We had dinner in the restaurant with three people on April 11, 2025. Each of us loved the food served to us. Rum steak, turkey steak and pork steak grilled to perfection. The service was absolutely friendly and accommodating. The furnishings are a bit old, but that doesn't matter much given the food and the friendly welcome. In summary: simply great.

We were warmly welcomed with a smile, "which has also become rare". Sooo..... and now to the actual topic (FOOD).. Awesome. Overwhelmingly good. The portions were very good and very tasty. We had schnitzel with fries, which is more than enough for one person... Pap full :-).. And super tasty too. Salad dressing will knock your socks off. Mega But now to the Hammer Argentinian rump steak, which was by far the tastiest rump steak I've eaten in years. MY HUGE COMPLIMENT. On the one hand, there was a huge portion, and on the other hand, those onions that were included as a side dish made my taste buds explode, combined with the fried potatoes, it was a really well-rounded thing. The rump steak was quite large so not a mini portion. Price performance very fair and in keeping with time. Conclusion: I can recommend it to anyone who values ​​good food more than interior design. Don't misinterpret! Everything fits together perfectly... Thanks to the Waldhorn team.

The Ratskeller was highly recommended, but has been closed since the end of February due to the city administration's own needs.

At the snack bar we got a dead-fried bratwurst that had no juice left and was therefore very dry. After complaining, there was at least a new one, which was better but not that great.
