I visited three times within five days. Each time, I was not disappointed with the orderliness, hygiene, and cleanliness. The staff is very friendly, great with children, and immediately anticipates guests' needs, unlike in other establishments where they work in a rather anticipatory manner. The individual buffet stations were promptly refilled as needed, and dishes and other items were collected directly from the tables. This demonstrates the excellent training provided to the staff by management. All in all, a visit is highly recommended, and the price-performance ratio is absolutely fair. Thank you for the wonderful dining experience.

We were here on January 9, 2026, for a birthday celebration and wanted to have a nice evening. The ambiance and the restaurant itself are really lovely. However, the first dishes arrived at our table only about five minutes after we ordered, which immediately raised some questions. Preparing schnitzel and similar dishes fresh in that time seemed almost impossible. Unfortunately, this impression was confirmed: the food was a disaster; everything was cold, as if the dishes had already been prepared. And the restaurant wasn't even full. I ordered nachos with guacamole. The guacamole was obviously frozen and only briefly thawed – the bowl was completely full of thawing water. The tomatoes were also completely watery, and the onions looked old and wrinkled. After I showed this to the staff, they took the bowl away, but then simply said there was nothing they could do. That was very disappointing. The cocktails were also very bad. A Long Island Iced Tea that doesn't taste like alcohol at all is simply unacceptable. Overall, it seemed as if the staff had absolutely no motivation to address the criticism or offer a solution. A real shame – this is definitely not a store we'll be visiting again.

The New Year's Eve event on December 31st, starting at 7 pm, was fantastic! A great atmosphere, lovely guests, and a large, friendly, and always helpful service team. Superbly organized, no crowding despite being fully booked, beautifully decorated interior, delicious and varied buffet, a wide selection of drinks, and an impressive fireworks display—all for a fixed price that I personally consider reasonable. Thank you for the wonderful evening! We promise we won't wait until New Year's Eve 2026 to come back!

The 2025/26 Happy New Year's Party "1001 Nights" was a great success. Thank you to all the staff for the fantastic party: perfect timing from the first drink to the last. The buffet was so delicious, the service was simply superb, and a beautiful fireworks display was the icing on the cake. Instead of celebrating yourselves, you gave us a wonderful start to the new year. Thanks also to the DJs; you created a fantastic atmosphere. I wish you all a happy, prosperous, and above all, healthy new year, with many unexpected and wonderful twists and turns.

We were there for breakfast and had to sit inside wearing our winter jackets. The plates were ice-cold, the pancakes were ice-cold, but on the plus side, the sausage was nice and fresh! How can that be??? Family breakfast in an icebox. And clearing plates is overrated!!!

A nice location with a large parking lot. Two disabled parking spaces right at the entrance. Very friendly and attentive staff, moderate prices. The food (we had kibbeling) was very greasy and oily, with oil floating on the plate. Deep fryer, obviously, and quick to prepare… The ambiance is somewhat reminiscent of a Spanish cantina, as is the noise level.

The food is great, whether it's a pizza at lunchtime or the large breakfast buffet on the weekend. Service is usually attentive and quick. One minor drawback is the rather large and noisy [location/area] in the building.

Hello, it's Christmas today 🎄. But the reservation staff were completely overwhelmed; we had to take a stroller upstairs, even though we had mentioned bringing a stroller when we made the reservation a year ago! The most outrageous thing was that elderly people were allowed to sit downstairs because of the stairs!!!! We're over 65! The service staff were great! Sincerely, R. Diekmann P.S. Unfortunately, quite disappointing. The waitress was very unfriendly from the start, and we felt like we were intruding. When we asked for food, she suddenly said the kitchen was already closed – even though my colleague had been able to order food without any problems just 10 minutes earlier. When I then asked for a dessert plate, I only got an annoyed "I'll check later" in an extremely condescending tone. Of course, nothing more came of it. The cappuccino also arrived cold. The service was truly abysmal, with zero hospitality. It's definitely not a place you'd want to stay long – let alone return to.

I met up with a very old friend here and I must say, the staff were very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. We didn't eat anything, but we did have drinks, and everything tasted delicious. The price-performance ratio was also very good, and above all, the atmosphere was lovely. If you want to go for breakfast on a Sunday, you should definitely make a reservation. It gets very busy, but they offer quality and service at fair prices.

There were seven of us celebrating my birthday, and we had specifically reserved a table on the balcony. Despite our reservation, we were told to just sit wherever there was space. As a result, we were very uncomfortable, and it was so cold that we had to keep our jackets on. The drinks service was also disorganized: five people were served immediately, while two others had to wait about 15 minutes. The homemade lemonade was unfortunately very watered down. The food was also disappointing – all the dishes arrived cold. Overall, a very disappointing visit. We'll never go back.

We went for brunch, which started off great. Initially, our tables were mixed up with those of another group. Unfortunately, this also happened when it came time to pay... the wrong drinks/quantities were on our bill (even though the correct number was explicitly stated when we paid). We left when a very loud live football stream started playing in front of us (without any prior notice or mention when we made the reservation), making it very unpleasant and impossible to hear ourselves speak. Furthermore, it was generally very crowded around the tables.

I've been a regular customer at Celona cafés for many years, regardless of which city I'm in. However, what I experienced today at the Celona in Bielefeld was exceptionally bad. The waitress, Amina, completely ruined our atmosphere with her behavior. In our opinion, her conduct was entirely inappropriate and absolutely unacceptable for a restaurant. We even felt compelled to ask another waitress to serve us, as we didn't want to have any further contact with Ms. Amina. I therefore urge the management to investigate this incident and take appropriate action. I hope I never have to have such an experience again.

A lovely, spacious restaurant spread over two floors, with a large and extensive buffet featuring several sections offering rolls, cakes, and omelets. A children's buffet with sweets is also available, and dogs are welcome. Highly recommended.

A few months ago, I had an unpleasant experience here with a drunk customer who sexually harassed me. Even after I informed the staff, a waitress actually defended him ("just let him be") and he was allowed to sit there peacefully and finish his beer (while, of course, he could look over at me the whole time). Even when he touched another waitress, none of the other staff felt obligated to intervene. It's nice that such values ​​are promoted here.

The service and food have always been so-so, but the ambiance and location made it worth overlooking. But what goes on at the Finca in the evenings these days is just crazy. You don't feel safe anymore, the atmosphere is oppressive, and the music turns it into a hip-hop club. I haven't been there in ages. I definitely wouldn't recommend going there in the evening. Maybe for breakfast again sometime, but otherwise, absolutely not. It's a shame about the place.

The spicy burger was pretty good. Sometime around 9 pm, they turned the music up SO LOUD that you couldn't understand a thing! You practically had to shout to be heard, and I got hoarse! We were sitting near the kitchen, where there was a speaker. I don't know if it was that loud for everyone, but in a bar, you want to eat, drink, and TALK!!! The server couldn't understand us, and she couldn't understand us... It's not a disco, after all... The first server was awful: there were already other people in front of me ordering drinks, and when I could, she came along with three "BEERS," and no one had spoken to her. I thought maybe they'd mixed up the tables. I asked what kind of beer it was. She said, "REGULAR BEER." I said, "You have different kinds, is this Krombacher?" She said, "Regular beer..." I said, "Oh, come on, it doesn't matter, I'll take one so I don't have to wait." I took a sip: it's a shandy... I said, "I think this is a shandy." She: Yeah, yeah, it's a shandy 🤯 Then I say: I didn't want a shandy. She looks at me. I say, a shandy isn't a REGULAR BEER... She looks at me again... I push the mug away and continue looking at the menu. Eventually, she did take it away. From the beginning, she had a really affected expression. Later, two proper beers were brought, and no one spoke up... It was all their fault: The shandy they brought was misnamed, so no one spoke up. Later, they probably thought regular beer had been ordered and brought that, but no one had ordered that. And eventually, they did bring shandy to those who had actually ordered one. The other two girls were nice.

We went to the breakfast buffet as a family – it just so happened to be on the day Arminia vs. Schalke matchday. The food was delicious and the selection was okay, but the service was completely overwhelmed. Three orders weren't delivered, and they tried to blame us. When I finally honestly admitted that not everything was okay, they became really rude: We should "think about it next time" and "find a quieter restaurant." Their explanation was that they had worked double shifts the night before and "had to remain friendly." Absolutely unacceptable – the food was good, but the customer service was unfortunately disrespectful. We won't be back.

I was there last Sunday and had a truly wonderful experience. We chose a piece of cake and asked a waitress what flavors they had. We were struck by how attentive and respectful she was. She immediately explained, without us even asking, which cakes contained alcohol and that all the cakes were gelatin-free. I was particularly impressed by how sensitive and respectful she was, despite not being of Muslim background herself. This isn't something to be taken for granted, but rather a sign of genuine consideration for guests with different needs. This made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The cake was also incredibly delicious. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I spent the 29th anniversary reunion there with my school class. This was the second time that the last few had to pay €40 more because someone else supposedly didn't pay for something. Half a year ago, we had the same situation. This time, we paid close attention. Ordered two Cokes, but only one came. I reordered, and it was written down again. Late in the evening, I waited half an hour for a water and didn't get it. It still had to be billed. The young waiter brought three different devices upstairs and said there was still an outstanding bill, even though everything had supposedly been paid beforehand. I had to drive all the way to Kalletal and was sober, so I was able to assess the situation well, like almost all of my former classmates. I hope this isn't a scam. We won't hold the next reunions there because of this. What some guests also don't understand is how to leave the restrooms; people pee next to them and throw used paper towels next to the sink. This could also be taken into account by employees or management.

I really have to say that the food at Gelobst is not good. The schnitzel is hard as a rock, and the food arrived after about 4 minutes, faster than the drinks! To me that means it was all pre-made. I can understand that for some things, but the schnitzel is made quickly... €17.50 for slightly hard fries, all of them already dark and hard, plus the really hard schnitzel is a real disgrace!!! I won't be eating there again!!! A complete rip-off, the food is better in every restaurant (everyday). The baked potato was only slightly warm... no thanks. ...but the service was good... yay.

A very nice place and a great way to watch football if you didn't get tickets and don't necessarily want to watch it at home. But we ate there for the first time yesterday and were disappointed. The food was cold, the schnitzel was frozen and the currywurst wasn't a real currywurst, more like currybock sausage with a bit of ketchup and curry powder. The seating upstairs is disastrous, incredibly uncomfortable, all the guests who were sitting upstairs went downstairs because of the chairs. So we will never eat there again. As for the service, our server was completely out of it, the others were great, super friendly, a great team all round.

Today was our first time there. We had breakfast at the buffet. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide selection of all kinds of dishes. A large selection of cold cuts, cheeses, pastries, desserts, fruits, and vegetables. The restaurant is large and cozy. There are plenty of tables inside and outside. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. Outside, there are many flowers, beautiful palm trees, and other trees. For children, there is a small playground with sand and a slide. There is free parking.

Hello, we come regularly and were disappointed with the service yesterday. At first it took about 10 minutes for someone to come to our table (the place was empty, the staff chatting away). I went in person and then ordered my drinks at the bar. Later someone came to take our food. Unfortunately the table was very sticky so we had to ask them to clean it. After an annoyed look and some blaming our colleagues the guy disappeared again. Unlike the staff table at the bar, our candle remained out. It is also very strange when the waiter keeps walking past the empty glass without asking if you would like something else to drink. I then got myself a large drink, again at the bar, so I don't have to walk so much. The food and atmosphere were at least pleasant. Overall, however, the service marred the good food.

Unfortunately, I have to say that the food has deteriorated considerably, and they sometimes struggle to keep up with orders and always deliver the wrong order. Also, you shouldn't go there if you want a quiet atmosphere, because the music is way too loud, so you have to shout at your partner to have a conversation.

Breakfast buffet... Unfortunately, everything was cheap pre-baked goods; some, like the croissants, weren't even baked properly and were completely dry. The selection of cold cuts and cheeses was good, but again, everything was pre-packaged discount store quality. The scrambled eggs were very good, always nice and hot and fresh. The rest of the food was also good. The staff was very attentive and extremely friendly.

Celona is the nicest Café & Bar I've ever visited. A fantastic atmosphere with a holiday feel. Plenty of seating downstairs, upstairs, and outside. The staff was plentiful on a Friday evening and very attentive and polite. It was busy, and drinks came quickly. A definite recommendation.
