Serways Raststätte Niedergassel in Bielefeld

Very strange event experienced today. Wanted to order two kids menus. Answer was "no". When I asked, it said it was only for children up to 16. I looked at my daughter (looks like she's 16, but she's not). The waitress looked at my daughter and corrected to “until twelve”. Hmm, ok. One rest stop further on it also tasted very good. 😂 I still have to laugh about it now. They probably don't want to make any money.

No freely accessible toilet, the truck drivers are forced to either go into the forest or pay in cash for the toilet...

€1 for peeing is a real rip-off. At least the other restroom provider on the highway charges you the euro when you buy something. We also found the restrooms not particularly clean, and the urinals were broken. The lady at the money collection bowl was busy on her cell phone and wasn't interested.

Food and drinks so far good. 2 euros are charged to use the toilet. OUTRAGEOUS

Very rude staff, they make a problem about the cutlery, they don't know how to read the orders, waiting for nothing, then they say it's not their problem. Problem solved but no apologies from them. Just gossip. Give a wide berth!

Very cramped and dark parking lot. There is a lot of noise from the highway because there is no noise barrier. Heavily polluted place. I don't recommend it. The parking lot is very hectic.

Very dirty parking lot... He had to stay in this place for about 15 minutes on February 22nd, and during that time many people met their hardship right under the trees. It was uncomfortable to be there. There is garbage everywhere, unpleasant smells and there is definitely no fresh air! It's even disgusting to get out of the car. I don't recommend it. Closing time is 10 p.m. and the store closes at 9 p.m. You knock on the window to take a shower and they ignore you 21.15 the shop is already closed

Buy a watch for all your staff. Open from 06:00 6:20 closed and placed in the oven for baking bread. Embarrassing and speechless.

The hygiene of the toilet facilities is subpar. Cleaning staff just sits at the front to collect cash and watch films.

Small, fine rest stop with friendly service

Very friendly service, very clean, delicious freshly prepared food at reasonable prices and served in a ceramic bowl without producing any unnecessary waste - top 👍

Whenever I drive back to the Pott from Bielefeld I stop there for a little refreshment. Prices are normal in rest stops, so they are expensive.

7:30 p.m. kitchen closed, impossible to be served. A smell of cold tobacco throughout the store/restaurant,...The employee is as unpleasant as possible...Move on

A good place to stop while traveling to eat something or buy something to drink or eat. There is also a playground for children and parking spaces for the disabled. There are benches and tables in the parking lot.

We travel a lot and this is one of, if not the tastiest, rest stop in Germany. It was freshly prepared and prepared with love. The employee was a real treasure. It's small but nice here... but above all with fair prices. We say thank you very much 🫶🏻

I was there last Saturday around 10:30 am. The sanitary area was very dirty and disgusting. Staff were on site and were able to say hello and make phone calls. I wanted to take off my shoes and throw them away afterwards. There was no paper to dry your hands, just a dirty hand fan. Does it really have to be disgusting? Every sanitary facility on the highway that is free is cleaner than this.

A shady spot with lots of greenery around it. Just went to the toilet briefly. But no real Serways toilet that is cleaned automatically. No voucher, otherwise I would have treated myself to another coffee. Was sent to the disabled toilet because it was full. Floor not completely clean, but at least there are paper towels there, not in the other toilets, just the fan, which I don't want to use for hygiene reasons.

Cozy right on the highway Car opposite. Parking lane directly in front of the entrance for trucks. There is a bit of greenery around it and there are even benches to linger. Toilet in the house during the day. Next to the rest stop at night Delicious small dishes. Or a hot drink or from the fridge. So everything is there.

A big compliment to this Serways rest stop, because there is a wheelchair-accessible night toilet here. For that ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Had a fantastic currywurst with fries for less than 10 euros and was justified for this portion and quality! Now one of my favorites.

I always stop there when I travel to Bonn or Cologne. The toilet is exemplary clean!!!!! Huge compliment, please keep it up!!!

The service is super, the girls are polite, nice, speak Polish, there is a 5º shower. The toilet is clean, both the shower and the toilet, in the shower there is a light, a mirror and a cutter for shaving. In a word, super, I gave it four stars only because the parking lot is small and very noisy.

We got a cappuccino there, which we can't recommend, and for 3.95 that's a proud price

There is a small parking lot for trucks, partially lit, paid toilets available, rather clean, although the staff is not always ok. Prices are quite high.

While passing through with a bus company, an employee complained to the bus driver that our people were disrespectful and unfriendly... but she was totally unfriendly and even gave some of us the finger. A no-go!

The service is excellent. Pleasant staff, beautiful and attractive sales girls. Souvenirs, drinks, hot sandwiches and drinks. Suitable for a light snack and for a little rest if you are on the road. I like it.

Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich auch von obergassel,aber der Preis für den Kaffee,der zugegeben sehr gut schmeckt ist eindeutig übertrieben zu hoch. Lipperland bietet da günstlgerer Alternativen an,harald schulze berufskraftfahrer,ihr Einwand überzeugt mich nicht. Der Kaffee ist viel zu teuer

Toiletten sind sauber. Es gibt eine Dame die sich kümmert. Wenn man möchte kann man ein bisschen Geld da lassen, aber ist keine Pflicht. Im Restaurant kann man schön sitzen. Essensauswagl ist reichlich. Alles kann man auch mitnehmen. Hier mache ich immer gerne Halt.

Gut: Ein kleines und sauberes Kettenlokal, WC sauber und kostenfrei (nur gesehen, nicht genutzt) Ein kleiner Teller bittet unaufdringlich um einen Obulus. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Draussen zieht ein Pfandflaschensammler unauffällig seine Runden. Eine kleine, heile Autobahnwelt. Nicht gut: ABER die Preise sind schlicht frech. 5'er-Box geschmacksfreies Hühnerfilet vom gepflegten Zuchtstallhuhn und die superbillig Superschmalfritten knochentrocken knusprig frittiert und ein Plastikfingerhut Dip für stolze 11,49. Das ist frech und lässt sich mit MwSt-Erhöhung sowie Lohnkosten nicht erklären. Das Angebot um eine 30Cent Flasche Sprudel zu erweitern wäre psychologisch angemessen. Die Lust auf den geliebten (teuren) Kaffee ist mir dabei vergangen.

Die Rastanlage ist recht sauber. Die Toiletten sind nach einer Grubdreinigung und Desinfektion nutzbar. Viel schlimmer finde ich die Preise. Für eine in der Mikrowelle erwärmte Frikadelle mit Pommes und ne Literflasche Cola finde ich knapp 19 Euro völlig überteuert

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, guter Kaffee. Frühstücken kann man ganz gut dort und mir persönlich schmeckt die Chicken Box.

Spędzałem tu niedzielę. Mały parking mieszczący ok 12 zestawów. Mały punkt handlowy z prysznicem i toaletami. Dodatkowo toaleta nocna otwierana od 22. Bardzo miła obsługa. Mówią po angielsku. Prysznic czysty, dość mały. Toalety bardzo czyste. Generalnie cisza i spokój choć słychać hałas od autostrady. Stacja ładowania pojazdów e-on w budowie. Brak stacji paliw, ale dużo osobówek staje na chwilę przerwy. Parking oświetlony w nocy. Fajne spokojne miejsce. Polecam, a obsłudze dziękuję i życzę wszystkiego dobrego.

Kostenfreie Toilette (heute sehr selten). Knusprige Fritten, frisch gemacht und leckere Currywurst. Freundlicher Service.
