Restaurant Ebrechts in Hessisch Lichtenau

We always enjoyed eating there when we wanted a good schnitzel...We had an order for home...unfortunately the duck fat schnitzels and the sauce were very salty...so they were completely inedible and the schnitzels looked like frozen schnitzels...convenience product...even two products were stuck together. It's a shame...unfortunately in recent years the subject of schnitzel has declined significantly...there was never a response to an email with the same content as here...I don't need it anymore!

So in itself a very nice atmosphere, but the schnitzel was really a laughing stock... I honestly found a little piece of convenience schnitzel (doesn't have to be bad because convenience) with a little sour cream sauce, even if it was priced well still kept within limits. I just don't always understand why it's so difficult to offer home-style cooking... the fries were pretty much a waste... all in all it tasted good but was more of a small child's portion. The service was very courteous and tried very hard, which was very positive. But for me there probably won't be a second visit.

Schnitzel from the deep fryer (looked like ready-made products), are simply slapped carelessly onto the plate. No lettuce leaf etc., just nothing. It was like something from a snack bar. The ambience was very nice. Service was very friendly. Not again and unfortunately no recommendation either

Absolutely deserves all 5 stars. A nice, cozy restaurant with a pleasant and quiet ambience. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Personally, I thought the short menu was great; there was something for every taste and not so overloaded that you lost track of the selection of dishes. The food was very delicious. The highlight was of course the food served on the hot stones, which I had never seen before but thought it was great. The chocolate lava cake deserves its own hymn of praise. All in all, I was very satisfied, I found the reservation via WhatsApp very practical and the price-performance ratio was more than fair. We had a lovely Mother's Day there, thank you very much for that.

It was a lovely evening, with the 500g schnitzel you should be hungry. Service and ambience is top.

We were here with the family to celebrate my mother's birthday with a nice dinner. The main item on the menu are the so-called “Hot Stones”. Here you get a 350° hot stone and sizzle your meat to your desired degree of doneness. This is especially great with steaks, as you can decide slice by slice whether you want the piece to be medium or medium-well, etc. Plus the meal is enhanced as an experience :D. Everything tasted excellent, including the “ready-made” dishes we ordered, which were not prepared on the hot stone itself. There are also desserts that are delivered as hot stones (crepe dough that you can sizzle yourself or flambéed raspberries with vanilla ice cream). Definitely worth an experience and again an experience that goes beyond just the food. As I said, all the dishes were delicious and the service was excellent from reception to farewell! Price-performance is also great here. In other restaurants we would probably have paid 30% more overall. Plus here you still have the hot stone experience that you wouldn't have in other restaurants. So in short: a clear recommendation if not an insider tip. Immediately after the meal we decided that we would come back next month! :D Many thanks to the Ebrechts team for the great evening and see you soon!

We had 2 x meat from the hot stone, 1 x vegetarian schnitzel alternative and 1 x turkey schnitzel. The meat for the hot stone, the side dishes (sweet potato fries, grilled vegetables) and dips such as alioli or herb sour cream were all excellent. Vegetarian schnitzel alternative was good, unfortunately the turkey schnitzel was a ready-made version, so given the generally high quality of the meat we would have preferred a home-breaded schnitzel. Small but good wine selection. Nice atmosphere, pleasant unobtrusive but attentive service. All in all a lovely evening. We'd love to come back.

Wir waren jetzt innerhalb von drei Wochen das zweite Mal dort und es war wieder mega lecker. Alle hatten unterschiedliche Gerichte bestellt (vegetarisches Schnitzel, Steak auf dem heißen Stein, Burger, Grillplatte, Salat, Nachtisch) und jedes Einzelne war hervorragend. Da das Lokal sehr gut besucht war, war die Wartezeit aufs Essen etwas länger, aber durchaus okay, da ja alles frisch zubereitet wurde. Aber die Bedienung war wirklich aufmerksam und wir bekamen schnell unsere Getränke. Schönes Ambiente, aufmerksame Bedienung, super leckeres Essen = 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Schickes Restaurant mit leckerem Essen und tollem Service. Die Servicemitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und auf Zack. Beim Essen kann man sein Steak und Nachtisch selber, auf einem "Hot Stone" zubereiten oder man bestellt es sich fertig. Steaks, Schnitzel, inklusive Soßen und Beilagen sind sehr lecker. Preis/Leistung stimmt hier auf jeden Fall!

Wir waren heute Abend mit Freunden das erste Mal im Ebrechts, von der Vorspeise bis zur Nachspeise waren wir absolut begeistert. Super frische Salate, tolles Steak auf dem Hot Stone und ein grandioser vegetarischer Bürger. Die Nachspeisen auf dem Hot Stone sind nicht nur etwas für das Auge. Wir kommen sicher wieder und können das Restaurant absolut empfehlen. Auch der Service war sehr freundlich und professionell.

Leckeres Essen vom heißen Stein in freundlicher Umgebung

Hab einen sehr schönen und gemütlichen Abend mit lieben Freunden verbracht. Das 1. mal vom heissen Stein gespeist. Toll 👍macht im Freundeskreis Spaß. Die Süßkartoffel Pommes 🍟 ne Wucht. Alles in allem ein gelungener Abend 🌟

Ein wunderschönes Restaurant, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Wir wurden höflich begrüßt und zum Tisch geführt. Das Essen war fantastisch. Trotz, dass das Lokal gut besucht war, war der Geräuschepegel sehr niedrig. Das Preisniveau ist gehoben, aber gerechtfertigt. Es war ein sehr schöner Abend und wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank!!! Sehr gutes Essen - die Hot Stone Gerichte sind echt sehr zu empfehlen. Der Service war super freundlich, bei der Getränkeversorgung könnten der Service etwas aufmerksamer sein. Zur Entschuldigung muss man festhalten, dass das Restaurant sehr voll war...
