I had liver, which was good. I wanted dessert, crepes with Nutella, but it arrived cold; normally it's served warm. Unfortunately, it was very cold. The owner came and started arguing, saying she'd just made it. I wondered why it was so cold. Even my colleagues confirmed it was cold. Unfortunately, the owner wasn't open to criticism and complained, telling me I didn't have to pay for it, even though I hadn't eaten any of it. Then she stormed off in a rage, and that's completely unacceptable. I won't be recommending this place, and neither will my colleagues; they said such behavior towards customers is unacceptable, even though I was in the right. I only gave it three stars because of the delicious main course; we also had to wait a long time for the drinks.

Hey, unfortunately not the best experience. We're big fans of Balkan food, but that wasn't it.

We went to this restaurant with relatively high expectations because the beautifully designed flyers promised authentic cuisine and a special atmosphere. The ambiance is quite nice; the seating is comfortable and modern. Unfortunately, it's not "typically Balkan" as I had expected, but still pleasant. The server, who was on her first day, was friendly and attentive – excellent! However, the food was unfortunately absolutely subpar. The meat was burnt, barely seasoned, and somehow it was little more than "fast food quality." It's a real shame, because the restaurant's concept really has potential.

The visit was simply fantastic. Even though I only drank two delicious Eschweger Zwickel beer (a type of beer from the region), the owner was incredibly friendly, the restaurant was clean – very modern, see photos – and I felt very welcome despite "only" having two beers. I definitely recommend it. Thank you.

We were on tour again and stopped in at short notice. Extremely friendly service, great even with individual requests. The food was delicious. Highly recommended.

It's difficult for me to give a review. The service was friendly, and the restaurant still has the stylish decor from its predecessor. Unfortunately, the food was nothing. Too dry, too fatty, and underseasoned. The meat quality was poor. The rump steak was almost raw. There was one drink, and after that, no one served it. The chicken nuggets for my child were good, and the side salad was good. I won't be going there anymore, which is a shame.

The food was delicious, but only 3 stars because the daily cake—a raspberry slice—was charged at €8.00. I've never paid more than €4.30 for a piece of cake in Heli!

It's a chic restaurant with a great atmosphere. I really enjoyed it and will definitely go there again. The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. The waitresses were a real dining experience. She was incredibly friendly, funny, and honest. She did a great job. Thank you all so much. It was lovely.

The food was nothing special; the meat resembled that of a discount store. The liver was grilled to death, and the salad was served with ready-made dressing. The steak was seared too hot and therefore undercooked. The value for money was poor, and the Balkan restaurant is not recommended.

It wasn't tasty, way too much fat, some of the meat was blackened or overcooked, and the sauce was pre-made and not homemade. Not recommended. I won't go there again!

Delicious steak Friendly service

Tried the new Balkan restaurant today. As far as I know, there are enough parking spaces around it. The service was friendly and attentive. Only grilled dishes were ordered. Unfortunately I have to say that this was the worst Balkan restaurant I have ever been to. The meat was dry, the cevape were difficult to cut and were not juicy but rather tough. In general, the meat was below average in terms of taste and quality. This restaurant is definitely not recommended.

I would have given five stars if the music wasn't so loud and that I could have paid with a debit card. The food was super tasty.

We always enjoyed eating there when we wanted a good schnitzel...We had an order for home...unfortunately the duck fat schnitzel and the sauce were very salty...so they were completely inedible and the schnitzel looked like frozen schnitzel...convenience product...even two products were stuck together. It's a shame...unfortunately in recent years the subject of schnitzel has declined significantly...there was never a response to an email with the same content as here...I don't need it anymore!

So in itself it was a very nice atmosphere, but the schnitzel was really a laughing stock... I honestly found a little piece of convenience schnitzel (doesn't have to be bad because convenience) with a bit of sour cream sauce to be a bit sad, even if it was still reasonably priced. I just don't always understand why it's so difficult to offer home-style cooking... the fries were pretty much a waste... all in all it tasted good but was more of a small child's portion. The service was very courteous and tried very hard, which was very positive. But for me there probably won't be a second visit.

Schnitzel from the deep fryer (looked like ready-made products), are simply slapped carelessly onto the plate. No lettuce leaf etc., just nothing. It was like something from a snack bar. The ambience was very nice. Service was very friendly. Not again and unfortunately no recommendation either

Absolutely deserves all 5 stars. A nice, cozy restaurant with a pleasant and quiet ambience. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Personally, I thought the short menu was great; there was something for every taste and not so overloaded that you lost track of the selection of dishes. The food was very delicious. The highlight was of course the food served on the hot stones, which I had never seen before but thought it was great. The chocolate lava cake deserves its own hymn of praise. All in all, I was very satisfied, I found the reservation via WhatsApp very practical and the price-performance ratio was more than fair. We had a lovely Mother's Day there, thank you very much for that.

We were here with the family to celebrate my mother's birthday with a nice dinner. The main item on the menu are the so-called “Hot Stones”. Here you get a 350° hot stone and sizzle your meat to your desired degree of doneness. This is especially great with steaks, as you can decide slice by slice whether you want the piece to be medium or medium-well, etc. Plus the meal is enhanced as an experience :D. Everything tasted excellent, including the “ready-made” dishes we ordered, which were not prepared on the hot stone itself. There are also desserts that are delivered as hot stones (crepe dough that you can sizzle yourself or flambéed raspberries with vanilla ice cream). Definitely worth an experience and again an experience that goes beyond just the food. As I said, all the dishes were delicious and the service was excellent from reception to farewell! Price-performance is also great here. In other restaurants we would probably have paid 30% more overall. Plus here you still have the hot stone experience that you wouldn't have in other restaurants. So in short: a clear recommendation if not an insider tip. Immediately after the meal we decided that we would come back next month! :D Many thanks to the Ebrechts team for the great evening and see you soon!

We had 2 x meat from the hot stone, 1 x vegetarian schnitzel alternative and 1 x turkey schnitzel. The meat for the hot stone, the side dishes (sweet potato fries, grilled vegetables) and dips such as alioli or herb sour cream were all excellent. Vegetarian schnitzel alternative was good, unfortunately the turkey schnitzel was a ready-made version, so given the generally high quality of the meat we would have preferred a home-breaded schnitzel. Small but good wine selection. Nice atmosphere, pleasant unobtrusive but attentive service. All in all a lovely evening. We'd love to come back.

We were there for the second time in three weeks and it was again incredibly tasty. Everyone had ordered different dishes (vegetarian schnitzel, steak on the hot stone, burger, grill platter, salad, dessert) and every single one was excellent. Since the restaurant was very busy, the wait for food was a little longer, but it was okay since everything was freshly prepared. But the service was really attentive and we got our drinks quickly. Nice ambience, attentive service, super delicious food = 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Super friendly staff. Great food. Respond to wishes, especially special children's wishes. Super cute little children's corner, but big enough for 3 children to play comfortably. Highly recommended with children. It's best to reserve a table.

Chic restaurant with delicious food and great service. The service staff are very friendly and on the ball. When eating, you can prepare your own steak and dessert on a hot stone or order it ready-made. Steaks, schnitzels, including sauces and side dishes are very tasty.
