The service is attentive and very polite. The food was delicious and the drinks were well mixed. Really a very nice bar.

I don't like writing such reviews but today was just bad. The two of us wanted to eat here around 5 p.m. After we were told we could choose a table, we did so and sat down. Cards were on the table on site. Unfortunately, no attention was paid to us for 25 minutes and the waitress preferred to stand around outside instead of paying attention to us. If the restaurant had been completely full inside and out, it would have been something different. But there really wasn't much going on. We then got up and went to another restaurant.

Unfriendly service. Unprofessional. After we had set up our shaky table after repeated requests using the menu, we were asked to pay! Never again!

We went there for dinner in the evening after a festival - it was very pleasant. The pizza was good and the service was very friendly and accommodating!

Worst food after touring various cities in Sweden, Denmark and Northern Germany. Unfortunately the burger was fried to death and there was no taste of the truffle mayonnaise. Balsamic sauce was more like vinaigrette with herbs. Unfortunately a disappointment after almost 45 minutes of waiting - a shame.

The lasagne was really tasty, with a perfect balance of savory minced meat, creamy bechamel sauce and delicately melted cheese. The noodles were cooked just right, not too soft and not too firm. A small deduction because it could have used a little more spice for my taste. Overall, however, a very successful lasagne that I would happily recommend!

Beautifully located, directly opposite the Fulda City Palace. Be sure to reserve. We had a drink here, but the food at the neighboring tables looked very good.

Favorite restaurant in Fulda I've been to Viva Havana several times now and a visit there can easily be combined with a visit to a musical. In addition to the Tortadillo Exotica, I also had a rump steak with herb butter on a previous visit, and that was also good. In addition to the tortadillos, I can recommend the homemade lemonades.

Nice restaurant in a beautiful location, on the edge of Fulda's old town. We had reserved, but arrived too early, but still got a seat quickly. Our order was received promptly and friendly and we didn't have to wait long. The cocktails don't skimp on the ingredients, but upon request they were diluted again. 😅 A little more attention is probably still possible, but considering the store is full, it's probably bearable. We didn't have to wait long for food either. Here too, the quality and the price are right. Not necessarily something recognizable, but still good. Would come again, thank you.

After the concert on Domsplatz and despite the crowds, we found space and were served very quickly and in a very friendly manner. Highly recommended, unfortunately we can't rate the food as we only had drinks 🍸…

We were there when Pur performed on Cathedral Square. I have never experienced such a well-organized location given the amount of guests. Hats off to the restaurant manager, I assume, who really kept an eye on everyone and everything. Great job. The food was also very good. We'll definitely be back 👍👏😍

We had a lukewarm cappuccino. My wife then complained. We immediately got a new cappuccino without any problem, which was really hot and good. It's the little things that matter!

We arrived and were warmly greeted. We ordered our drinks and wanted to eat something small. We decided on the tapas for two - unfortunately we were forgotten even though there wasn't much going on. There were enough waiters on site but they were only busy smoking. We weren't even asked if everything was ok... We also had to move us because the waiters smoked us full. AWESOME! At some point we were asked if we had ordered anything to eat. Afterwards the tapas were brought straight away. Anything but delicious.. Shrimp were soaked in a sweet and sour sauce and the meatballs tasted like they came out of the packaging! I don't understand how a restaurant like this gets 4.3 stars. Recommended for a drink because of the location but NOT RECOMMENDED for food!

It was incredibly beautiful. Everyone who comes to Fulda should eat there. The employees are all friendly and you can tell that they enjoy their job. The food was incredibly delicious and worth every penny. But please book a table online beforehand because it is very busy. Thank you Viva Havana for an unforgettable, delicious evening ♡

Viva Havana was simply great🤩 After our original reservation at a Mexican restaurant was canceled at short notice, Viva Havanna saved our evening. Accepting a group of 25 people at short notice and catering them so deliciously is simply gigantic. Eddi made everything possible. 🤩 Thanks a million again.

They ordered a whiskey sour, brought some incomprehensible sour drink half made of ice. To our claim that there are no proteins and whiskey here, it just smells bad, the recipe is broken, etc. - we received an excellent answer: "what you are asking for is "rational style". Great, to come ten thousand km from Ukraine to the exhibition and hear such crap.

The most unpleasant bar in my life. The bartender slipped ice with lemon and a few drops of whiskey instead of the original cocktail. When we asked what it was, he answered that we are similar to Russians and that’s why it’s such a drink for us. The staff was extremely disrespectful. Never again.

Very tasty food, good music and good location. The Restaurant has seating inside and outside. It was the month of May so we sat outside. If I would have sat inside, I would have left immediately as this place portrait know criminals (Che Guevara and Fidel Castro) as something Cuba has to be proud off. I only found out we I went inside to the Restroom. Staff was not very attentive and Menus are only in German. I had to get up a couple of times to ask server for extra items we wanted.

It was very bad service! We ordered Whiskey Sour for 12 persons, and got 12 glasses of water with a little bit whiskey and a lot of ice! Also we ordered the special whiskey Glenfiddich 12 years and got the terrible one. When we asked the personnel, why we have to drink it and did they know how to make Whiskey Sour, they told: it’s your Russian style cocktail, we use the another recipe. Nobody event didn’t try to solve the problem!

Unfortunately, the burger patty was something like “fried to death”. Unfortunately, this affects the food somewhat. The service was super good 👍.

I like the atmosphere, in a group for entertaining or alone. The food is delicious and diverse and offers (almost) something for every taste. The service is very friendly and quick. The toilets are also clean. Gladly again.

So given another chance. Food continues to be bad and not fresh. A lot of things come from cans and you can just taste them, but so do the writing here. We also said at the end that the food wasn't good. But well, that was the last time I left my money there.

We were there last night, the service was nice but the food (tortadilla) didn't taste great. The tortadilla had no real flavor and clearly tasted like canned vegetables. I won't eat there again.

We were there today. Unfortunately, after eating we weren't quite as happy as we set off for home. Vouchers that are offered on the Internet could not be redeemed on site because they supposedly have to be printed out for accounting purposes (why am I offering these without mentioning the not unimportant information somewhere?), especially since the voucher itself says, that you give it to the staff to scan and that this would have been possible via your cell phone without any problems. Unfortunately, the cheese on the nachos was already hard when they arrived and the cheese sauce was absolutely not our thing. Unfortunately, not everything was right in the end when it came to the prices either. Onion soup and pizzas were good, as was the burger. The ragout was OK. Addendum: An “OK” from the locality in response to this criticism probably says it all.

Cocktail tip, also lead-free! Steak, also good for Fulda standards! These tacos/nachos, whatever the machines are called, are great as a small snack for several people, before and after a meal. Okay, the weight of the steaks is known beforehand, but having a snack before and after makes sense, even for petite women.

Great food in a nice atmosphere. On the terrace you have a beautiful view of the city palace. I had the house lemonade - highly recommended. Big praise for the impeccable service. If we are in the region again, we will come back. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

What a beautiful restaurant. In such a prominent place. Plus a friendly, attentive staff. We have already experienced different things. Huge drinks/cocktail selection, the quality of the food is almost impossible for the price. But over 20 years at this location also speaks for itself. I can only thank you for this lovely trip to Havana.

The prices were reasonable for the location of the restaurant, the equipment of the bar and the taste of the food. The Havana pizza was average size, very well topped and tasty. But it could have been a few degrees hotter.

Very nice restaurant with food from all over the world right next to Fulda Cathedral. In the evening we decided together for tapas plates with meat skewers and salad plates. Everything is fresh, attractively prepared and plentiful. Super nice service. Price-performance top. The only problem was the very annoying volume in the full restaurant. It switches incredibly loudly.

Very large map. Price/performance ok. Don't expect Cuban culinary masterpieces here. There is “everything” and therefore the quality is just ok.

So, I've eaten there twice now with my wife. I always eat the special Che skewer, beef fillet... The price has only been increased slightly. The food tastes great and the view on the terrace is very nice even in summer. The service is also very nice and quick. We always come back anyway..

Sehr leckere Cocktails in großer Stückzahl und etlichen Varianten. Verschiedene Biere vom Fass und eine gute Auswahl an Essen, diesmal nur der Absacker mit Dessert aber auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Unser Kellner war freundlich und sehr aufmerksam, nur lächeln dürfte er noch etwas trainieren.

Wir hatten eine Familienfeier mit 10 Personen. Ambiente=Toll Essen =Super Service=Klasse. Auch die Tische waren schön mit der Dekoration die wir vorab vorbei gebracht haben eingedeckt. Aber Leider kamen 2 der Essen etwas spät, da waren die ersten schon wieder fast fertig mit essen 😕

Sind spontan hier zum Mittagessen gewesen. Schaut sehr urig und schön aus. Ambiente hat mir sehr gefallen. Bedienung sehr freundlich. Essen meiner Damen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Einmal Steak und ein Filetspieß. Meine Pizza Havanna ist jetzt leider nicht so der Knaller gewesen. Hat nach wenig geschmeckt. Das nächste Mal wird auch ein Steak genommen. Kann es empfehlen

Was wäre Fulda ohne die Viva-Havanna-Bar? Ganz bestimmt um ein kulinarisches Highlight und um eine tolle Location, um Freunde zu treffen ärmer. Endlich finde ich auch mal Zeit, um eine Rezension für die Viva-Havanna-Bar zu schreiben. So viele Jahre gibt es sie schon, so viele Jahre hat man schon schöne Stunden dort verbracht, sie gehört zu Fulda wie die Luft zum Atmen. Gerade im Sommer auf der Terrasse ist es am schönsten, alternativ und schon oft gemacht, wenn alles voll war davor auf der Treppe. Man bekommt dann vom netten Personal Decken, sodass man es sich auf den Stufen gemütlich machen kann und genießt den Blick auf das Stadtschloss und zu sehen bekommt man auch immer was. Das Personal ist immer supernett, aufmerksam und engagiert. Die Cocktails sind nahezu immer perfekt, wenn es der Barkeeper nicht mal ab und zu mit dem Eis übertreibt. Das Essen ist immer frisch, lecker und ausreichend. Besonders das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis möchte ich hervorheben für diese angesagte Location wirklich sehr faire Preise, da kann man sich auch mal das eine und andere Getränk mehr gönnen. Macht weiter so Fulda braucht euch.

Haben eine Pause beim Stadtrundgang eingelegt um uns zu stärken. Essen war gut und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich.

Wirklich schöner Ort , das Essen war super :-)

Wir hatten einen Tisch für 8 Personen telefonisch reserviert. Dieser befand sich im oberen Stockwerk, im Bereich ab 18 Jahren, in dem geraucht werden durfte. Darauf wurden wir bei der telefonischen Reservierung nicht hingewiesen. Wir hatten Teenager dabei und sind alle Nichtraucher. Leider war dieser Tisch dann vor Ort nur für 7 Personen geeignet. Es wurde dann von einem sehr ruppigen und unfreundlichen Kellern der Tisch um einen weiteren kleinen und wackligen Tisch ergänzt, so dass wir dann irgendwie in die für uns vorgesehene Ecke gepasst haben. Die Bedienung blieb leider sehr befehlstonartig und äußerst unangenehm. Der Zander war leider voller Gräten und kaum gewürzt. Die Nudeln dazu mit Bärlauch-Sahne waren sehr lecker. Der Beilagensalat wurde mir mit den Worten "Der Salat für's gute Gewissen." überreicht. Ich dachte es sollte ein Scherz sein, aber für mehr taugte der mit 5,50€ völlig überteuerte Salat wirklich nicht. Es handelte sich hierbei um drei Scheiben Tomate, drei Scheiben Gurke, etwas grüner Blattsalat und ein Hauch von Dressing. Zum guten Schluss wurden die Teller bereits abgeräumt während man noch kaute und noch gar nicht alle mit dem Essen fertig waren. Alles in allem ein Abend, den man nicht wiederholen muss.

Konzept Havanna gut umgesetzt, man fühlt sich wohl hier! Getränke und Speisen kamen sehr schnell!!! Personal sehr sehr freundlich!!! Man sollte aber auf jeden Fall Reservieren! Von meiner Seite her absolut empfehlenswert!!!
