Very nice restaurant. It's hard to judge the service because you do most of the work yourself. Despite the size, very nicely decorated. The food was very, very tasty.

It was an invitation from my friend's daughter and we had a lot of fun. My daughter, my best friend and her daughter and me. A great mother-daughter evening.

I've never had stomach cramps as quickly after eating as I did here! We ordered pasta, the pasta was bathed in oil so you couldn't eat it anymore. Tomatoes and pine nuts were forgotten, when I mentioned this the food was not remade but I was given 3 small cherry tomatoes on a plate (for 2 people). We ordered extra chicken on one of the noodles, in total there were about 4 small pieces on the noodles. That was really a disgrace and actually deserved 0 stars!!!!!

First time in a restaurant from this chain. Choice of food is not my thing. The taste was okay. Small bistro tables.

The three of us were there yesterday. Everyone ate pasta. Each with a different sauce. The Bolognese sauce was thick like... The carbonara sauce didn't really taste like carbonary, unfortunately I had nausea for 3 hours and heartburn that night. What would be appropriate compensation: A wellness weekend perhaps

The game corner is an absolute failure. A car garage without cars, railway, without a train. No pick tray is missing either.

We (3 adults with 2 children, both 2 years old) were eating in Vapiano Bielefeld 2 days ago, at some point one of the children on the upper floor decided to throw a plastic car down from the gallery. Of course it's not nice, but unfortunately children are faster than you. As I was about to go downstairs, an overwhelmed shift manager (Linda) came towards me. I apologized. She just looked at me disparagingly and went back downstairs. As we were about to leave the restaurant and then walk past the gallery, the little one threw her cuddly toy over the glass railing and it landed back down. When I wanted to pick it up downstairs, the annoying, overwhelmed, great shift manager said she was going to throw us out. Well, if you give people who otherwise don't report anything a little freedom of choice. But seriously, I don't think that's how you treat customers and apart from the fact that it's not the store in Bielefeld and you should count yourself lucky that people eat at all given the taste and price. I think this is definitely not an isolated case for this lady, just keep it up... If the store closes, she'll be thrown out too. It was the last time for us and I will let everyone know my opinion,

The food is very good. The system with the individual stations works fully. The store is big and decorated really cool. There are many different seating areas on two floors, so there is something for everyone. It can be recommended both for lunch and for a coffee with a piece of cake. The Vapiano also offers vegan food. The only thing that isn't so good is the cleanliness of the toilets.

As always: very tasty! 👍🏻 We often and enjoy eating there :)

Unfortunately, compared to other cities, Vapiano is the Vapiano with the lowest quality. Despite a great building and Vapiano's concept, this branch doesn't manage to impress!

The worst Pinsa ever! 2.50 extra charge for a gluten-free pinsa. It would be ok if she was good then. drowned in pulp, tomato sauce and cheese, but poorly baked. Only the Caesar salad and the Aperol warrant a star. Vapiano to break the habit. I can't be so hungry that I'm visiting Va... again.

Vapiano is always a good experience but it was better in the past. I was there in two different cities in the past two month and in both I had the feeling that it was better than it is now

It was our first time eating at one of this chain's establishments, and the self-serve nature caught us out. While there was an English menu, we ended up having mains and starters together, as we were advised by a member of staff. The food was OK, but it was certainly an experience, but not one to write home about particularly.

Was there yesterday with friends for the first time, never again, no service staff, you have to get everything yourself and it's too expensive.

Stumbled across the place by chance, hadn't heard of their concept of cafeteria dining - but it seemed pretty good. Remember to collect the drinks first so that the food is not cold when it is finished. Was here with two colleagues and got super pasta and a single salad, that was fresh and delicious, we also got some soft drink and a bottle, all for 87 euros.

I love going to Vapiano and go there very often, the pasta there is very delicious and you even get bread with it. The employees are all mostly friendly.

I'm disappointed. It was my first time in a Vapiano and I have to say that the concept is not for me at all. Queue for 5 minutes for pizza (the pizzas aren't even listed in the menu :/) then queue for 10 minutes for pasta then queue for another 5 minutes for beer. Food can then be eaten on mini tables. If I want to stand in line somewhere, I prefer to go to Ikea on Saturday.

It is a self-service restaurant. A company canteen is no worse. Service can therefore only be rated slightly. The pizza selection was very limited. I asked about the size of the pizza. Could not be answered. We then ordered a Palermo pizza, two “Nice” salads, a bruschetta with prawns and two drinks. The pizza at home and the Dr. Oetker from the frozen range tastes better - and the salads were more like canteen. And no service. And 60 euros for that. We cook very well ourselves and know good restaurants. We didn't like it and we know exactly what you get for 60 euros in other places. No thanks! Attractively furnished, friendly staff... the four of us didn't know the cafeteria-like concept... we all tried "Pinsa", which we didn't know either... the ingredients were fresh... the sauces were quite ok. but the dough... well... considering that you have to make almost everything yourself, it's just too expensive for us... we'd rather go to a normal restaurant... It was a new experience that we wouldn't have to have again...

The selection in the chain seems to have decreased significantly. I usually always enjoyed calzones, but they weren't available anymore. My noodles were quite tasty, but way too expensive. The lady at the checkout was very nice, but the rest of the staff seemed very listless and some of them weren't particularly friendly. The seating itself was good as usual, but one of the two tables was practically unusable because it started to sway back and forth at the slightest touch. All in all, it was solid in terms of taste, but the rest was rather inadequate. No recommendation.

The lunch deal is worth it. The quality of the ingredients, as well as the ambience and the staff are in a very good range! The Chicken Alfredo was incredibly delicious!!! With the ice tea from Vapiano it is the PERFECT lunch! I highly recommend it!!!

The food is made fresh. Pasta is also made in front of you. It just tastes good. Priced at the top but you can't beat it when it comes to freshness You can treat yourself every now and then.

Essen war ganz ok, aber der Service ist extrem schlecht. Wir wurden um 22 Uhr einfach rausgeschmissen obwohl einige noch am Essen waren. So unfreundlich. Einmal und nie wieder sag ich nur.

Have you ever been to the cafeteria? Somehow memories came back to me... But let's start at the beginning: When I go into a restaurant and the first thing I'm given is an electronic billing card, I immediately feel like I've been transported to a disco or beach club - and I don't mean that in terms of positive associations! The Vapiano system works like this: You order your food and drinks at various counters, which you then take with you (or pick up if you get a beeper) and sip to your seat somewhere in the hall. Hm, yes... Well, that doesn't correspond to my understanding of service! I even get more at McDonald's! The food was ok - not sensational, but at least not cheap either! Uh, wait... value for money? 👎🏻 My conclusion: You can do it, but you don't have to! I'd rather go to a REAL restaurant 😉

We were at Vapiano again after several years with the aim of a quick dinner. We didn't expect much and were still disappointed. The concept is well known, but the interior, noise and food are increasingly resembling a rest stop. We chose Pinsa, but given the pictures in previous reviews, we were probably just unlucky: we waited forever to be served hard, flat (and square?!) dough flatbreads. The dough had no flavor, the asparagus was wilted and colorless (and that wasn't just the baking process). The arugula, which was just as wilted, couldn't be pulled out anymore. The dough was either frozen or didn't have time to rise. A pair of scissors is served with the pinsa. The idea is nice, but it's no good if the scissors are blunt. The cleanliness should be highlighted positively; tables were tidied up promptly and discreetly. The employees were friendly and patient.

The quality and taste of the food is appropriate for the type of system catering. It's always enough to fill you up. Cocktails were very tasty 😁

My fiancée and I went to a Vapiano for the first time. At the entrance we were asked if we knew the system. We were given a brief and understandable explanation of how the order/payment works. It's nice that there was a lot of space available in the restaurant. We also liked that there were separate queues between pizza, salad and pasta. So we got our food pretty quickly. Now to eat: The taste of the tomato sauce was too strong on the Margherita pizza. The cheese tasted a little too salty. About the pasta with pesto: Good pesto and garlic flavor, pasta well cooked. Looking critically, we saw some tables that were not tidy and the plates had probably been there for a while. Also the toilet (men's) wasn't as clean as expected. Therefore 3 out of 5 stars, potential for 4 out of 5.

After a while I went to eat at Vapiano again. Unfortunately nothing has really happened. The ambience has stopped. I found the new prices, which were too high, particularly sad.

We really enjoyed going there to eat. But that's over. We know that everything became expensive, but it was clearly overpriced. The taste has deteriorated a lot. Children's pizza the base was very hard and the apple spritzer tasted old. If I had known that Parmesan was now available for sprinkling, I would have said no. Ruined the meal because it didn't taste good and there was too much on it. The music was so extremely loud that it was really difficult to carry on a conversation. For the money, never again, unfortunately.

We were eating there yesterday when we experienced how a family next to us was constantly being harassed by another guest. At some point the branch manager came along and asked the family to move. Unbelievable, the family was harassed, couldn't eat in peace and then they had to move around instead of throwing the pöpler out. The branch management should be better trained. In addition, the wrong food was made for us again because the employees didn't speak German.

Hahaha you are now charging way too much money for not even being served. Put 5 euros on it and eat a steak.

I thought it was good that you could see how the pizza was being prepared through the window. You could see that the gentleman who prepared the pizza knew his job. Food was very tasty. The prices are expensive, but that's normal for these days. This is a global problem, we have to live with it, the restaurants can't help it. The lady at the checkout was very nice and friendly.

VAPIANO is always worth a visit. Sometimes communication with the chefs is a bit difficult, but it is still within limits. Unfortunately there are almost never zoodles? The play area for the children on the 1st floor is great. 😉 Totally recommended.

The taste was really delicious but for us it was the last time. The prices are simply overpriced and no longer realistic. Almost 15€ for spaghetti carbonara is more than crazy. And then the drinks. Otherwise, continued success. LG 😄

We were there with the children on Monday afternoon... it was wonderful! Empty...quiet...relaxed! The food as usual on the chain... DELICIOUS! We had pizza Veneziano and the kids had pasta with tomato sauce. Thank you for the lovely stay!!!

Honestly a really good place to come together with someone or I guess if you want to break up with someone/ give some bad news nicely, this would be the place. Theres a variety of options to choose from most being pasta, anti pasta or other things but more important you dont order with a waiter. Instead you get up and go to the cook and order with them instead at your designated station. The cashier will give you a card to fill up in the morning with food and once you get to the station, the cooks will add what you have ordered to your car. At the bar, the bartender will also add any deserts or drinks. The bathrooms are upstairs. The place is really big and great for get togethers. On mondays it is considerably empty so I highly recommend. I ordered the bruchetta and the cooks delivered. They were so good!

Great Vapiano! Spaciously laid out over 2 floors. Lots of cooks and food at the usual level. Friendly staff. There is a play area on the upper floor. We were very happy about it. Lunch options are available at midday. Would love to come back.

We love going there to eat, the food is always good. Due to the amount of space there is always something free and there is a great play area for the children. I am happy to recommend it

Great concept for the meeting. Casual atmosphere, no one stands at the table waiting for you to order something, enough space. My food was already cold by the time I brought it to the table, there was a little too little sauce. The spelled pasta was too 'al dente' for me. But it's great that you can choose different varieties.

Salad not washed properly, gastrointestinal infection inevitable!!! I will never eat in this crowded, unfriendly store again.

Essen haut mich jetzt nicht vom hocker und Wartezeiten einfach viel viel viel zu lange

Mir schmeckt das Essen im Vapiano seit Jahren sehr gut und ich habe auch keine Probleme damit, dass ich hier nicht bedient werde. Die Auswahl ist groß genug, so dass jeder hier etwas findet. Allerdings haben sich die Preise leider in den letzten Jahren verdoppelt und aus diesem Grund sind meine Besuche sehr viel seltener geworden.

Arrabbiata schmeckt nicht nach Arrabbiata. Überhaupt nicht scharf.

Habe VAPIANO auf Grund eines 4€ Gutscheins für egal welche Pasta ausprobiert. Ersteindruck: ziemlich überfülltes Restaurant und nur eine Kassiererin am Eingang die gleichzeitig kassiert sowie Guthabenkarten austeilt, womit man sich dann Essen holt. Da ich hier zum ersten mal war, wusste ich nicht so ganz wie das bestellen geht. Die Kommunikation mit den Köchen lief nicht wirklich gut ab. Fragen wurden nur unzureichend und unverständlich erklärt. Teilweise wurden sie gar nicht beantwortet. Immerhin muss ich die Spaghetti Carbonara als die beste Pasta, die ich je gegessen habe abstempeln. Für den Normalpreis würde ich allerdings nicht hier essen, da die Preise relativ hoch sind für die eher kleinen Portionen.

Entspannte Atmosphäre aber leider eine kalte Lasagne

Ich musste meinen Salat selber mischen?! (Früher deutlich besser) 0 Sterne für Service, die Zutaten kann ich auch kaufen und mir den Salat selber zu Hause mischen. Zudem war leider etwas zu wenig Dressing auf dem Salat. Habe aber etwas Brot bekommen, wobei ich mich frage warum man zu Nudeln mehr Brot bekommt.

An sich lecker, aber bei „Pasta & rissoto“ arbeiten abends nur 2 mitarbeiter. Es müsste noch der 3 Mitarbeiter dazu kommen und die 3 Schlange aufnehmen. Zu wenig Personal!

Wir hatten uns je eine Pinsa ausgesucht. Der Teig war dick und entgegen der Beschreibung nicht leicht und luftig sondern extrem fest und für ältere Menschen nicht essbar

Waren hier zum Abendessen. Wie von anderen Standorten gewohnt alles topp. Die weihnachtliche Deko fanden wir sehr gelungen und heimelig.

Angeblich das größte Vapiano der Welt. Vapiano sollte man kennen. Hier ist mein Essen, egal ob Pizza, Pasta oder sonst was immer sehr lecker. Es gibt mittlerweile auch immer mehr vegane Gerichte und man kann auch normale Gerichte mit veganer Sahne anstatt normaler nehmen (im Bezug auf eine Laktoseintoleranz). Immer ein schöner Ort um sich in Ruhe zu unterhalten oder auch die Mittagspause zu verbringen.

Ideal for a quick Italian meal. If you are with a kid make sure to check upstairs as there is a big playing corner for childern. The only downside is that there seemed to be no elevator. Food is delicious, the pasta carbonara with salmon is our all time favourite!

Wow, super ekelhaft! Drinnen stinkt es nach Restmülltonne Essen ist brutal ekelhaft gewesen, hatten eine Pizza Tonno und Pinsa BBQ Chicken. Ganz ganz schlimm, puhh.

Dafür, dass man sein Essen und seine Getränke selber schleppt und besorgt, ist es viel zu teuer. Beim Italiener um die Ecke mit Service und netten Worten mindestens genauso teuer, eher günstiger. 0,5l Weizen bei meinem Besuch 5,60 Euro.

Tolles Ambiente mit einem Hauch Jugendstil. Das Essen ist immer ausgezeichnet und die Mitarbeiter*innen sehr freundlich. Heute gab es den Saisontipp: Wipped Feta für mich und Kürbiscremesuppe für meine Freundin. Beides ausgezeichnet!!!

Ist in Ordnung. Essen war früher mal leckerer, Käse wird nun billige Qualität verwendet. Ambiente wenn es leer ist dennoch sehr nett.

Nach fast 10 Jahren Vapiano-Abhängigkeit muss ich hier unbedingt meine positive Rezension hinterlassen. Seit ich Vapiano 2014 das erste Mal betreten habe, kam ich von diesen süchtigmachenden Pasta nicht mehr los. 🥹 Mein Liebling sind die Linguine Arrabbiata (nicht zu scharf). Ich liebe einfach diese frischen Nudeln und die Sauce, ich weiß nicht wie Vapiano das macht, aber ich kriege nicht genug davon. Ich habe auch noch kein Restaurant gefunden, das die Pasta so hinbekommt wie Vapiano. Auch zu empfehlen ist das Pesto Rosso mit Pinienkernen. Man kann alle Gerichte so anpassen lassen, wie man möchte, das warme Brot dazu ist auch unvergleichlich gut und gerne bediene ich mich an den Basilikumbäumchen an jedem Tisch, um das Gericht abzurunden. Der Basilikum an jedem Tisch war seit Corona verschwunden und ist seit kurzem endlich wieder da, Danke!! 😍🌿 Seit meinem Umzug nach Paderborn nehme ich tatsächlich manchmal nur für Vapiano den Zug nach Bielefeld. Ich warte sehnsüchtig auf den Tag, an dem Vapiano auch hier in Paderborn eröffnet. Bis dahin hab ich das 49 €-Ticket. 😆 Auf Städtetrips besuche ich oft ein Vapiano, Freunde belächeln mich schon dafür 😂 Sehr lecker sind auch die Desserts Tiramisu, Panna Cotta oder jetzt gerade die Pistaziencreme mit gecrunchten Pinkenkernen.. 🤤 Espresso und Cappuccino gehen auch immer. Gerade dass mal kein Kellner kommt, finde ich super lässig. Die Atmosphäre ist einfach ganz locker. Ich lasse die Fotos aus den letzten Jahren sprechen... 🍝

Reichhaltige Auswahl, die nach Belieben (in den jeweiligen Sparten Pinsa, Antipasti und Pasta/Risotto) kombiniert werden kann. Wird frisch vor deinen Augen zubereitet, oder du bekommst einen Tracker der anzeigt wenn dein Gericht fertig ist. Einzelpreise werden auf der Chipkarte gespeichert und bezahlen wirst du dann am Ausgang. Buon Appetito!

Chocolade death einfach ein Traum

Fand die Pinsa sehr gut. Dort zu sitzen war auch angenehm. Aber die Preise sind echt hoch. Ich war für einen Snack dort, die Pinsa ist erwartungsgemäß klein.

Leider habe ich nur zwei Bissen von den Nudeln gegessen. Sie waren kalt und schmeckten wie zäher Kaugummi. Das Essen sah aus wie ein undefinierbarer Brei. Währenddessen gab es viel Unstimmigkeiten in der Küche. Die Köche stritten miteinander, und die Atmosphäre war insgesamt sehr unfreundlich und gereizt. Außerdem wurde Parmesan ohne zu fragen einfach auf die Nudeln geklatscht. Die Köchin schien überfordert, besonders als sie mit drei verschiedenen Gerichten jonglieren musste. Leider wurde das Kindergericht als letztes zubereitet, sodass unser Essen bereits kalt war, als es endlich serviert wurde.

Hat das Flair einer Autobahnraststätte. Das Personal ist nicht unfreundlich aber kurz angebunden. Die Speisen sind für das was man bekommt zu teuer. Muss nicht sein

Wer auf ein preiswertes, kurzes, aber dennoch sehr gutes Live-Cooking-Event steht, ist hier richtig. Sehr leckeres Essen, nette Köche und Köchinnen. Und die Portionen machen satt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Für Leute die zum ersten Mal dort hingehen möchten ihr bekommt beim Eingang Karten mit dem geht ihr zum "Bestelltheke" sucht was aus danach kriegt ihr ein Pieper holt euer Essen ab. Beim raus gehen gibt man die Karten ab und bezahlt die Rechnung entweder Bar oder Karte. Pro Person circa 20 € einplanen. Atmosphäre fand ich schön nicht zu laut gewesen. Die WC's sind oben. Und es gibt eine "Bar Theke' gegenüber der Bestelltheke. ☺️

Das Essen hat stark nachgelassen. Ohne Liebe zubereitet- viel zu wenig gewürzt, sehr ölig und das Auge ist ja auch mit und es war sehr farblos. Wird nicht mehr unsere Wahl.

Die Pesto-Nudeln sind der Hammer! Das ist das beste, was ich je gegessen habe! Wow! Und der Schokoladenkuchen! Beides total lecker😍!!!!

Typisches Vapiano Restaurant mit leckerem, frischem Essen und entspannter Atmosphäre.

Das Essen war okay. Für den Preis würde ich aber erwarten, dass auch tatsächlich Feta auf der Pizza landet, wenn das so auf der Karte steht. Stattdessen war es aber Hirtenkäse und die getrockneten Tomaten haben auch gefehlt. Bei einer veganen Pizza wurde außerdem sehr knauserig mit dem Pizzaschmelz umgegangen. Der Tisch war total klebrig und in der Kinder Spielecke ist alles kaputt und dreckig.

Service gibt es nicht da das System vorsieht bis auf Abräumen alles selbst zu machen was auch für mich ok ist. Du schaust dem Koch zu wie er dein Essen zubereitet daher frische Zutaten und wirklich lecker Ambiente Für meinen Geschmack zu groß Man kann über 2 Etagen sitzen und daher eigentlich immer Platz und auch keine Reservierung notwendig Einziger Nachteil ist das die Größe der Portion zu teuer ist Werde aber ab und an wieder vorbei schauen

Save gekaufte Bewertung. Meine Pizza war n Knäckebrot mit Schinken... Traurigste Pizza meines Lebens. Service gab s nicht, aber die Paar Köche waren zumindest etwas nett. Ambiente hatte was von Frankfurt Hbf, irgendwas beim Sperrmüll gefunden und dahin geschmissen und dreckig war s auch. Viel Spaß, vllt habt ihr bessere Erfahrung gemacht.

Besten Carbonara Nudeln die ich jemals im Restaurant gegessen habe. Die Nudeln haben so eine besondere Textur und sind überhaupt nicht lapprig. Die Portionen sind sehr groß und machen gut satt. Es wäre noch besser, wenn man dort wie in einem normalen Restaurant am Tisch bedient werden würde, aber das ist nicht schlimm. Am liebsten würde ich jeden zweiten Tag bei Vapiano essen gehen.
