Die besten Restaurants mit Restaurant Essen in Göhren

Hatten für den 2.3.24 einen Tisch bestellt, daran wurden wir 1 Tag vorher per Mail erinnert. Abends dann die große Überraschung, das Restaurant geschlossen, die Fenster mit Folie verklèbt. Absoluter Hohn: Am nächsten Tag kam dann eine Mail mit der Frage, ob uns der Besuch gefallen hat!

Food was delicious. Staff was a bit unfriendly.

We were probably unlucky there. After entering the restaurant and asking whether the table we were aiming for was still free, we were told rather rudely that we would be seated and whether we hadn't read the sign? Unfortunately we didn't and after this greeting in the style and tone of the past GDR customs and other, not exactly hospitable comments, we left the restaurant. It's a shame, the card promised a different style. Especially since another person entered the restaurant with us and sat down at a table without being seated or reprimanded. The information was probably on a small sign, which in turn was on a mini easel on the floor at the entrance and which I only noticed when it was held under my nose. I don't have a problem with a placement either, but please do so in such a way that you are warmly welcomed at the entrance and told that you will be shown to the place. That's how much time and service there should be if that's the style of the house.

The cake is a must!!! We came here hungry from a long walk. Rather inconspicuous from the outside, but very pleasant, inviting and warm inside. The dishes we had were all delicious. I would like to highlight the fried potatoes, I have never seen such sweet little slices that had perfect browning and consistency. We also had cake for dessert, all three different cakes were perfect, you could taste that they were all homemade. Service was super nice and the toilets were super clean.

Were there for dinner on October 31, 2024. The food was a bomb in terms of taste, I had penne with scampi and my wife ordered a fish soup and then a soljianka. Would have liked to eat there again, but unfortunately it was the last day before the company holidays.

We hesitated for a long time until we decided to try the buffet (barbeque) due to the high price. It exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect: adequate selection (not too much - not too little), lovingly prepared and very tasty. Extremely friendly and fast service. Absolutely recommended, the price-performance ratio is right!

We found space at short notice. Ate shrimp with garlic sauce as a starter and found the sauce sensationally good. I didn't know the fish soup, but it was also very, very tasty. Spaghetti with spicy shrimp is also recommended. We'll be back...

First of all, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is quite good. But the dinner in the form of a 4-course menu is not of acceptable quality, although the price is not high. They are more like “building block” dishes, consisting of individual ready-made components, all of which are of poor quality. The presentation is still okay, but the taste is bland and typical of convenience products, uniform, without variety. - the sauce level on the plates was already dry, which shows that the plate was prepared far too early and was left in the refrigerator for ages - the rocket salad for the starter was then placed dry on the plate, also far too long before serving, it should have at least been marinated and not just superficially covered with sauce, - the ham for the starter consisted of three wafer-thin slices (which is actually good), but the slices were stuck together to form a thick one and seemed careless and brought to the plate in a lump - Garnish (apple slices) were brown and not fresh either - the game broth tasted best/strong, but lacked the typical game taste and could have been made from beef - the sauce from the main course only tasted like a typical ready-made product - the corn semolina slices (similar to polenta) were simply dried out and tasteless - the braised leg slice was soft enough but slightly burnt - the Swiss roll for dessert was also dried out (like the sauce), because it was cut and prepared too early, and didn't taste good either, The sorbet was one of the best of the other desserts, so you can't go wrong Overall, it seems as if an attempt was made to prepare the cheapest ready-made products reasonably well on the plate, and not by a trained chef, but by assistant staff who have to fill gaps in the kitchen. Hence the early pre-ordering of the menu (already upon arrival or at breakfast) in order to be able to prepare everything well in advance and then at least be able to serve the guest with the food quickly. What is particularly unpleasant is that the photos of food shown in the hotel and on the website have nothing to do with the reality on site. As a guest you feel a little fooled. Even the very low price is of no use; we would rather pay more if the quality is good. Hence the recommendation to eat out for dinner.

Some of the food was very good. The Viennese style schnitzels were dry and deep fried. The older chef worked without gloves, a no go for me, so 1 point deducted.

Haben Spareribs und Fisch bestellt. Spareribs habe ich noch nie so schlecht gegessen und selbiges wurde über den Fisch gesagt. Die Spareribs waren völlig durchweicht, BBQ kaum zu erahnen. Fisch war in der friteuse gemacht, also alles gefühlt wie Fertiggerichte aus der Mikrowelle oder friteuse. Die Bedienung war sehr nett, da gibt es nichts zu meckern, aber essenstechnisch ( bin eigentlich nicht schneubisch) war es nicht wirklich annähernd lecker. Salate waren ebenfalls Fertiggerichte aus dem Supermarkt

The Greek exceeded my expectations. The dishes were very well prepared and were very tasty. The guest room is freshly wallpapered and made very inviting by the new young operating couple in the short time of renovation. The service is excellent. Classic and modern Greek cuisine and hospitality are lived here. We wish you a good start to the new season and always satisfied guests. We'd love to come back.

Small, cozy fish restaurant with super tasty dishes at a good price. Nice terrace with a great view. Highly recommended.
