious. Prices are reasonable and the service is very friendly. Overall a bit tight there and quite dark. We didn't even know if it was open. Gladly again.

The “good” first: the food wasn’t bad, but not necessarily better than elsewhere. However, the service was disastrous. Not only did it take forever to get our food, but we didn't get it together. So while my dish was getting cold, my wife had to wait for the food. We had to ask several times until everyone (wife, son and I) finally got the food. We only got one of the two desserts we ordered. Questions pointless. All in all it was a very unpleasant experience. You don't have to go out for this service. We won't be back and can't recommend the restaurant either.

Service a complete disaster. Very inattentive and usually has a strange facial expression. The food, on the other hand, has it all, very tasty. Beer garden in summer is also quite nice. Reasonably priced.

Das Restaurant ist klein und die Tische stehen teilweise sehr eng und die 2er Tische sind wirklich klein.. Das Essen kam recht zügig-leider Vorspeisen( waren auch als Vorspeise bestellt) gemeinsam mit den Hauptgerichten so dass kaum Platz auf dem Tisch für unsre Gläser war. Der Geschmack war gut-wenngleich der Pfiff fehlte. Da wir alle Speisen gleichzeitig bekommen haben war einiges beim Essen bereits nicht mehr richtig warm. Alles in Allem okay

Quite rightly well attended. The menus are extensive, lovingly prepared and yet reasonably priced. The juice spritzers are also very tasty. The staff is friendly and can handle large numbers of visitors despite the small staff. The only downside: the fried onions were obviously not freshly prepared, and the distance between the tables was kept sparingly, which meant that the conversation at the table suffered somewhat when the restaurant was full. Otherwise everything was great, clear recommendation.

Super lecker. Bisher schmeckte mir alles mehr als gut. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich, die Terrasse ist im Sommer eine kleine Wohlfühl- Oase für die Mittagspause. Probiert mal den süßen, thailändischen Kaffee als Nachtisch. Und wie immer: bist du nett zu den Kellnern, sind sie nett zu dir.

Den Mittagstisch fand ich nicht gut: der kleine Suppenteller nur halbvoll, das Hauptgericht wurde mit viel Blattsalat und wenig anderen Zutaten (wenig Fleisch, wenig Nudeln) serviert. Hier wird es richtig gespart… Schade… Der Service war nichts besonders und die Ambiente ist ok. Die Tische stehen sehr nah zu einander, man hört alles am Nachbartisch.

Das Qubi habe ich in meine Liste vegan in Dortmund aufgenommen. Bei Eröffnung gab es nicht eine handvoll pflanzlicher vollwertiger Mahlzeiten. Nun gibt es eine ganze dedizierte Karte mit einem wunderschönen Einleitungstext. Geschmacklich ist es sehr gut, die Zutaten sind frisch. Die offene Küche trägt zum Vertrauen bei. Wir bestellten eine Reihe von Vorspeisen und zwei Hauptgerichte sowie Getränke. Mit Trinkgeld kamen wir auf etwa 50 Euro, insofern ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr angemessen. Wir genossen unser Essen unter freiem Himmel im Innenhof. Das Ambiente sehr schön, besonders abends mit den Lampions. Die Bedienung ist freundlich, sprachlich ist die Verständigung noch ok. Jedoch ist das Restaurant mit einer Person im Service unterbesetzt.

Mittagstisch 9,90 mit Vorspeise ( unfassbar ) Ich hatte als Vorspeise die Miso Suppe und als Hauptgericht , rotes Curry mit Salat , Gemüse und gebackenem Hähnchen. Alles SEHR lecker und die Portion ist groß, bin mehr als satt . Service aufmerksam und nett . Die offene Küche sehr sauber , bei den Toiletten ist noch Luft nach oben . Meiner Meinung nach war es einer der besten Lokale in denen ich seit langem war. Die Speisekarte war sehr groß , auch was die Vorspeisen betrifft ! Man konnte sich kaum entscheiden. Für uns war die Wan tan Suppe geschmacklich wirklich sehr lecker🤩! Die dumplings waren auch wirklich gut. Mundgerecht geschnitten , nicht zu groß,nicht zu klein. Die Sommerrollen waren auch lecker , nur für mich etwas zu trocken. Zu den Hauptgerichten kann man nichts Falsches sagen. Sehr großzügige Portionen und wirklich sehr lecker.Leider waren wir viel zu voll um ein Dessert zu probieren, aber bestimmt beim nächsten mal.Auch preislich sind wir mehr als zufrieden gewesen 🙏☺️

Hallo, Das Qubi lässt sich gut vom Parkhaus Friedensplatz erreichen mit ca. 4 min Fußweg. Das Ambiente ist gut und der Service war auch in Ordnung. Ich hatte zur Vorspeise eine Summer Roll mit Granelen. Würde ich das nächste mal nicht mit bestellen da ich sie nicht rausschmecken konnte. Somit kann ich auch die veggi Variante nehmen die ist günstiger ;). Als Hauptgericht habe ich wie immer beim Vietnamesen ein Pho bestellt. Ich muss sagen das, dass Pho dort nicht das stärkste war was ich bisher gegessen habe. Sonst habe ich die Kräuter auch immer separat bekommen. Finde das schon wichtig weil Beispielsweise Koriander nicht jedermanns Sache ist meins schon aber eben nicht von jedem. Alles in allem war es aber schon für mich eine ganz gutes Pho :). An sich hätte ich für den Gesamten Aufenthalt eher eine 3,5 gegeben. Von daher habe ich aufgerundet da 3 zu wenig gewesen wäre. Grüße

Wir waren Samstags gegen 14:00Uhr Gast im QuBi. Die Sommerroll wurden mit CurryDip (?) serviert und mein Mango-Curry mit Hähnchen war eine recht große und schön angerichtete Portion - enthielt bzw schmeckte jedoch nicht nach Mango. Verglichen mit dem Roten-Curry und Erdnuss-Curry zweier Freunde sah alles gleich aus. Es war lecker, preislich angemessen - jedoch nicht was ich gehofft habe zu bekommen. Um ehrlich zu sein, war ich (vermutlich wegen des Internetauftritt und den dortigen Fotos von Getränken und Speisen) etwas voreingenommen bzw. schlussendlich etwas enttäuscht. Aufgrund des fehlenden Wow-Restauranterlebnisses würden wir zukünftig ein anderes der vielen Restaurants besuchen. Obwohl, dem Sushi würden wir noch eine Chance geben. 12-16Uhr gibts 10% Rabatt, so ein Aushang - nettes Angebot.

Sehr leckeres Essen, hat uns gut gefallen. Sollten wir wieder mal in der Nähe sein, wissen wir wo es hingeht. 👍

Ich war zum Mittagessen hier. Mir hat es super geschmeckt. Das Essen war nicht nur optisch toll, auch Preis-Leistung top. Komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Tolles Essen gute Auswahl, tolles Ambiente

Essen lecker und preislich fair. Nettes Ambiente. Es gibt eine große separate vegetarische (vegane?) Karte. Große, saubere Toiletten. Service freundlich, aber leider sichtlich überfordert und nicht besonders aufmerksam. Die Hauptgerichte kamen nach ca 2h (Montagabend), und wir saßen am Ende über eine Stunde vor leeren Gläsern. Viele Andere warteten offenbar sehr lange auf Vorspeisen und erste Getränke. Wir hätten sicher auch noch Getränke und Desserts genommen, aber naja. An sich ein netter Laden. Vielleicht probieren wir es nochmal wenn das (anscheinend überwiegend recht neue) Personal ein bisschen routinierter ist. Bis dahin gibt es genügend Alternativen mit ähnlicher Preis/Leistung.

Das Essen ist echt gut, mit großer Auswahl an Speisen. Leider ist der Service etwas chaotisch, daher hatten wir erst das Essen und dann die Getränke. Wenn man das weiß, kann man dort trotzdem einen schönen Abend verbringen.

I went into this restaurant to take shelter from the rain and was a good surprise, I was delighted with the food. Absolutely everything I tried was delicious, very good option if you are in the area and you are a person like me, who is tired of eating sausages and schnitzel. I recommend it!

Sehr netter Service und das Essen (Sushi, My Quang und Rice Bowl) ist sehr sehr lecker. Nur leider ist zum zweiten Mal kein Tunfisch für Sushi vorhanden.

Wir saßen draußen auf der Terrasse bei schönstem Ambiente. Das Essen war überragend gut. Alles so lecker, dass man es kaum glauben kann. Der Service ist top. Es gibt eine extra Vegetarische Karte und auch für Veganer viel Auswahl. Insgesamt ein Traum!!!

Essen ist absolut top. Separate vegane Karte. Pfiffige Gerichte. Service ist absolut freundlich und bemüht. Leider in Stoßzeiten überlastet und schlecht organisiert. Daher ein Punkt Abzug. Der Außenbereich im Innenhof ist sehr gemütlich, auch Innen schön designt. Würde mich freuen, wenn sich das Restaurant dauerhaft etabliert. Viel Erfolg!

Zum Mittagstisch gibt es T1 bis T7, ich hatte mich für T1b entschieden, das ist Hähnchen mit Reis und Gemüse in roter Currysauce mit Kokosmilch. Dazu kann man eine kleine Vorspeise wählen, ich entschied mich für die Miso- Suppe - ideal bei 30 Grad Celsius. Suppe war ok. Hauptspeise bot das was in der Karte steht - bis auf einige Mini- Maiskolben, die definitiv nie Saison haben. Geschmacklich war es ok. Der Service ist bemüht aber langsam. Also besser etwas Zeit einplanen

Lokal ungemütlich und laut. Es dauerte sehr lange, um zu bestellen und überhaupt die Aufmerksamkeit des Kellners zu erlangen. Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte wurden gleichzeitig gebracht. Geschmacklich gut.

Ein Mitarbeite arbeitet am laptob und spricht laut und ganze zeit mit derjenigen der in der küche arbeitet. Essenqualätat geht so aber Preisleistung passt nicht. Tische war nicht sauber den boden auch nicht.

Das Restaurant ist klein, aber hübsch gemacht. Das Essen ist immer frisch zubereitet, optisch top serviert und schmeckt wirklich gut. Man kann in die offene Küche sehen und beim Zubereiten zuschauen. Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir werden wiederkommen.

Tegenvaller. Beetje schuur-achtige te koude barrak met wazig uitzicht op de keuken. En ja, het was prima eten en de hardwerkende bediening deed haar best. En het was niet al te duur. Maar toch, voor 4 sterren mag er echt wel wat meer sfeer in. Misschien voor een lunch een beter idee.

Das Konzept ist absolut schwachsinnig. Man muss jeweils von einer Sorte immer acht Stück bestellen. Auf unsere Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt dass es immer eine ganze Rolle ist die dann in acht Stücke aufgeteilt wird. Das bedeutet, wenn man zu zweit nicht so viel essen möchte, dann würde man eine maximale Vielfalt von zwei verschiedenen Sushis bekommen. Der Service war extrem schlecht, eine Nachbestellung hat 45 Minuten gedauert (für eine Rolle gleich acht Stück) und auf unsere Nachfrage hin hat die Kellnerin jegliche Schuld von sich gewiesen. Hinzukam ihre Unfreundlichkeit, so dass man das Gefühl hatte zu stören. Die Preise sind für das unter durchschnittliche Ambiente, das schwachsinnige Konzept und den miserablen Service, definitiv überteuert. Lediglich die Qualität der Speisen ist okay. Im Vergleich zu anderen Sushi Restaurants, jedoch eher unterdurchschnittlich. Dieses Restaurant wird uns definitiv nicht wieder sehen. Dann lieber eine Stulle!!!

Kleineres Restaurant in einer ruhigen Straße, das sehr hübsch eingerichtet ist. Das Essen ist ein cross-over durch asiatische Küchen und alles, was ich bisher (4 Besuche) probiert habe, war frisch und soo lecker. Heute Mangosalat und cruchy Sushi - mega! Das Personal ist zurückhaltend freundlich und man kann einen Blick in die offene Küche werfen. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr empfehlenswert! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Die Speisekarte ist vielfältig, die Gerichte schmecken sehr frisch und werden nett angerichtet! Außerdem ist das Restaurant sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unbedingt ausprobieren!
