Ich war hier mit meiner Tochter nur für ein Getränk und eine Kleinigkeit zu essen. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und freundlich, die Getränke kamen auch zeitnah, das Essen, es war nur ein Burger mit Pommes, hat wirklich über eine halbe Stunde gedauert. Es war in der Mittagszeit und auch nur ein paar Tische besetzt. Auch von anderen Tischen bekam ich mit, dass diese noch länger gewartet haben. An einem anderen Tisch wurde der Geschmack der Sauce hinterfragt, welche sauer schmeckte, Rückmeldung des Personals war dann, sie hätten einen neuen Koch, als Entschädigung gab es dann einen Burger für den Gast, immerhin. Eine Dame wartete länger als 45 Minuten auf ein Gericht welches als Mittagstisch angeboten wird. Ist natürlich super, wenn man ggf. wirklich nur Mittagspause hat. Als ich dann bezahlt habe, habe ich nett und freundlich bemängelt, dass wir schon sehr lange gewartet haben, dafür gab es dann wieder eine Ausrede und es wurde tatsächlich hinterfragt, ob ich denn auf die Uhr geschaut hätte, keine Entschuldigung oder so. Von mir definitiv keine Weiterempfehlung.

Wir waren jetzt zwei Mal im Queen's essen und beide Male war es sehr lecker! Die Burger sind richtig gut. Hier gibt es absolut nichts zu meckern! Nachtrag: Heute das erste Mal Smashburger probiert. Sehr lecker! Wir können das Queen's bedenkenlos empfehlen!

Die Burger waren super und der Service erstklassig. Obwohl sich ein Fehler auf meiner Rechnung eingeschlichen hatte, wurde dieser innerhalb von Sekunden korrigiert.

Ich war schon öfter mal mit Familie und Freunden dort. Der Service ist nett und schnell, man kann auch mit ihnen Späße machen. Die Bürger sind lecker und für den Preis lohnt es sich. Auch die Portionengröße ist geil.

Spontan zum Mittagstisch da gewesen. Netter Service, gute Portionen.. Preis Leistung passt perfekt. Queens Farmerburger mit Bratkartoffeln, Zwiebeln & Speck. 👍

Wir sind leider nicht mehr so begeistert. Die Servicemitarbeiter waren zwar sehr freundlich, aber es hat wirklich lange gedauert bis wir Karten bekommen haben und dann unsere Bestellung aufgenommen wurde. Die Getränke und das Essen kamen dann recht schnell, die Smashburger haben uns allerdings nicht umgehauen. Früher hat man wirklich richtig klasse Burger bekommen, zuletzt waren sie eher okay. Leider wurde auch nicht mehr nachgefragt, ob wir noch etwas möchten, obwohl wir gern ein zweites Getränk genommen hätten. Alles in allem würden wir nicht mehr hingehen (wobei ich früher wirklich gern und regelmäßig dort war).

Wahnsinnig gute Burger 💯 Für Familien mit Kindern ein MUSS! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ich glaube, ich hab das beste schnitzel mit Jägersouce gegessen. Wahnsinn lecker. Leider ist es im Gastraum sehr sehr laut - aufgrund der halb - offenen Küche. So wurden zum Beispiel Eiswürfel zerhäckselt - das war unwahrscheinlich laut und unangenehm.

War heute mit meinem Sohn da und leider etwas enttäuscht. Der Service ließ heute zu wünschen übrig. Essen war allerdings gut nur die Pommes waren früher besser. Als unser Essen kam bemerkte mein Sohn das bei ihm eine Soße fehlte die zum Menü dazu gehörte. Wir sagten also dem Kellner Bescheid aber er hat uns vergessen. Also nochmals jemandem Bescheid gesagt dann endlich kam die Soße. Später zu Hause fiel mir auf das sie die Soße extra berechnet haben. Also zuviel bezahlt.

Tolle Burger in modernem Ambiente

Gute Lage in der Altstadt von Celle. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr leckeres Essen zu einem guten Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Außerdem gab es schmackhafte Biersorten. Hunde dürfen auch mit ins Restaurant.

Haben heute mit der Familie dort gegessen. Burger und Steak incl Saucen waren sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und das Essen kam auch sehr schnell. Kommen gerne wieder.

Essen war okay. Der Veggie Burger ist einfach nur ein "Gemüsetaler", alles etwas matschig. Die Süßkartoffelpommes waren gut, dafür aber die Mayo eher mäßig. Service gut.

Große Portionen zu einem vernünftigen Preis

Leckeres Essen und nette Bedienung. Leider war die elektrische Schiebetür hinter der nostalgischen Holztür defekt, dadurch zog es am Abend recht kalt rein. Einige Gäste schaffen es leider auch nicht selbstständig eine Tür zu schließen.

Essen war super Lecker und frisch. Service war auch gut, leider musste ich 2x an meine Trüffel Mayonnaise erinnern. Durch die ständig offene Eingangstür war es schon sehr kalt im Restaurant.

Cooler Laden, freundliches Personal und natürlich super Burger

45 Minuten auf das Essen gewartet. Bekommen habe ich einen schlampig zubereiteten Burger mit verkochten Pommes.

Habe bis lang nur die Burger gegessen und kann diese sehr empfehlen, sehr sehr lecker! Der Service ist super aufmerksam und schnell. Das Essen kommt auch echt schnell. Wenn man einen leckeren Burger essen möchte, dann definitiv hier!! 🥰

War mit meiner Freundin zum zweiten Mal hier essen. Sind sehr sehr zufrieden. Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend und wird schnell serviert. Die Bedienung ist sehr höflich und humorvoll. Wenn wir wieder Celle besuchen, werden wir wieder hier essen.

Der Burger war absolut Klasse! Preislich nicht ganz günstig aber für die Qualität IO. Zu dem Zeitpunkt wo ich da war war es relativ voll und daher ein bisschen laut aber ist halt so wenn der Laden gut ist! Würde immer wieder kommen!

A nice restaurant. The burger was very good. It was the Queen's Special with 350 grams of meat. Actually, 10 out of 10 points, except for the bun, which couldn't hold its own against the rest of the burger. Unfortunately, it's not suitable for someone who likes to eat their burger with their hands, because while it tastes good, it's too fluffy and falls apart easily.

First of all: thank you to the entire team. Yesterday's visit was truly a highlight of our week! :) Yesterday afternoon, my daughter and I went to Queen's Burger for dinner. The visit started off perfectly. When we arrived, we were greeted very warmly by a member of staff. We were quite early, so most of the tables were still free, and we could choose our own seats. The staff member thoughtfully recommended seats that would be warmer later on, even with more customers arriving and the cold weather. Later, this same staff member took a break, and we were served by another employee. He was also very friendly and gave my daughter a sweet treat (after checking with me beforehand) as we left. The food was also very, very good. Since the name itself says "burger," I naturally ordered one. They offer a choice of 125g and 250g patties. I highly recommend the 250g patty! The patty was cooked medium, making it juicy. The ratio of sauce to meat was perfect, and the burger bun was a very soft, fresh brioche bun. It was simply fantastic. My daughter, who doesn't usually eat beef burgers, still chose the kids' burger because she didn't feel like nuggets that day, and she enjoyed it so much that she now wants to try burgers more often. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

All in all, it was a wonderful visit last night. Everything tasted delicious – the service was also excellent. We'd love to come back again.

Hi, we were at this restaurant on October 30, 2025. The staff is friendly, attentive, and competent. The food was delicious, and the portions were more than generous. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back.

Food was great, service was top-notch!! If I had to find fault with something, it would perhaps be the acoustics. When the restaurant is full, it's difficult to have a conversation, but that's really nitpicking ;) still, 5 stars from me.

The service seemed rather annoyed, the restaurant wasn't that busy, and despite that, the food took almost an hour to arrive. One burger was wrong, another was cooked well despite ordering medium, the sauces we ordered were forgotten, and generally the burger was just okay and relatively cold. Two of us ordered dessert – the first arrived after a short while. The second dessert was forgotten. We're usually always satisfied, but this was probably our last visit… what a shame!

Both the food and the service were beyond friendly. Highly recommended. The burger, which was prepared right in front of our eyes in the open kitchen, was super fresh, and the burger bun was simply delicious, super fresh and soft. The delicious hot chocolate dessert rounded things off perfectly. See you soon.

The burgers and fries were very good. The service was also excellent. Very courteous and quick. When we were there, it was quite chilly in the restaurant, so it didn't feel very cozy.

Super delicious burgers and friendly staff!

We stopped here today at my son's request. Everything tasted good, but I expected more for the high price. My request for fries instead of potato wedges seemed to be forgotten. I don't think it's fair to have to pay extra for a side order change. The service was good and very friendly. The background music was too loud for me personally.

I came here on the recommendation of a work colleague during my stay. The staff is very polite and attentive, absolutely ideal. The restaurant itself is also very nice and tastefully decorated – it's a very pleasant place to sit. I had a burger with curly fries here, and it was absolutely delicious. The only criticism I could find was the burger bun, which was a bit flabby and small compared to the rest of the burger. Otherwise, I can only praise it and would definitely recommend eating here.

We spontaneously went to Queens for the second time. As absolute burger experts and enthusiasts, we naturally have high expectations of the burgers on offer. We thought it was a shame that when ordering the burger, they didn't ask you how you wanted your patty. The be-all and end-all of a good burger is the patty. The burger arrived and was prepared with homemade sauce. On to our burger review: Burger 1 was a smashed cheeseburger. The meat was good 👍 The bun was definitely frozen, but OK. The sauce distribution wasn't very good, unfortunately, as most of it was only in the middle. The meat could have been fresh 👍 Our fries were of a good standard. Burger 2 was vegetarian. The vegetable patty was unfortunately frozen again. You can always tell that with veggies. Unfortunately, the ingredients are usually a bit harder due to the freezing process. All in all, the food was okay, but I wouldn't necessarily go back for a burger. However, there are few good burger options in Celle. The drink selection is absolutely top-notch. The service is very good. The cleanliness is fine, except for the restrooms, which could be improved. The price/performance ratio is absolutely fine.

I think the concept is a total success. The food is great and there's a huge selection. There's something for everyone here. The burgers are really great. At least the onion rings are still good and not a mess. There are lots of homemade products, even in the drinks. The staff were all very friendly and willing to help. The advice was excellent. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area. Thank you for the great experience.

Several of us went there for dinner on a Saturday. I had the large Queen's Special Burger with sweet potato fries instead of potato wedges. My wife had the Queen's Grill with baked potato instead of fries. Both were very tasty. There's a debate about whether to charge extra for changing the side dish. For my taste, the chairs outside were quite uncomfortable, but that's just my personal opinion. The service was very friendly and everything was clean. Definitely a recommendation.

We stumbled upon this place by chance and were so happy we did! Very friendly staff! The homemade burgers and fries (also homemade) were absolutely delicious! The prices were perfectly reasonable, and we had a lovely outdoor seating area. We'd love to come back if we're ever back in beautiful Celle!

The food was delicious but the service was awful... I rarely write reviews but this was a disaster. We ordered the truffle burger and got Italian. After we mentioned it, the waitress looked at the burger and said it was truffle, but it wasn't. The receipt also said Italian. When taking our order, she sat half on the other table, didn't write down the order and came back to ask for it again. The garlic bread (as a starter) was forgotten and then came right in the middle (after we asked again). My burger was supposed to be without pickles, but this was also ignored and I unfortunately had to have it made again. The dessert was also slow to arrive and ended up being cold. After everything, we were told that the garlic bread was on the house... but it was then added to the bill. A real shame. Unfortunately, there is room for improvement.

A cozy and simple place with really delicious burgers! The waitress was very friendly, and you can even watch your order being prepared since they have an open kitchen. What I liked the most was the variety of burgers 😍 — from classic ones to original options, for example with mushrooms or avocado, as well as Greek, Italian, and many others. Definitely recommend!

We spontaneously stopped by for dinner today (2 adults and 2 children) and were more than satisfied. The service was friendly and prompt. The selection was more than plentiful. The food was incredibly delicious and even our children (who are usually a little picky about food) enjoyed it. All in all, we were very satisfied and would come back anytime.

My favorite burger in Celle! A very underrated dish is the chicken salad. The food and drinks are simply world-class. With the simply cool atmosphere, going to Queens Essen is always an experience. The service team welcomes every guest with open arms, making everyone feel at home. A top-notch team!

We went there for dinner yesterday, received a very friendly welcome, and were allowed to choose a table, then sat by the window. The tables were beautifully decorated, and the bench was comfortable, even though my jacket initially slipped down because of the gap between the seat and the backrest. Ordering was quick, and all our special requests were accommodated. The food arrived a short time later; everything was top-notch, and each of our special requests was perfectly fulfilled. The only thing I have to complain about is the stairs to the restroom. Unfortunately, I'm not very good on my feet these days, and the stairs are a spiral staircase that feels a bit wobbly, so I didn't feel particularly safe on them. The restroom was clean with plenty of toilet paper, soap was provided, and there were plenty of paper towels for drying hands. All in all, highly recommended, and I'd go back.

I love coming to Queens with friends and colleagues! It's uncomplicated, delicious, and there's a table available for any group size. The service is always friendly, courteous, and attentive! The quality of the food is excellent, and I'm always satisfied. Highly recommended!

We were in Celle last weekend and "unfortunately" decided on this restaurant. We ordered a cheeseburger and a regular burger. To say it straight away: I am a very frugal eater and actually eat everything. That was the first time I couldn't finish my meal in a restaurant. And by could I mean it was really inedible. The service was also quite unfriendly. Unfortunately not recommended.

Quickly ordered something to take away. I received a very friendly welcome. The restaurant seems very clean to me and is nicely decorated. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries. The preparation was quick and the food was very hot. The only drawback was the burger sauce, which didn't suit my taste. I was also surprised to find fried onions on my burger. For me, fresh or carmelized onions should be on there. All in all it was delicious.

To the burger In my opinion these are not real patties. The meat is very pressed, which means you don't have that typical soft and, above all, juicy meat. To the spare ribs Unfortunately, the meat here is not at all tender. I know that you can easily remove the meat from the bone. That was definitely not the case. You literally had to rip it off the bone. The drinks, the service and the side dishes were okay. Therefore, on the whole, unfortunately only 2 stars for the quality of the food, and 5 stars for the service. So a total of 3 stars

I am absolutely thrilled. The Champions Burger was a delight. Haven't eaten a better one anywhere. The service was super friendly and attentive, which made the visit even more enjoyable. At the end there was a delicious waffle for dessert that was nice and fluffy. It was a great evening – I’ll definitely be back.

It's always great to be with you, you'll find incredibly delicious food but you'll also find a great team here. The staff is very accommodating and caters to every request despite the delay. We got a place very quickly (with 8 people) and we recommend it to you The burger platter and the homemade lemonade are hard to beat when it comes to taste

The burger was absolutely fantastic! Perfectly grilled meat, juicy and spicy, with fresh ingredients that harmonized perfectly in terms of taste. The crusty roll was the perfect base, and the homemade sauce gave the whole thing that certain something. Every bite was a delight! The service was equally impressive: friendly, attentive and quick. Our waitress was always there without being intrusive and accompanied us through the evening with a smile. You can tell that the satisfaction of the guests is important here. Queens Citizen is really a great restaurant that I can only recommend! The food is simply great – from the juicy burgers to the delicious side dishes, everything is freshly prepared and tastes great. The selection of different burger variations is particularly impressive, so there is something for every taste. The staff is more than friendly and makes you feel comfortable straight away. They are attentive, helpful and always ready. Overall, Queens offers citizens a great combination of delicious food and top-notch service, making it a perfect place for a relaxing evening. I can only warmly recommend it!

The employees sitting in the corner and watching loud videos on their cell phones is very inappropriate.

Unfortunately, we were misled by the good reviews. As soon as we entered the restaurant it gave the impression of a shisha bar and the employees were mainly busy with their cell phones. But we thought so many good reviews… let's try it. At one point the “cook” even left the (open) kitchen to get something from outside the restaurant. I question the hygiene concept here. The burgers were also average at best. We won't be coming back. Too bad!
