Very nice discovery at the Brauhaus Wiesenmühlen! I tasted an excellent Flammekueche, crispy and well-filled, a real treat. The setting is warm, typical and pleasant, perfect for having a good time. Friendly and efficient service. An address to remember for eating well in a friendly atmosphere!

I had schnitzel with fries and salad. The salad was very good. The fries were also great. However, the schnitzel was cold and of poor quality. Because it was self-service, there was hardly any service.

Still just as delicious as it was 17 years ago when I was last there... The price/performance ratio is also good. One star deducted for the drink prices, which don't match the rest of the menu, and for the ambiance; it still looks the same as it did 17 years ago... The dining room would benefit from a coat of paint. Otherwise, we'd definitely love to come back when we're in Fulda...

Heinrichstraße 85Good evening! Very good atmosphere, very friendly staff, the guy who loves sushi is very pleasant and responsive. I asked him to make sashimi, and it arrived in 3 minutes and with a decent portion! Thank you for a pleasant evening!
