It doesn't taste good. Too expensive. We had stomach cramps after eating it! We don't need it again!

I absolutely cannot recommend it. They were there right at opening time, the food was cold to lukewarm, and charging such a high price for it is outrageous.

We ate there today. Even an 11-year-old child had to pay full price even though she only ate two bites… The food was ice cold, no matter what we ordered. Some of the dishes with sauces were lukewarm. We had to wait a full 50 minutes for the dishes we ordered to be stir-fried. Honestly, we lost our appetites by then. The noise level in the restaurant was extremely high. The hygiene leaves much to be desired. Dust everywhere, even the lamps were dusty. The hygiene in the buffet area could be improved. For example, by providing serving utensils everywhere so that you don't have to use the tongs from the fish to get the fried bananas.

No offense, but it was really cold at your place and the food wasn't warm. Hope you're okay with that. But I really don't need to go there again 😭

We went to the buffet yesterday evening; there were five of us, and there was something for everyone. From sushi to grilled food to classic Asian dishes, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the chef at the grill was friendly and fast. The only downside was the somewhat cold atmosphere, which was exacerbated by the very loud ventilation.

The food was cold, and the staff was unfriendly. At the buffet, they told me I had to stir the food to warm it up. I asked for tongs for raw meat, and they told me to just use the pork tongs for chicken. I'll just leave it at that. Never again.

It was our first time at this restaurant; we received a very friendly welcome, the food was delicious, and there was a wide selection of drinks.

This place is not recommended. The food is dry, not fresh, and at least several hours old. For two people, the evening bill is €63.90, which is in no way commensurate with the quality. After visiting this place, I was unable to work for three days due to stomach cramps. The food reminds me more of the Salmonella Rebels. Written from the toilet.

We had reserved a table, but apparently the reservation was forgotten. The server claimed to be "looking for the table" but didn't return for a long time. We were left waiting for over 15 minutes – without any explanation or apology. Instead of being honest, they simply stalled. That's no way to treat guests. Very disappointing and definitely not worth a visit. Basically, it's a maximum-profit fast-food joint where you can stuff yourself all evening at an all-you-can-eat buffet like package tourists, with zero ambiance and zero service. The motto is quantity over quality.

The freshly roasted kangaroo meat and lamb meat were very tasty, Peking soup, dessert, breaded prawns, chicken were also good, were at the Sunday buffet, a bit expensive, but good, thank you

Delicious food with a wide selection and live cooking. We recommend the evening/weekend buffet, as all soft drinks and two alcoholic beverages are included in the price.

Eating as much as you want for 20 euros and getting free drinks is unbeatable. The food was actually really good for the price, and I highly recommend it. So if you're around here, you'll be full and not thirsty for 20 euros.

As a long-time customer, I can recommend the food. Since emalierwerk opened, I have eaten there rarely but regularly. Due to our disposable income, my husband and I can only enjoy lunch there. Okay, dinner with the kids would be neither relaxing nor affordable :-D. I prefer to have lunch together every now and then during our lunch break. For our standards (and I pay a lot of attention to hygiene), everything was always clean and there was enough food. Today in particular, due to the large selection, I was only able to try half of the sushi/maki products. Sometimes my beloved seaweed salad was missing. But that was it :-). The price-performance ratio is very good. Anyone who complains has no idea what costs a restaurant has to cover. The staff were always friendly to us, even the previous owner was always friendly to us in her role as receptionist.

Two of us went there for dinner this evening. Unfortunately, we were so disappointed. Reception was OK, the checkout was acceptable. But for the price of the buffet, I would have expected better quality. Everything was cold, the meat was dried out, and the spring rolls were hard, so you couldn't even cut them. Nothing was refilled. It seemed like everything had been sitting in the buffet for ages. The baked bananas were hard and stale. The drinks selection was great; you could drink as many non-alcoholic drinks as you wanted, including coffee. Alcoholic drinks are limited to two per person. Regarding the cleanliness and hygiene of this restaurant: Cobwebs everywhere you look. The lamps were holding themselves up with the dust on the ceiling. The radiators could use a cleaning rag. I don't even want to look into the kitchen... as far as cleanliness and hygiene go. All in all, we won't be returning to this restaurant. I'm very disappointed.

We stood in line for 15 minutes outside the restaurant before we even got to our table. The roast-your-own food was ice cold, and we had to wait a full 45 minutes for it to be served. On top of that, the wrong plates were brought to our table, even though they had numbers on them. By 6:45 p.m., the buffet was already empty – and it wasn't being refilled, or rather, the staff couldn't keep up and were overwhelmed by the influx of customers. This was definitely our last visit!

Good evening! Very good atmosphere, very friendly staff, the guy who loves sushi is very pleasant and responsive. I asked him to make sashimi, and it arrived in 3 minutes and with a decent portion! Thank you for a pleasant evening!

Unfortunately, I was somewhat disappointed with my visit. While the buffet was well-stocked and there was a decent selection, some of the food was cold, which seriously spoiled the overall impression. Unfortunately, the taste wasn't convincing either – many dishes seemed somewhat carelessly prepared and lacked refinement. Overall, it was okay, but unfortunately not the culinary experience I had hoped for.

It was our first time there and we can't complain...everything was plentiful and replenished quickly. Even fish and seafood and other "upscale" dishes, for which you would otherwise easily pay more, were there. The selection was great and everything was delicious. A nice touch: the staff noticed it was our son's birthday and gave him a special treat. Thanks again...we'll be back again.

Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. We were here to celebrate a birthday, but the visit was anything but festive. As soon as we sat down, we noticed the heavy dust and dirt on the chairs (see photo) – it was really unpleasant. The cups were also dirty and didn't look fresh. The avocado in the sushi was brown-spotted and old, absolutely unappealing – almost as if it was about to sprout again. For a dish that was supposed to be fresh and high-quality, this was completely unacceptable (see photo). On top of that, there were far too few staff and the service was overwhelmed. For the money you pay here, you expect much more – especially cleanliness and freshness. This restaurant used to be a real highlight.

Unfortunately I have to change the rating. We were there for dinner on May 4th, 2025. It was quite cold in the restaurant and what's worse, some of the food wasn't really warm either. Since this meal we have had massive margins of intestinal problems, it turns counterclockwise, it was the last time we ate here. Staff help themselves to the buffet with their fingers, which is impossible. It's a real shame, it used to be really good there. Great restaurant, the food looked appealing, was tasty and had a large selection. Non-alcoholic drinks were included in the evening buffet. Unfortunately, I also have small comments. 1: Unfortunately the food was too cold. 2: Sometimes it is difficult to distinguish who is a staff member or a customer. So you might want to think about getting a uniform. 3: Respond to customer requests whenever possible. My wife wanted a candle to be on the table, she was told when making the reservation, but unfortunately there was no candle on the table. 4: I won't write here, but I'd be happy to chat in private.

The buffet itself is a 10/10. Unfortunately the sushi leaves a lot to be desired, it's only a 6/10. The toilets are rancid. The men's toilet is only 50% broken and generally it is a bit dirty. But the food makes up for it. It's worth it!

It's not even possible that you don't even serve drinks anymore or have contact with the staff! We had a great experience at this Chinese buffet! The selection of food was fantastic and everything was super tasty. Especially the moment when Mr. Ali Reza grilled fish, shrimp and squid for us - simply delicious! In addition to being the chef of the grill area, Ali Reza was also in charge of the sushi area, and the sushi was excellent. The staff was very friendly and professional. I have to say that it's outrageous. We were there last night and have had severe stomach pains and nausea since then. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the store. Basically this is a very good place in every respect. There is parking, the place is large, easy to find, the decor is good, it's clean, and the service is quick and friendly. The selection of food and drinks is sufficient. Maybe the toilet could be a little better, especially considering how big the place is, but it's still sufficient. You can try it out without hesitation and come back from time to time.

We stood for a long time to go inside with the children, and this was at minus 5 degrees. There aren't many people eating, and there isn't much choice. We waited a very long time for the grill, everything was brought by a robot and it was already cold and, as they say, no longer needed!!!

Very bad restaurant. The service didn't speak German and was unfriendly. The restaurant was dirty and the food was cold. It actually tasted like it had been freshly thawed from the supermarket. We were there several times and everything was always great. Today we were in the restaurant again, disaster. Apparently the owners have changed. For 4 people 127€, ok, fits. There were black hairs in my daughter's finished meal. My wife absolutely didn't like the food this time. Behind the drinks counter it looks like Dresden 45. Lots of boxes and empty bottles. The sushi roller stands there and watches some series from his home country on his cell phone, the man completely listless. The shop now gives the impression of a kebab shop. It's a shame that you can't give 0 🌟 We won't be coming back

Went here for dinner with 7 people at the end of September for a private celebration. Unfortunately, 3 of us had to deal with stomach pain and diarrhea afterwards, which lasted 3 days each. Too bad!

When you order food, it is delivered by a moving robot, it drives through the restaurant and even plays a birthday song for a birthday child, three times today. Missing food at the buffet could be replenished more quickly.

I was hoping for more choice given the price. Fries were unsalted and for dessert there were only 3 of 7 types of ice cream, the other 4 were empty when the notice said there was nothing empty. I also found it a shame that there was so little Greek frying, in contrast to the buffets I know from Bad Hersfeld and Kassel, there was really very little choice

Just reserved again. The lady at reception was very nice. We've been there several times and what can I say...the food is delicious. If something runs out, it doesn't take long for it to be refilled unless it's towards the end of opening hours. But that's normal. I particularly like that all food and drinks are included in the price of 31.90 (evening) and there are also 2 alcoholic drinks per adult. The selection of food and drinks is also very numerous. We always enjoy coming back.

The lady at reception was very friendly. Some of the food was already cold and many dishes were almost empty. It also took a very long time until it was refilled again. The spring rolls were totally wobbly and anything but crispy. Dishes were labeled incorrectly. Unfortunately, the food that you could have freshly prepared was delivered to the table burnt. With good food and good products, 30 euros per person would have been justified. In this case it was absolutely not worth the money. The service person who was responsible for clearing the tables could have been friendlier. If you don't feel like working in the catering industry, you might want to look for another job.

Was there, was cheated out of 5.50, after repeated calculations we couldn't see it, lights flickered everywhere, food didn't taste good, was allowed to pay 69€(!) for 2 people. 10/10 gladly again, but only to put a big pile in the bowl and not wash it.

Interesting concept, you pay directly at the entrance, you receive the payment receipt and 2 drink chips. These are for serving alcoholic drinks such as beer/wine. We were then brought to a table, put down our things and began our culinary journey at the rich buffet. From soup to salads, finger food, sushi and Chinese delicacies, every taste was catered for. At a Mongolian grill you could have your menu prepared from specially selected ingredients. This was brought to the table with a robot. A large selection of non-alcoholic drinks, as many as you wanted, coffee too. The atmosphere is typically Asian and clean. At first I found the amount of €31.99 per person to be expensive, but the fact that all drinks and two alcoholic ones are included puts the amount into perspective again. Very tasty, very large selection, this was definitely not the last visit here.

This was the best sushi I ate in Fulda. It's very fresh and you can see that the sushi is made locally. It's fascinating to watch the manufacturing process, which makes the experience even better. The buffet offers a wide selection and the overall taste is very good.

Super anti-social. Food is not refilled, everything is cold and dried out. Super loud, children's screaming is unbearable, mothers park their children in front of their cell phones at full volume. Had dinner there on Sunday evening. Definitely the first and last time! For 31€!!

After the bad reviews after the name change, I wanted to see for myself. Yes, Buffet Town is now called the Imperial Pavilion, but the old neon signs are still there and very little has changed. We're actually only there at lunchtime, so I can't say anything about the grill. Sushi is no longer available for lunch, but it's not important to me. The food is otherwise the same as before, of course not star cuisine but I like it. I think it's okay that you have to pay at the beginning, so you can go faster afterwards. From the operator's point of view, this is very understandable, as apparently not all guests came back from their smoking break. Since I paid by card, there was no problem with the change. We had to wait a few minutes for someone to come, but we didn't starve. I smiled warmly at the lady who came to us and she was also very nice and friendly to us. Maybe she'll be a little less friendly if you complain right from the start. Everything was clean as always. Of course something spills at a buffet, but unclean isn't a term that comes to mind. The food wasn't too cold either. However, I always use a bowl and not a plate; it is more convenient with chopsticks. However, when I see how long some people look around at the buffet when they already have something on their plate, it doesn't surprise me that the food is no longer quite hot. There were no problems with refilling, even the duck was always available. This may of course be different in the evening when it is more crowded. I think the price adjustment is okay, it's not too expensive for a selection of starters, main courses, side dishes and dessert including drinks. I might consider it in the evenings and on weekends, starting at 20 euros is more than reasonable. CONCLUSION: I was very satisfied again and would like to come back!

Looks very chic inside and the food tastes really good. I think it's a standard Chinese buffet, except that one thing didn't have a sign on it and nobody could tell us what was in it. But no matter, that was only once and it's everywhere else

Prices for the lunch buffet are very fair, [19.90 including soft drinks...or coffee specialties], buffet size is sufficient, good selection, refilling could be quicker... The decor is nice, the size of the restaurant is good, the background noise is pleasant. Criticism: We were there shortly before 12 (opening time from 11:30), some of the food was only lukewarm, the fact that you pay before eating is unusual, actually not a problem, but the way it was done was a bit "strange", ....Card payment is not possible, but it is possible for subsequent customers....the amount is then kindly "rounded up"...
