Very rude, speaking in a different language among themselves instead of with the customer, throwing a sandwich on the counter, sighing at customers

Can only rate Subway here: In one word - DISASTER! Order incomplete, i.e. selected ingredients forgotten; Waiting time (we were the only two guests!) almost 15 minutes for two baguettes!!! Somewhat understandable communication in German would also be desirable and appropriate! Subway at this rest stop: Better to give it a wide berth!

The shower is great, the water is hot. Russian-speaking staff.

Staff nice and friendly. The toilets were usable. Unfortunately, like all rest stops, it is too expensive.

The employees need to be supervised, they say there is a shower, if there is a problem in the evening, we go in the morning, they do not give permission, it is a terrible business, the employees act on their own. I don't recommend anyone to stop by.

All in one i can say 😀 moreover it's been all what we needed during our trip via Germany 😁 i can't speak german and woman which was working at nightshift couldn't english or polish but we communicated woth our hands! 😆

Everything was clean. Prices were okay too. I liked it and was able to use my toilet ticket straight away.

We were just about to take a break here. We were there at 9:56 p.m. The doors were already locked. One customer was still let out. We were told the rest area now closes at 10 p.m. It was 9:58 p.m. and we weren't allowed in to use the toilet.

A 1.5 L bottle of water is priced at €2.99 plus deposit. At the checkout they wanted €3.79 plus deposit... the reason they told me was that it just wasn't new signage yet. For me it's a clear rip off!

Big P for LKW. There is a paid toilet nearby, there is a 1-2 hour queue for the shower. because only one booth out of 3 is working. At 9:30 p.m., everyone was kicked out of the establishment, explaining that they were closing.

The Subway staff shouted at me angrily that my order couldn't be done. I ordered the order from the system as a sub of the day. It really doesn't work at all.

I was there this evening and then spontaneously decided to eat at Subway. Normally you are used to fast food restaurants in rest areas giving a rather negative impression and not being particularly enticed to eat, but the friendly staff and the particularly clean environment convinced me. If you're there, give it a try, highly recommended!

One star for at least edible fries and chicken :) The employee at Subway was so absolutely unfriendly and gave you the feeling that she didn't want to work. I then had to be very clear with her and she continued to be mushy and didn't change her ways. I canceled the purchase (note I had my 2 small children with me (2 weeks and 1 1/2 years old) Well, maybe the staff is improving

Very friendly service staff 🌼 at the counter in the restaurant area, plus 4 women's parking spaces, (feels safer in the dark) right in front of the door. Clean at the moment €1 fee toilets. The associated voucher could be used directly for many groceries.

Everything is fine, everything is clean and ideal for a short break. We will take a break here again next time.

Had a nice break, of course used the toilets and had a clean toilet for 1 euro, what more could you want.

I didn't really want to give it a star. There isn't even a daily newspaper here. Very weak. Some kind of stand with metal signs that nobody buys anyway but no newspaper. I won't stop anymore.

We stayed there overnight in the caravan and there were free spaces even though it was the weekend. It was clean and very quiet.

The food was vegetarian and delicious but the prices were hellish

To get to the shower, you have to be patient, 1 room is open. A queue of at least 4 people. It's just something. People come and go. Because you have to wait at least 1-2 hours. One person washes for at least 30 minutes or more... the normal price for a shower is 3 euros, if you have a ticket, it will be 2 euros.

Great rest stop and super friendly employees

Well, that's how rest stops are. Nothing special but the coffee was tasty and the sanitary facilities were clean. Eating is not my thing but if you like fast food you should eat it. Nothing else is offered at rest stops anymore.

Very friendly staff, good coffee bar. It is very positive to note that people are actively asking for Samifair value coupons and discounts (ADAC membership). As usual, prices will be set accordingly at all rest stops.

Unfortunately only 3 stars because I can't get anything from Subway at 6:30 p.m. And as a driver who has just finished work and is still quite hungry, I find that very bad, especially since Subway is only available at truck stops. The subs themselves are great because I've eaten here before, but that's okay with the time not at all.

Nice, helpful people (my wife had forgotten her handbag on a trip there and we were able to sort it out over the phone and pick up the bag on the way back), well-kept rooms + good coffee.

В душ черга три години, це не нормально! Пускають тільки в один, а кабін три. Напевно не хочуть прибирати в душових. Керівник повинен дати по шиї працівникам.

Душ 3 евро, туалеты чистые. Паркинг большой, воду не нашёл, но особо то и не искал, холодно было, лень лазить.

Restauracja przy najbardziej ruchliwej autostradzie A2 jest zamykana o 21.30 a pracownik nie chce wpuścić do toalety? Dokąd zmierzają Niemcy? Donikąd?

Extrem schmutzige Rastanlage, die Toilettenanlage ist dermaßen unglaublich ungepflegt, keine Desinfektion, 3 der Waschbecken funktionieren nicht, Toiletten extrem Furchtbar. Der Servicebereich ist einigermaßen ok, das Servicepersonal total überfordert, spricht kein Deutsch, bzw English. Die Aussenanlage ist dermaßen schmutzig und überall liegen Exkremente herum. Eckelhaft.

Heute morgen einen Kaffee geholt und selten so eine nette Verkäuferin gehabt

Ein scheinbar komplett neues Team mit kaum Erfahrung. Es waren wenig Gäste da und trotzdem vergaß man unsere Bestellung. Diese wurde dann aber sofort nach Nachfrage frisch zubereitet und war seeehr lecker! Mit ein bisschen Routine klappt es!! 😉

17:30 kaum noch angebote in der warmen Küche. 19 Uhr und der Laden is zu, man muss also nen guten stück über schlecht ausgeleuchtete Wege bis zur Tankstelle zurück, wo sich dann schlangen an den Klos bilden. Die Mitarbeiter laufen im Laden hin und her, vollkommen unmotivierte Mitarbeiter.

Die bestehen Gesetzte, die es nicht gibt. Die Mitarbeiterin in Ihrer Frühschicht bei schlechtester Laune vorgefunden.

1. Fünf Leute vom Personal stehen an einer Stelle und kommen nicht auf die Idee Kunden abzukassieren! 2. wollte einen Kaffee bestellen da kam die Kassiererin auf die glorreiche Aussage würde ich an ihrer Stelle nicht trinken schmeckt nicht bäh 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻 Fazit genau so sollte sich Personal an einer Raststätte verhalten 👍🏻

Dreckige Toiletten, unfreundliches Personal. Die Gastro ist völlig überfordert und erkennt den Unterschied zwischen Gouda in Scheiben und geriebenen Mozzarella trotz Label nicht.

Was für eine Dreck Bude total überteuert und die WC Anlagen alle Schrott. T&R und Sanifair das kannste echt vergessen. Zum Kotzen

Top neue Raststätte mit schnellen Ladestationen

Wir wollten hier nur zur Toilette, aber leider war die Raststätte geschlossen. Also mussten wir ein ganzes Stück bis zur Tankstelle laufen. Da in unserer Reisegruppe ältere und auch Gehbehinderte waren, war das nicht sehr angenehm.

Überall steht 24 Stunden geöffnet 16:30 war die Tür mit ketten versperrt.....

Стоял выходные , душ отличный , вода горячая , туалеты чистые , персонал приветливый, есть выход в город , дорога до магазина не очень , сразу нужно будет от ворот пройти на право , там будет вырезан кусок забора , дальше нужно будет идти вдоль дороги

Update: Der defekte Zaun wurde zwar repariert, aber nun haben irgendwelche Leute aus Holzteilen von einem anderen Zaun eine "Behelfsleiter" über besagten Zaun gebaut. Und zwar so, dass sie von beiden Seiten den Zaun übersteigen können. Sehr merkwürdig. Bitte kümmern Sie sich darum! Als "Materialspender" diente wohl ein anderer Zaun der dafür zerstört wurde. Bin sehr gerne dort. Sehr zu empfehlen. Pkw Parkfläche ausreichend vorhanden. Hinweis an die Geschäftsleitung: zäune sind beschädigt und müssen repariert werden. PS: Schaden an Zaun scheint behoben zu sein nun.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr professionell. Ansonsten das übliche zu teuren Preisen, wie erwartet. Wer hier Pausiert rechnet damit und wird nicht überrascht sein. Anlage sauber und das Essen war ok.

Mal wieder die Kasse für die Gutscheine defekt!

HIER KANN ALLES GEKLAUT WERDEN DA KEINER IM LADEN STEHT Es waren am 15.12.2023 im Gesamten Bereich Subway, warm Tresen und Kasse für die Tankstelle KEIN EINZIGER MITARBEITER, das ändert sich auch die nächsten 5 Minuten nicht! Wir standen alleine mit der Tierhilfe Lipperland und drei LKW Fahrern rum! Dann kam eine Mitarbeiterin mit Putzwagen bei Subway raus! Da es auf der anderen Seite des Gebäude was und der Rest verbarrikadiert war mit Tabletwagen und Stühlen! Ich fragte ob jemand hier am Tresen arbeitet? Die Antwort war gehaltvoll und sehr anspruchsvoll: Bist du doof, sieht du nicht das ich hier putze, jetzt kannst doppelt so lange warten! Der Dame vom Tierschutz ist sichtlich die Kinnlade runtergefallen und konnte garnicht glauben was sie da gehört hatte! Beim verlassen haben meine Partnerin und ich incl. den beiden Damen vom Tierschutz und kurz ausgetauscht! Wir sind zu den Ergebnissen gekommen! „Typischer Standart für die Berufs und Altersklasse“. Kontakt zu Serways, Subway, Tierschutz Lipperland ist aufgenommen! Liebe Mitarbeiter, Ihr starker Auftritt muss belohnt werden!
