It's a rustic pub, and not exactly quiet. If you don't mind running into someone who's had too much to drink, this is the place for you. The food was absolutely top-notch. The steaks were super tasty and cooked to perfection (medium). The fried potatoes were just as good. So if you like things the way they used to be, this is the place for you.

Unfortunately the quality of the salmon isn't that good; there are much better options.

Eat differently. Nice young man as a waitress. Every meal prepared with love. Fries crispy and fresh. Price/performance ok.

The price-performance ratio, as well as the friendly welcome and service, are really good. We were very satisfied and will definitely return.

Sehr schönes Ambiente mit geschmackvoller Tischdekoration in einem alten Fachwerkhaus. Das Essen war ebenfalls dekorativ angerichtet, leider etwas nüchtern. Die Shitakepilze schlabrig wie aus der Dose. Eine Weinkarte wurde uns gar nicht erst angeboten, sowie auch mit Freundlichkeit gespart wurde.

If we treat ourselves to a pizza, it's one from the Pizza House from the stone oven. The pizza is always freshly prepared and we have not been disappointed yet. Over the years we have tried all the pizzas and I prefer the gyro pizza, the tuna or the California 🍕. The pizzas of the month are interesting and vary depending on the season. We can also recommend the salads, the portions are well sized and the vegetables are fresh and crunchy. 🥗So far we have pre-ordered the pizza and picked it up at Blumenlage. Our pizza was handed over to us by friendly staff.☺️ And with a bit of luck, you'll even get a parking space in front of the pizzeria in the evening 😉

There wasn't much going on the day we came and we thought that the store wouldn't live up to our high expectations - far from it. The potato bread on the Chilli Cheese Smash Burger was fluffy but crispy on the outside. The meat is nice and juicy, not dry. The buffalo wings marinated perfectly. The supplements met all requirements, the wheel was not reinvented, but it was delivered. The drinks are fresh and sparkling. All in all, the 45-minute drive was worth it and we were glad we didn't end up in Walsrode (insider). Great.
