What do you have to pay a euro for? By 11 a.m. the toilets should be clean and the soap dispensers should be full. Unfortunately not. Complaint is still going out

Went to eat at Subway. Unfriendly staff, didn't want to change the gloves after my friend asked because she is a vegetarian. Eating took a long time, bread was rock hard, tables were dirty and sticky and there wasn't much choice of drinks either. We won't eat there again

Ridiculous... €20 deposit for the shower key. Edit: Between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., the tarpaulin was cut.

Rest stop with a good selection of food. Toilets are clean and well maintained.

Sehr schöner Ort zum Rast machen. Modernes Ambiente, grosse Auswahl an Produkten und nettes Personal. Auch den Kleinen wird drinnen und draußen eine Spielmöglichkeit geboten. Meiner Meinung nach, ist das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis angenessen. Gerne wieder!!!

Reasonably clean toilets, overpriced prices as usual at rest stops, extremely unmotivated staff. I wanted to get something from Subway, but decided not to because the staff seemed rather annoyed by my presence and ordering was only possible via the display. You can also drive a few kilometers further and pee for free. The stop brought no added value.

Order placed successfully at the machine. Service - rude and unfriendly, acts as if she doesn't understand German! Sit down, I'll finish your Sandwitch, I think it's very cheeky.

We stop here often when we are nearby. The rest stop is recommended, even with a dog. The prices are reasonable for a motorway service station.

A motorway rest stop as you imagine it! Absolutely overpriced, toilet 1 euro, but the coffee costs 5 euros and was one of the worst I've ever had. Unfortunately you have to give one star, the rest stop would have deserved something in the negative range.

Because the employees were absolutely unmotivated and didn't want to serve the customers, I spent my money at another rest stop.... next time I'll go straight to Mc-Ds, which is only 20 minutes away.

Once again it was clean. The trash can wasn't full but not so good.

There was no cash payment option at the subway counter, and it was also not possible to redeem coupons for using the toilet there. You want to order there, say what you want and it will be sent to the terminal. I searched everything at the terminal, but there was no food on it. The waitress then said I should order from him. HUH??? The “store” was empty. I felt really ripped off.

Quite a nice place to rest and have a quick snack. I don't recommend the pavilion with toilets (surprisingly, it's worse than in the late Polish People's Republic). It is better to use the paid toilet on site and add a €1 voucher to e.g. coffee (it will be €2.5 - €4.5 for a large coffee). Quick snacks, hot dogs, baked goods, fries. Sweets and Drinks. Large selection, prices not high, but rather "highway".

If I'm already eating here, I would think it would be appropriate if I could use the toilets without having to pay any (additional!) money. If I have to pay money for the toilets (1€!!), then the toilets could at least be clean and not smell like a moose just died there. If you've spent €3 for the whole family to go to the dirty, smelly toilet, these ridiculous "value vouchers" could at least be spent on a bag of gummy bears - but no. In short: the service provider-customer relationship has an anti-social gradient. Elbow Society sends its regards. The staff was friendly.

Clean rest stop, clean toilets, acceptable food options, prices high but not exorbitant. I didn't fill up here.

It seemed perfect because it is large, clean, with a station and a shop. Unfortunately, the rest of the parking lot is unlit (even though there are lamps) and that's where they cut us off. I'm not saying it happens every day, but I advise you to be careful.

It's disgusting how the toilets are maintained here. This wouldn't have existed before when there were other urinals hanging here. Absolutely disgusting I definitely recommend going to another rest stop to relieve yourself. Otherwise the rest area is decent

We're actually here once a month and have really enjoyed it so far BUT today (September 14th, 2024, 10 a.m.) big surprise: out of 8 toilets, 6 were completely closed! 1 additional toilet usable but broken :( ...in the kitchen area (behind the counter) a larger group of men, who apparently spent the night HERE, came out of the back "employee" area yawning (6-8 men from Eastern Europe) They helped themselves BEHIND the counter, with the consent of the staff. Huh, what's going on HERE? We felt very uncomfortable!!! WHERE did the super nice “old” staff go? The "gentleman" behind the cafe bar also did NOT seem serious and seemed to be the "host" of the suspicious group of men!!! Maybe this should all be checked by management.

Very bad I accept that the pizza is frozen for €14 but that it is not burnt on the bottom, they do not have staff, the toilets, the very dirty showers, are not free.

The "Esscobar" bar or whatever it was called, I paid 13€, I got a few fries, basically salt with fries that were impossible to eat, the chicken was plain cooked stuffed either in deep oil or in the oven, and you could smell only preservatives. Wasted money and not even a small cola or any drink in the "set". Failure and the staff doesn't understand German 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤣🤣🤣

Can only rate Subway here: In one word - DISASTER! Order incomplete, i.e. selected ingredients forgotten; Waiting time (we were the only two guests!) almost 15 minutes for two baguettes!!! Somewhat understandable communication in German would also be desirable and appropriate! Subway at this rest stop: Better to give it a wide berth!

Staff nice and friendly. The toilets were usable. Unfortunately, like all rest stops, it is too expensive.

The employees need to be supervised, they say there is a shower, if there is a problem in the evening, we go in the morning, they do not give permission, it is a terrible business, the employees act on their own. I don't recommend anyone to stop by.

All in one i can say 😀 moreover it's been all what we needed during our trip via Germany 😁 i can't speak german and woman which was working at nightshift couldn't english or polish but we communicated woth our hands! 😆

Everything was clean. Prices were okay too. I liked it and was able to use my toilet ticket straight away.

We were just about to take a break here. We were there at 9:56 p.m. The doors were already locked. One customer was still let out. We were told the rest area now closes at 10 p.m. It was 9:58 p.m. and we weren't allowed in to use the toilet.

Big P for LKW. There is a paid toilet nearby, there is a 1-2 hour queue for the shower. because only one booth out of 3 is working. At 9:30 p.m., everyone was kicked out of the establishment, explaining that they were closing.

The Subway staff shouted at me angrily that my order couldn't be done. I ordered the order from the system as a sub of the day. It really doesn't work at all.

I was there this evening and then spontaneously decided to eat at Subway. Normally you are used to fast food restaurants in rest areas giving a rather negative impression and not being particularly enticed to eat, but the friendly staff and the particularly clean environment convinced me. If you're there, give it a try, highly recommended!

One star for at least edible fries and chicken :) The employee at Subway was so absolutely unfriendly and gave you the feeling that she didn't want to work. I then had to be very clear with her and she continued to be mushy and didn't change her ways. I canceled the purchase (note I had my 2 small children with me (2 weeks and 1 1/2 years old) Well, maybe the staff is improving

Very friendly service staff 🌼 at the counter in the restaurant area, plus 4 women's parking spaces, (feels safer in the dark) right in front of the door. Clean at the moment €1 fee toilets. The associated voucher could be used directly for many groceries.

Everything is fine, everything is clean and ideal for a short break. We will take a break here again next time.

Had a coffee here today. Coffee was okay. Restaurant clean, staff friendly and easy to get a parking space near the entrance.

Was here on Whit Saturday, there is enough parking space, there is a play tower inside and a playground outside for children. Subway and Burger King are responsible for their physical well-being...
