Went to Fulda on business and ate here. The atmosphere is simply great. We sat in the green lounge. The food was top notch. Fresh ingredients and deliciously cooked. I had the veal cheeks. Good portion, delicious sauce and the meat is just super tender. I will definitely come back.

Mit guten Freunden unterwegs und echte Braukunst erleben – genau das durften wir im Hohmanns Brauhaus in Fulda. In gemütlicher Atmosphäre haben wir uns durch die frisch gezapften Bierspezialitäten probiert, allen voran den kräftigen Maibock, der perfekt zur Frühlingsstimmung passte. Hausgebraute Biere, regionale Küche und herzliche Gastfreundschaft – ein gelungener Abend, der nach Wiederholung schreit!

Seit lange Zeit nicht mehr so einen exzellenten Service und ein so gutes Essen gehabt. Meine Frau und ich wohnten im Hotel, und obwohl Fulda sehr viele gute Restaurants hat, die wir teils ebenfalls besucht hatten, gingen wir an diesem Abend in den Dianakeller, und es war seit Monaten das beste Lokal!!! Wir wurden von Herrn Arab empfangen und zu unserem Tisch geführt, und ab diesem Moment war der Service dieses Herren OUTSTANDING!!! Ohne aufdringlich zu sein, war es vom Platzieren bis zur Rechnung der beste Service seit langem (und wir besuchen viele gute Restaurants). Auch das Essen im Dianakeller war extrem gut. Sowohl meine „Tagliarini in Trüffelsahne mit gebratenen Riesengarnelen“ - sehr zu empfehlen. Als auch das „Zanderfilet gebraten auf Champagnerkraut und Pommes Dauphine“ ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Dazu gab es einen sehr guten und frischen Weißburgunder. Hier vergebe ich gerne fünf Sterne, sowohl für den Service als auch für Speisen und Getränke.

The food is really amazing, especially the Indian dishes, but also the pizza and burgers. We come here regularly and will slowly work our way through the entire menu. The service staff is also great, friendly and fast. The ambience could still be improved, but the delicious food definitely makes up for it. Definitely try it out for yourself, we didn't expect it to taste so good.

Very nice discovery at the Brauhaus Wiesenmühlen! I tasted an excellent Flammekueche, crispy and well-filled, a real treat. The setting is warm, typical and pleasant, perfect for having a good time. Friendly and efficient service. An address to remember for eating well in a friendly atmosphere!
