No, sorry, so unfriendly and it can't be that the waitress who worked there on May 22nd messed everything up and yelled at us for it and the food, well, wasn't great either, actually they wouldn't get a star at all...not recommended 😡😡, but five stars for the toilets, very nice staff and clean

Ordered food. Of three dishes, only one was correct. After twenty minutes of discussion with the delivery person, who doesn't even have the number of his employer or restaurant on his cell phone, a second driver was supposed to bring the correct order this time. Congratulations. This time two out of three orders were correct. I could starve and this would be the only supplier in Bielefeld, I would rather have oatmeal and tap water than order here again. Never again.

Terrible visit. The waitress is hard of hearing and has to shout to order. The whole store is dirty, nothing is clean, not even behind the counter. Meat is sometimes cut off the skewer, sometimes something is taken from the microwave in the next room on the right. If you take a quick look in there you'll see that everything is dirty and full of rubbish.

Super tasty and fresh food for a reasonable price! I can definitely recommend it to everyone. The people are very nice especially the little man.

Very dirty, not cleaned for years

The store has become a tragedy. I used to often order from Croques Express. The baguettes taste really good, especially the homemade tartar sauce. Ordering via Lieferando is no longer possible, so I ordered via the company's own homepage (I was a bit put off by the reviews at first, but the desire for one of the delicious baguettes was so great that I still wanted to try to order). It is also one of the few shops that sells baguettes with this selection. Long story short: Order placed, order status didn't update after ordering, couldn't reach anyone by phone, didn't receive any food, hope I get my money back. It's really a shame about the delicious food!

So, where do I even begin? :D? Definitely not suitable for neurodivergent people – extremely loud, crowded, and stressful. So, during the buffet, I simply ordered breakfast to my table, waited an hour for it, AND instead of the oat milk cappuccino I ordered, I got one with cow's milk – but no chance to return it because the waitress only came every 30 minutes. Yeah, and then the screen for the football game went down right above my head :D I've rarely found anything so crap. Thanks for nothing, haha

The store was clean, the staff friendly and accommodating. But I only sat down to eat my Dürüm kebab. And this kebab was no fun, the best kebab I've had anywhere in the last 10 years. If you're hungry and in the area, go there! Oh: Dürüm came eight-fifty
