Small rest stop. The offer is OK, of course, cheaper is always possible. 😁 The staff, or rather the lady, is very unfriendly. It doesn't look friendly. OK, there are restrooms here. Experience it for yourself.

Be prepared to pay €4.70 for a very average medium Café Latte, and then be forced (quite rudely, even shouted at) by the lavatory staff to pay an additional €1 just to use the toilet. Very disappointing experience at Coffee Fellows.

Actually OK, but the fact that the toilet attendant demands more money than you voluntarily gave is borderline!

Unfriendly and rude staff. The dark-haired employee didn't like the fact that we were looking at the drinks menu on the terminal, and the man in the restroom was annoyed because he had to get his cell phone from the changing room because I wanted to take care of my child. Best to move on!

The man at the restroom wasn't very friendly, as he felt the fee was too low. He became very loud and annoyed, which he could have explained better.

Absolutely the last straw, how can a toilet attendant ask for euros!!!

The service is terribly moody; you don't want to stay there and pay these exorbitant prices. I've never experienced such bad service. Better to drive on and spend your money somewhere else. How can you be served by such a person? Never again. I'll just avoid it.

Unfriendly staff, barely able to speak German (or not at all), even though we're in Germany. No shower possible because the shower is broken (????). One star is too many. I would give it 5 negative stars if it were possible.

Apparently a new franchise operator. Unfortunately, we didn't like the food. The currywurst was way too spicy and I couldn't eat it. We also ordered wedged potatoes with mayo, since the sauce was also on the wedges. We won't be back.

Very cozy interior and friendly staff

The parking lot is filthy and disgusting. The food was half raw. You have to pay to use the bathroom even though I paid 50 euros at the cash register.

I was very surprised, in a good way. The coffee at Coffee Fellows is usually good anyway. But I haven't seen such a clean and good-smelling restroom on a German highway in ages. Even with a real attendant! I was actually happy to pay a euro for that.

Restroom visit with two children for €1 each (without a voucher), so €3 with me. A really lucrative business considering how many people use the restroom there. And the urinals work without water and hardly need cleaning. Unfriendly-looking, seated restroom attendant. I will avoid this place.

No, sorry, so unfriendly and it can't be that the waitress who worked there on May 22nd messed everything up and yelled at us for it and the food, well, wasn't great either, actually they wouldn't get a star at all...not recommended 😡😡, but five stars for the toilets, very nice staff and clean

Coffee was ok; too expensive (but the price is listed, so you decide for yourself whether and what you take), but you could drink and stretch your legs at the rest area. Annoyed to add the ADAC discount, but it was canceled because there was nothing to do anyway. To top it off, even though you're already eating something, the absolutely unfriendly sanitary staff begs and insults you in English to pay extra for the available toilet. 2 € for 3 people were paid! But the third euro was “missing”. Aggressive or intrusive begging is prohibited in Germany.

Totally unfriendly! The best thing is ambience! Never again! That's why it's always empty!

Quite unfriendly staff you ask a question and only get a blunt answer where you hear "I don't care, I'm not in the mood for it anyway"

There is a cashless transfer, as everywhere else in paid toilets in Germany.

Clear and clean with a good selection. The service was courteous and the service was quick. Only the trucks block the car parking spaces in the evenings.

I don’t why it says Serways in the map. I saw it said “Coffee fellows”. Well. None of my business. I went there followed by the signs in the Highway which leads to a Restroom. But after reached there. I found the restrooms are closed. So I entered inside Coffee Fellow and ordered 1 Cappuccino and 1 Milkshake. And went for the washroom. And guess what, I needed to pay 1 euro there to use the washroom. What a stupid way to take money from people.

Planned a stopover because of Coffee Fellows. But the coffee machine was broken. Toilet costs 1€ but you don't get a voucher... I find that a little expensive. All in all nicely furnished but something should change in the toilet prices.

Rude staff, I tried to shower here for the second time without success. At first they said the shower was broken but now it's unbelievable, they are lying, maybe they expect additional benefits, it can accommodate about 20 trucks, it's a pretty quiet place.

I don't recommend it. Closing time is 10 p.m. and the store closes at 9 p.m. You knock on the window to take a shower and they ignore you 21.15 the shop is already closed

Worst coffee I've ever had. The coffee just tastes bitter. When we asked, we were told that everyone complains that it doesn't taste good, but they don't care. We don't need to come back since it's a rest stop anyway. If I couldn't give a star I would. For 4.80 this is just sad and cheeky.

They hate people madly. I've seen so many companies, but I've never seen one like this. They are rude, but they help. The car driver doesn't take turns picking you up from the parking lot. At least I wouldn’t have to load here anymore/

Rarely used charging station with 50 kWh.

I was rudely insulted by the cleaner because I only had an EC card to pay, but there is no machine here and you have to pay in cash... It was clean, hence 2 stars

Nice little rest area. Truck parking spaces are large and wide Toilets and shower clean Staff very friendly Prices for food and drinks are completely reasonable. I felt very comfortable here and was able to start the next day feeling strengthened and rested. Thank you Keep it up :)

Very nice local place. Very nice service. A clean, well-kept shower costs 5 euros, but I think it will be like that everywhere soon.

Small but nice. But very busy.

Only 2 charging stations, but a full counter, a Burger King and a kiosk. Coffee is also provided every now and then, but the toilets have seen better days. Although there is a fee of one euro, I have seen much better toilets.

The toilet was clean, but the man responsible for cleaning asked for the money in a very rude manner and couldn't change it. Serways would like to think of a better system for paying the usage fee. I don't want to be besieged in an unfriendly way.

As usual, you sit at the glass window with freshly prepared scrambled and fried eggs from a friendly, cheerful colleague and very good coffee from a portafilter machine. Very well maintained, the toilets without revolving doors were very clean, at 8 a.m. in the morning

Nice place to eat and charge your car

Good evening dear service team, Unfortunately, I'm not entirely satisfied with the service here today. I finally found a parking space at 9:20 p.m., wanted to eat a warm and hearty snack and, to my horror, had to hear from the friendly waitress that she had just turned off the deep fryer. because it will close in 40 minutes. 🤔 This makes me extremely wondering whether I will visit this rest stop again in the future. The small ray of hope on the horizon was that the sanitary facilities were, as usual, tip-top. So unfortunately there are only 3 points. Sincerely

Drink your coffee with pleasure in the forest. Take a rest. Listen to the birds. The number of stopping places in such green areas should increase all over Germany.

The food tasted excellent, and other guests also commented on this while I was there. The staff were friendly, the restaurant and toilet area were clean. I'd love to come back there.

Небольшой паркинг, есть душ платный, и туалет условно платный с тарелкой для денег, заправки нет, есть только ресторан (Serways) где можно покушать, душ, туалет . Работает до 22:00, ночью туалет есть на улице, рядом нет магазинов, ближайший за 6 км. Всем удачи.
